WOW! One can see the power of free speech in action with this guy. However, he makes an emotional stand by mixing facts with his opinions, which I find misleading.
He can say this, while you must shut up and not say that. Well that ain't free speech in my book.
His condemnation of an entire religion over the violent acts of some of its members doesn't sit well with me, just as the violent acts of radical Muslims does not sit well with me either.
He stopped short of calling for the extermination of an entire people but I get the feeling he is thinking it.
But, I must say, if you insult my God to my face, you may walk away with a bloody nose. If you are stupid enough to insult the Profit to an army of violent radicals, you are stupid enough to get that nose of yours removed, or worse. I do agree the world can not continue with this situation as it is.
Free Speech ain't always Free.

I could utterly destroy this video.
religion, mainly Christianity and Islam, has divided this planet. these two religions have been the cause for almost every war, massacre, cover up, and damn near injustice since recorded history.
And then, he took it personal. cause that hits home with me. starts talking trash about Turkey.
We get told over and over again the politics doesn't represent American people, yet here's this guy talking trash about Turkey just because of some political nut says? That's how i know him and others never step FOOT in Turkey. Don't sat Turkey is hypocritical, Cause his Crap ass country England doesn't exactly have a great track record when it comes to Ireland, which one of those reasons for treating those people like trash was BECAUSE of christianity.
you know what? I'm going to stop. He has no idea what he's talking about. He said "you'll be a racist" at 3:55 mark. Islam isn't a race, it's a religion.
Man I'm tired of people talking trash about something they know nothing about. Religion blows, man. freaking blows. But when we wanna bash one religion and not the other?
who's doing the dividing....

Would God want us to punch someone for insulting Him?
A man named Saul might have been the biggest offender of debasing Jesus Christ, and of persecuting His followers.
God managed to not only forgive him, but to make him into one of the greatest Apostles of the Christian Faith.
It goes against out human, sinful nature, but we much endeavor to treat insult with love, and violence with peace. (as individuals) Who knows which great sinner (which we all are) God may call next?
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

I watched this entire clip, and the only question that came to mind was this:
"To what good purpose was any of this aimed?"
For me, it just seemed like the kind of rant that any or all of us might go off on if the subject came up at a party, picnic or family dinner. But this guy:
1. Wrote it all out (that was NOT spontaneous) 1a. Probably rehearsed it once or twice (I do professional voice-overs as a sideline... I know how hard it is to read without mis-speaking ["take 2!] ) 2. Set up a camera 3. Delivered his opinion 4. Uploaded it to the internet
That took a bit of commitment. There HAD to be a reason why he'd go to the trouble.
What was his goal? What did he hope to accomplish? Did he think his efforts would somehow make things better for someone? Is he auditioning for a spot on some op-ed TV program or video website?
I just don't get it.

I'd say he was spot on about how a lot of people feel about the muslim religion. Swish are you trying to say the Armenian Genocide didn't happen? http://www.history.com/topics/armenian-genocideI mean you can say it of course but no one will believe you. It's a fact that Muslim controlled cities have almost no tolerance for outside religions. It's also true that women in the middle east get treated horribly at times in the name of religion. I mean seriously when you see how women are treated there then so self respecting American would ever want that anywhere near their daughters. I mean the man is not telling it nicely but I think if many westerners were honest about it they would admit to feeling very similar. I don't think there will ever be any lasting peace between Muslims and Christians because the gap in our beliefs are very far apart. Keep in mind the man was not asking for any kind of violent act. He just simply says there is no sympathy or respect to be had for what many view to be a violent and anti-Christian religion. If you say its not then why is it that Christians are targeted so often. I mean I don't have anything really against Muslim people but when it comes to the Muslim religion I don't have any respect or sympathy for it either. I can't respect any religion that encourages its people to lie and cheat non believers.

I have read that Christians were well received, and even respected in the Muslin Kurdish areas of Iraq, as an example.
Those Christians who have gone there, have gone with an initial purpose of helping those in need first, then evangelizing them later.
There have also been reports of millions of Muslims in the Middle East converting to Christ. I don't know if these are completely accurate or not. It would take a true conversion for such a person to become a Christian, and would be extremely dangerous for a (former) Muslim to come out publicly as a Christian, because that would merit the death penalty under Islamic law.
I think that this is why a lot of Muslims, especially Muslim governments, hate Christians. If their people convert to Christianity, they lose a huge piece of control over them. I believe that Christianity has a lot to offer a (former) Muslim, because the Christian God offers a path to eternal life through Jesus Christ. Islam cannot offer any guarantees about the afterlife. Allah is a capricious god, send one person to heaven, and another, with a pretty much identical life, to hell. Even Allah's own prophet, Muhammad, is not guaranteed paradise. That is why Muslims use the phrase "peace be upon him" when referring to any person who has died. They want to try to convince their god to accept that person into paradise. Jesus, however, offers a clear path to heaven, and I think that this becomes hugely appealing to a lot of people without much hope for anything great in their mortal lives.
I think that hating Muslims does little, and is not what Jesus would want, or expect from us. He would want us to work to bring them to Him, as He did with Saul, (later Paul) who was a very hateful man, who thought that he was serving God in killing and torturing Christians.
It seems like God often takes the the most unlikely people to build His ministry with. None of the Disciples of Jesus, except maybe Judas, were obvious choices for Apostleship. (and Judas only worked out well in that he performed the role he was destined for) I mean, fishermen to bring about a religious conversion, and bring a new religion to the world? Really? Carpenters? A tax collector? The Apostles of Jesus were all extremely ordinary men. They weren't religious scholars. However, these ordinary men brought Christianity to the world, all choosing to die for their Savior, their God. (even though John survived being poisoned, he was sentenced to death) Perhaps one of the most unlikely of all Christian Disciples will arise from the Middle East, a Muslim, who persecuted Christians, killing them heartlessly and relentlessly ..... who hears the message of Jesus Christ, and leads a conversion of millions and millions? It would fit the pattern God has used in the past, using the least likely of all to do the greatest things.
We should not hate Muslims, because Jesus said to love your enemies. I might add the word relentlessly to that, because that certainly was His intention. Love your enemies relentlessly, until they absolutely have to know why you do not hate them in return. Many are doing this today, and many are dying for Jesus as a result ...... but perhaps their deaths, dying at peace, with love for those who kill them, and forgiveness freely offered for them, can be the thing that sets in place a Christian revolution throughout the area.
“'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Jesus said that if we follow these 2 commandments, we will also follow the rest naturally. We cannot do so only when it is convenient for us, or when we like it.
Now, this is not to say that countries should not take military action to protect their people. That is one of the roles of government, and Jesus approved of those in military service as having an honorable profession. However, as individuals, as Christians, we should not hate others. Never once did Jesus teach us to harbor hatred against others.
God loves us, and we, in turn, must love Him, and love others, even when they hate us in return. That is a large part of what Jesus caught us. Now it is up to us to live it.
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.

I didn't say that at all. you miss what i was trying to say.
the Turkish people readily admit that it was a genocide. We understand that wasn't a nice time in our history.
i'm saying just because we got some dumbass in politics who say stupid things, that doesn't reflect on the entire country.
by that logic, everything obama say's is what you believe.

Yet, we can't seem to leave it in the past, and try to move on. the problem stems from people not learning from the mistakes. and people like to cherry pick which part of history we want to "remember" and which parts we want to say "get over it, move on". This guy in the video wants to bring up the genocide in the Turkish country as a talking point into his bigot ass video. ok, but i bet 100 dollars if i tell this guy to remember what his country(England) did to the Irish, in part because of christianity, he'd be the first to be like "That was back then, it's time to move on". We got so much hypocrisy in this planet, especially when it comes to religion.

We got so much hypocrisy in this planet, especially when it comes to religion. But if you listen to most of those religions, they would tell you the best way to 'get over it' is to forgive the transgressors and move on.

The 10 Commandments...
=You shall have no other gods before Me. =You shall not make idols. =You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain. =Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. =Honor your father and your mother. =You shall not murder. =You shall not commit adultery. =You shall not steal. =You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. =You shall not covet.
I dunno, seems like good advice on how to live a life with others.

But the law is not the avenue to Heaven only to death... Jesus came to replace the law and allow us that avenue.
It is through him, Christians can reach their paradise.

It is through him, Christians can reach their paradise. Don't mean to pick on you. Jesus came as a way to make sure we could be forgiven of our sins in an absolute way. He is very clear that we could keep ALL of the 10 commandments. They are a way of life that is very beneficial to our society as a whole but like anything worthwhile doing it is not always easy to do. Still it is something we should strive to live by even if we fail from time to time. Jesus says this about the Law in Matthew Chapter 5: 17“ Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Don't take my word for it but take Jesus's word.

I can get fed up with the stupidity of any people but I don't hate them. I do have problems with the Muslim religion because to me I view Mohamad as a false prophet sent to lead people astray. There are several instances where he tells people it's ok to break the 10 commandments. That to me is not a servant of God because the Bible says you will know a man by his works and it doesn't make sense for him to use a messenger that tells people to break the 10 commandments. I do not really think he was evil either. I just think he was a regular man who was much like our modern day charismatic preachers with huge followings. I think much like Buddhism the followers have taken things far beyond what was intended by the person themselves. It just saddens me because I know that without accepting Christ as lord and savior a person is doomed to have their soul obliterated.

Not a problem. There are several churches out there that ignore Matthew chapter 5 when it comes to keeping the laws of the Bible. One of the main reasons is that when you keep reading chapter 5 Jesus says what he feels about adultery and divorce and it forces many pastors and churchgoers alike into a very difficult position.
Feel free to read the entire chapter but here are some excerpts:
But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. How many of us are guilty of watching porn or admiring that woman walking down the street scantily clad.
"I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, causes her to become an adulteress, and anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery."
BTW back then if you cheated on your spouse you would be put to death. You don't need a divorce then.
It's not easy to be a Christian that is for sure.

Would This Man Be Charged With Terrorism If He Were Muslim? On April 10, a former congressional candidate from Tennessee was arrested for plotting to kill Muslims and destroy a mosque. In court this week, 63-year-old Robert R. Doggart admitted to plotting to kill residents in Islamberg, a Muslim area in the state of New York. The fact that the case has not drawn much attention from the media has left groups representing American Muslims frustrated. “If a Muslim had planned to carry out such a religiously-motivated deadly attack, he would certainly have been labeled a terrorist and charged accordingly,” National Communications Director for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) Ibrahim Hooper said in a press release earlier this week. “We ask the Obama administration to rescind the plea agreement, which – as it stands – could see this individual free in the community.” Doggart coordinated the attack with members of a right-wing militia named by the plea agreement as OAF. Doggart pleaded guilty to one count of Interstate Communication of Threats In violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 875(c). Another count of solicitation to commit a civil rights violation was dropped. Doggart said in a phone conversation: “We will burn down their buildings (and) if anyone attempts to, uh, harm us in any way, our stand gunner will take them down from 350 yards away. The standoff gunner would be me.” “We’re gonna be carrying an M4 with 500 rounds of ammunition, light armour piercing, a pistol with three extra magazines, and a machete.” “And if it gets down to the machete, we will cut them to shreds.” Doggart ran for the House of Representatives last year and gained around 9,000 votes. Despite the threats, Doggars is currently out on bail and awaiting sentencing. He faces up to five years in prison and a fine of $250,000. Muhammad Matthew Gardner, a spokesman for The Muslims of America (TMOA), told Sky News: “Doggart is an example of the results of unchecked and rampant Islamophobia which has spread lies for years about our peaceful community. “All would agree, if a Muslim did this, the perpetrator would be immediately identified as a terrorist then prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

If by now they don't know that it was not a country that carried out 9-11, but a radical group, then their anger is misguided. I don't walk up to random Japanese people and berate them about bombing Pearl Harbor. I don't hold Southern families accountable for the lives of Union soldiers during the civil war. At some point we have to isolate the action to those that were guilty of it, and not hold it accountable by the others based on general associations.

I don't think they are or need to be front center at all times, but there's a lot of people who aren't ready to move on. When can the Saudis expect us to move on from 911? If by now they don't know that it was not a country that carried out 9-11, but a radical group, then their anger is misguided. I don't walk up to random Japanese people and berate them about bombing Pearl Harbor. I don't hold Southern families accountable for the lives of Union soldiers during the civil war. At some point we have to isolate the action to those that were guilty of it, and not hold it accountable by the others based on general associations. Understood, but on the other hand US slavery was a state sanctioned trade for a very long time. Then when it became illegal it became a form of slavery that was very uncommon. Slave owners began to breed and sell slaves. Very few slaves were granted citizenship in the south and when they escaped up north where slavery wasn't legal the law said they could be captured and returned. I think it's 100% fine to not participate in a discussion of slavery, but I don't see the need to tell others to let it go. If you have people randomly approaching you to berate your involvement in slavery that's pretty weird. I don't think anyone's done that to me.

Rockdogg,
Seems to me that the ones who can't learn and move on from the subject of slavery are the apologetic white folks who just can't apologize enough for something that happened hundreds of years ago.
It is and was wrong and all have learned from the mistake. We changed our laws and thinking and included everyone into the system. Today we have a Black President and generations who have never known the lash.
You and others keep bringing it up as if it still goes on today. What more would you have us do?
Or perhaps you just like pointing a finger at people for things they had nothing to do with, like some mean and crabby old lady who remembers when your Dad was a kid and stepped on her flowers.

Remember 4th of july, remember 9/11, remember vietnam, now it's all of a sudden remember the Armenian Genocide. remember all this other stuff.
but the crap that went on within our own country? nah, get over that crap.
killing off 90 percent of the native american population? get over it.
slavery, jim crow, civil rights movement, police brutality, segregation, lynchings? nah get over it.
the first successful black neighborhood that got burned to the ground in 1921? get over it
studying the effects of syphillis on black people by lying to them and telling them the medicine they're taking is a cure, a program that only ended in the 1970's? nah, get over it
That's my issue. Y'all wanna talk about get over it, picking and choosing, but got no problem bringing out old stuff when it suits your argument.

ok. If you weren't so Naive, you would understand that there are Nations and people who are still trying to destroy Israel and drive every man woman and child of them into the sea! The Holocaust isn't over but made impossible by the strength of Israel's Military and the backing of her allies.

[shrugs] I'm not sure I get it either but I will make one observation... that rant was delivered by a well spoken older man with a British accent... Had that exact same speech been delivered by Bubba with an Alabama accent, the whole planet would have seen it by now and the backlash would be unbelievable.... It's all about perception.

The Holocaust isn't over but made impossible by the strength of Israel's Military and the backing of her allies. If you weren't so Naive, you would know the holocaust is over! We have memorials and everything! Some conflicts and wars in the years since WW2 do not a holocaust make. Egyptians/Palestinians/etc aren't throwing Jews into train cars and sending them to camps. To conflate the plight of the Jews and others in WW2 with Israel today does a grave disservice to what happened in Eastern Europe.

I really understand what you're trying to say, but maybe I'm not making my point very clear. Nobody is apologizing. I have yet to hear any white person apologize, I'm sure some have, I just haven't seen or heard it. The original point was the request for some people to "move on". I think the issue of slavery is a deeply felt personal issue with a lot of folks. If it's not like that for others then I don't see a problem with that. My point is I don't think asking someone to move on from something that is very important to them is very helpful. If someone were to approach you to ask why you think slavery is alright I would think that person is crazy. That's never happened to me.

When I finally recovered from having my neck replaced with plastic and metal, when I was finally healed, the Doc told me to now put it behind me, like a healed broken arm, and get on with life. It is the healthy thing to do, both mentally and physically.
We have learned from the past. We have recovered from the illness, we have fixed what was wrong. The only thing that even makes it an issue is those people who just won't move on but keep picking at the scab.
