Dang - you didn't add anything. Yet you gripe about others not adding anything.

On PAPER, EVERY team thinks they are improved.

Paper don't play on Sundays.

I can hardly wait for an OLB named Thomas Paper to get drafted smile
With our history we'd draft a RB named Paper Mache

Yes, some teams will rise and some will fall, but there is no comparison between the two NFC divisions in question.

Unless JM is a completely different player, this is going to be a tough year for the Browns. Teams will stack the LOS because we don't have a WR or TE that will scare anyone and our qb will probably be the worst---or amongst the worst---starter in the league.

The running game won't work w/that combo.

Additionally, the odds of our OC and QB coach being better than last year's duo is slim and none.

Oh wait..........now get all indignant guys and tell me how stupid I am and that I am just a "woe is me" poster.

You're this *spreads arms* stupid, and a "woe is me" poster. You did ask for it. poke

We face Geno Smith, Mariota for his second career start, and Carr (on a team desperate enough at RB to sign Trent Richardson) to start the season. I don't see a 3-0 start as out of the question.

I'm curious to see how Payton Manning comes back from his injuries. He was looking bad at the end of his season, and he isn't getting any younger. He also lost his tight end and I think Welker.

I don't know what the 49ers are gonna look like after the mass exodus they had. No Iuputi, Willis, Gore, Crabtree, Borland, and Harbaugh. Not sure if Smith is coming back at DE either.

The Chargers are all over the place every season, you never know what team is going to show up any given Sunday.

The Seahawks at their place will probably stomp us, but they are replacing a top tier center with no obvious replacement on the roster.

St. Louis has Foles and who knows how he'll look outside of Chip's offense. They have a stud D-line, but our o-line should be our strength.

Arizona seems to have our luck with injuries and we're playing them at our place.

Kansas City is beatable. If our run defense improves enough to slow down Charles, if injuries don't do it for us, we should be able to shut down Alex Smith.

The Steelers and Ravens lost key players. We should be fired up for the Bengals after our last meeting.

Did you watch those Hoyer highlights I posted in the other thread, Vers? I really would like to know your thoughts.

4-6 wins could be a pretty good prediction, IF Manziel stays the 2014 Manziel and/or McCown gets no help like last season in Tampa...

But, I would say a more likely scenario is the Browns come out of the gate at 3-0, than only getting 4 wins in 2015.

They face a 4-12 Jets team, with a new coaching staff and all new players. This combination normally doesn't bode well in the beginning, no matter who the team is playing. This should be a win...period

Then week two brings in the 2-14 Titans...With their shiny new ROOKIE QB and little else as far as marked improvement. You think the Browns sat on their hands in free agency, go look at what the Titans did...They signed Anthony Fasano, Harry Douglas and Byron Bell...This really should be a win as well, just with average play.

Finally week three, with a little confidence and swagger in our step, they face the 3-13 Raiders..Really now, did signing a choosing a wide receiver in the draft make this team MUCH MORE daunting than the team we played and beat 23-13 in 2014? This should make us 3-0 to begin the season and get all the naysayers to start talking about playoffs once again...

AFTER this stretch, it's anyone's guess how the rest of the season goes. Injuries can start to play a role in ours AND our opponents moving forward. It can also give Manziel (whom I believe will be the day one starter) some confidence that propels him into the middle of the season.

I believe those first 3 games will be run heavy, defensive games that will be won by a TD or less. This team is built to win those types of games.

The Chargers will demand more from our offense imho, and that will be the first test of the 2015 season...

predicting a whole season? Impossible, we have NO idea what any of these teams will look like mid season..BUT, this Browns team, and their first three opponents aren't so significantly different than last year to think a 3-0 start shouldn't actually be expected from the Browns..Nothing points to any of those 3 teams improving so dramatically that the Browns should be underdawgs.

Was surprised your respect for Loggains was that high. OC better schemes...I can agree with that. Odds would be very slim indeed. I would "HOPE" that he would be as good but until it happens and we see hard to say.

There is no reason our O can't be better than last year. Josh is no worse than BH,maybe better just because of experience, our rb's are better with the addition of DJ and our receivers should be better too. Not to mention our O-line has more depth. I believe we will be improved.

You are so out in left field on this issue that I am not even going to start to explain, but believe me, if you don't stop.........I will.........and as usual, you will look foolish.
