I wonder if he'll be used as trade bait to move up in the draft?

I wouldn't be shocked if Tom Brady were traded to the Raiders at this point. Crazy day.
ok, kidding.

I didn't think Bradford was someone that fit in Kelly's system? Going to guess, he's trade bait.

Sam Bradford, 2 2nd's, 1 1st, how high can they move up with that? I think they still get Mariotta.

I do hope the Browns are not contemplating trading either of our 1st round picks for Sam Brittleknees.

I do hope the Browns are not contemplating trading either of our 1st round picks for Sam Brittleknees. That would make two of us, plus if my understanding is correct - if he's traded his current contract follows and it's a huge cap hit. All for someone who is another ACL tear away retirement. There were retirement talks the most recent time he tore it. Please pass, Ray.

I wonder if he'll be used as trade bait to move up in the draft? I'm fearing that Farmer packages our #12, and #19 to Eagles for Bradford. Kelly probably wants Mariota, we wanted Bradford, we have two 1sts....hope it DOES NOT PLAY OUT THIS WAY!

Yeah, there's no way Bradford can even demand a first round pick let alone 2.

There isn't enough alcohol on the planet to sedate me if we do that. I'll be ticked if we give 1 first rounder for him.

I've already had a couple of shots and still have enough clarity of mind to think, why would we trade out of the 12 if Mariota could be had with that pick? For Bradford? If that were to happen then get me a bed next to JFF!
I'll need more than 28 days to recover from that.

Eagles get a 2nd round I think. Bradford is a dangerous commodity right now, not only cause of his injuries but his contract is on its last year and he has stated he wants to move on from Rams...my guess was Dallas next year.
So for one year Bradford is available. jmho

Pat Shurmur is the OC in Philly. He WAS the OC for the RAMS the first two years after Bradford was drafted and he's the only OC that seems to click with the guy. Bradford was a very accurate QB in college and it is said accuracy is the most important quality to Kelly. So perhaps Bradford is their guy. At least for a season or two while Mariota develops.
I wouldn't worry about Farmer trading for a QB. We are all set at the position with McCown and Johnny rehab in his eyes. Johnny is going to be handed the job. He'll survive a game or two and then the McCown era will begin.... Woo hoo! lmmfao

I heard something on the radio a while ago that said that Philly could dump Bradford today, and clear something like $12 million in cap space. That may be their plan .... to clear cap space, and that's it.
There are also rumors floating around that Philly is in play for DeMarco Murray. I don't know their cap situation though.

We're not going in to the season with McCown backed up by Johnny Rehab. We ARE going in to the season with Johnny Rehab backed up by McCown. Is that better?

Albert Breer @AlbertBreer Condition to Foles/Bradford deal ... If Bradford doesn't start 8 games, Eagles get a 4th round pick back. If he's reinjured, they get a 3..

I've always really liked Bradford's potential, but the Eagles giving up a 2nd, 4th, AND Foles is just nuts. I officially have zero idea what Kelly is trying to accomplish here.....and I don't know that he does either.
On a side note, there is a real possibility that Mariotta drops to 12 if he gets by the Jets.........hope we pass.

Apparently. Again, I was one of the of the guys pushing for a mid round pick to trade for Sam (love his potential if he is healthy), but no way he is worth that kind of haul even without the injury concerns.
Note to self....after watching Fisher fleece dang near the entire NFL East on QBs......NEVER TRADE WITH HIM..lol.
