"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Not a fan at all. I'm assuming this means they are resigned to Mack walking.

Got to get weapons for that franchise Qb that will develop in a Browns uniform. He's going to need weapons to score td's.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

I thought Erving and DJ Humpries were the most overrated Olineman...Erving is good at multiple spots...yet never dominated to a point...

I absolutely and completely hate this pick ..... this is a waste of a pick this year, and we are all but saying that we expect Mack to be gone next year, instead of trying to build and keep him.
Bleh.

There's your OL depth and replacement for Mack, if needed.

Guess we are expecting Mack to go? They are saying he can play all five line positions.

Farmer will NEVER draft a WR in the first. He does not like the position. As long as Farmer is GM, weapons will not be Browns.

Erving is an ok pick, but why are we acting like our OL needs help just because Mack got hurt last year? We have a great OL to begin with, and Schwartz is not bad.

Beefing up both the offensive and defensive lines. Isn't this the draft that all of the traditionalists have been hoping for for years? I'm down with it... :-)

Well... You win in the trenches... Not without a QB and weapons you don't. This was an awful pick.

Versatility in the trenches. Not sexy but solid. Cannot have another key injury to the OLine derail another season.

Not my first choice for 19, but I like him as versatile as he is, and insurance if Mack does leave after this season.
Picking the trenches is always a solid choice in my opinion, I think its a good day.
Statistics are like a bikini; what they show is interesting, but what they hide is vital. Drive for show (1st round), Putt for dough (rest of draft).

The only way this pick makes sense is if Mack is not coming along in his rehab. Other than that, this like was building a garage for a car and motorcycle you don't own.

Well, we won't score much and we damned sure won't sack a quarterback, but we are deep in linemen.

Do you realize that either of these guys, CAREER will project to have probably Touchdowns you can count on one hand. But they'll make it possible for everyone else to; ... oh, my, good night. Same Story, New year.

There's no way I believe Erving was the #19th best player in this draft...heck I don't think he has a true position...he was drafted on versatility and potential to be good...Well we did need Oline help...just felt we could have fallen back to like even #30 and still grabbed him without worry

I never viewed OL as a need, but with the Mack situation, it makes sense.
Welcome back, Joe, we missed you!
