I know but I do think I like them

I'm pretty sure that is a new rule as part of the new concussion protocol. I don't think anyone has had alternate helmets in a couple of years.

The Eagles and Bucs wanted to wear their old school Kelly Green and Bright Orange uniforms this past season..

The NFL said they could, but they would have to wear their current helmets with them.

You mean the Browns didn't release their new helmets by photographing them on somebodys patio table in a residential neighborhood?

Ha! I know it's a mock up. My bad. I guess I should have provided the tweet comment that accompanied the photo. It says they look similar to that, but not quite.

It also provided a very decent matte finish to it.

It's an intern's backyard, duh.

I like the matte finish, I think the color is a bit off, needs to be a more "candy" orange I think.. Based off the logo..

I like that it no longer looks like a "plastic cone" orange..

I guess the stripe is different.. White/Brown/White instead Brown/White/Brown?

And the "BROWNS" text face is different..

Should be interesting.

I really hope those jersey they showed hanging on a rack aren't what they came up with..

Where are the Nike symbols?

That hint of orange near the collar gets me pumped up..

Mostly because it allows me to believe those orange ones on the rack aren't the real deal..

Are they real or aren't they? That's the question Browns fans have been asking themselves since photos of the supposed Browns new uniforms popped up last weekend on Twitter.

I really like the brown and orange scheme we've got going on here. I never liked the orange unis from seasons prior as they wore white pants. Now it all blends together.

Even the white jersey pops, too!

I'm a fan if these are legit.

I would still like to see the white jerseys with orange pants.

My guess is that the will be able to mix and match. Brown with Brown, orange with orange, white with orange, brown with white, orange with white, etc.

If these are the ones I like them.

They were bound to leak as they have to be ready for sale the day they are unveiled. Stores have to have them in warehouses, ready to put on the racks.

I like the helmet.

The rest? Meh.

Love the brown jersey over orange pants. I hope these are the uni's. I think they look great.

It's hard to tell, but I am NOT a fan of pumpkin orange in any which way.

Isn't that the fan design from about a year ago?

*Edit to add: I'd be fine if that was the final design though. I like that design.

I highly doubt any of us have seen the actual jersey yet ... I can't believe it would be leaked.

I'm expecting a gray/silver alternate jersey.

I'm also hoping for a brown top and orange pants ... and vice versa

I absolutely hate the brown on brown (especially with no stripes down the pants)

Those unis are cool, and for that reason I am not confident we will be getting them. I am sure the actual new unis will be a let down, we are talking about The Browns after all

In regards to the leak.. Why is only the Orange jersey? Why is it always #23? Seems sketchy..

If those really and truly are our new jerseys, then that sucks. To me, it's dumb and ugly looking.

I doubt the leaked store photo is it though. I hope not anyway.

And when we poke fun of another team what exactly does it mean? NOTHING.. Same thing this kinda thing actually means. We're rivals, if we had just won the superbowl, someone would make fun of something/anything we've done.

I guess I'm not at all sensitive about stuff like this. It's pretty childish.

I'll slightly disagree with you on blah, I think they're worse than that.

I like those. I would hope they get a little more creative with the stripes on the pants though.

Is it me? or are these helmets two-tone? One side matte and the other shiny? When is the release date?

There's too much evidence for those to not be our new uni's. I'm okay with them, I wanted a little "more", but considering nobody else have those stripes where they are, it's unique. And I guess I like the "Cleveland" on the chest too.

I still won't buy a new jersey though.

I'd have to question how those were shipped to stores a week early. I'd imagine someone within the Browns front office is calling a Nike official and asking how jerseys were allowed to leave a manufacturing plant with all the time and money went into this redesign.

I'm going with a 99% chance those are ours.

I'm with you. When newly designed jerseys are showing up in the stores, it's most likely our new jerseys. I plan on buying new gear when they show me a product worthy of me financially supporting.

I'm not opposed to this new jersey, but it also doesn't make me feel compelled to go out and buy one. To me the product is the team. New marketing without a winning team simply doesn't do anything for me.

If those are the jerseys, I'm ok with it. Gives it something a little new without a dramatic departure from the old.

I know I'll be in the minority but I'm glad to see the orange jerseys make a return.

I actually already own an Orange Browns jersey (BE#17 - Used on eBay for $15). I liked them, though the Orange was a bit too light, but I never liked them with the White pants. If they're wearing them with the Browns pants, I'm in. And the same goes with the Orange pants and Browns jerseys, those are the good away or alternate combinations.

I do like the all Brown combination too, but I don't care enough about it to be upset if we never see it again.

I liked the Orange jersey whan we had it some years back.



Based on what was said about having 30 something uniform options, I'd say a Orange jersey is a given.

Blah. I don't like the color orange. Other than Brown's t-shirts, I don't have any clothes that are orange. I don't have orange in my kitchen, my living room, or anywhere in my house. I have never owned an orange car. It's probably the cheesiest color of all time.

I was hoping we would at least go w/burnt orange metalic helmets, but no........we stick w/pumpkin orange.
