Ezekiel Elliott and the rest of the Buckeyes are confident entering 2015. (USATSI)

Sportsbook operator CG Technology released Over/Unders on win totals for 67 college football teams, and Ohio State stands apart from the rest.

The Buckeyes are listed at 11 wins, the Over juiced at -165, meaning you have to risk $165 to win $100. The Under is priced at +135.

CG Technology pegged Baylor and TCU at 10 wins, and no other team is in double digits.

"Ohio State is tricky because you could actually put 12 as the number," Jason Simbal, vice president of race and sports, told CBSSports.com. "I say that as a joke but they're going to be the favorite in every game. They go undefeated in the majority of simulations we ran.

"You can either open it at 11.5 or 11, but juice the Over."

Offshore sportsbook 5Dimes released win totals a month ago, but 5Dimes is only taking $100 max bets. CG Technology, which runs eight sportsbooks, including those at Venetian, Cosmopolitan and the Palms, is taking $1,000 bets now and will raise the limit to $5,000 as the season approaches.

The first bet came in on none other than lowly Illinois. A professional bettor wagered the max on Over 4 wins at +145.

"I have no idea why -- we're going to leave it and see if someone else touches it," Simbal said. "This is the most interesting part, seeing how people start betting. We can see which numbers we missed on and try to apply that going forward."

Here are Simbal's thoughts on a few teams that were hard to peg:

Notre Dame, 9 wins (-115 either way): "Notre Dame is always tough because of the amount of action they usually get from fans, so you want to tweak that to the higher side. We saw the new QB (Malik Zaire) play in the bowl game, but it's a small sample and how much of a dropoff is there? Plus, Notre Dame's schedule is strange. They've got a lot of very easy games and a lot of really hard games and no real in-between games."

Baylor, 10 wins (Over -105, Under -125); TCU, 10 wins (Over -140, Under -110): "They play each other [Nov. 27 at TCU] so the loser of that game cannot afford any other losses. As always, Baylor plays nobody out of conference. They do play Oklahoma, but at home, which helps. They don't play Oklahoma State. TCU, on the other hand, plays at Oklahoma and at Kansas State."

Wisconsin, 9.5 wins (Over -140, Under -110): "Questionable QB situation, and they're going to be a big underdog in the first game they play (vs. Alabama in Arlington, Texas), so you're behind the 8-ball there. The interesting thing is no Michigan State or Ohio State on the schedule. Toughest game is at Nebraska. I can understand where 10 could be the number, but it seemed to make more sense to use 9.5 because their offense was predicated on one guy last year and he's gone."

Here's the full list of CG Technology's win totals.

Note: Win totals are for regular-season games only; conference championship games, bowls and playoffs do not count.

Next years Buckeye team could be the greatest in school history. Not exactly shocking.

You have three QB's that could probably go almost anywhere and start right away, with the exception of only a few schools. I also believe the team is returning 17 or 18 starters from last year? Yeah, they'll be favored in every game. Hard to believe when we'll be playing power houses such as Hawaii, Northern Illinois and Indiana huh? Still though, I cannot wait for the season to get started and I cannot wait watching our team in the playoff again next year!!!

I forgot to mention.

I might be willing to hack off one of my toes to get Joey Bosa in a Browns uniform after next year....

Is that wrong?

Cause if giving up one of my toes for Joey Bosa is wrong, I don't wanna be right...

LOL on the toe thing.

I love watching Ohio State play. We should be great this upcoming season. It would be great to see us win another National Championship, but man, that is so difficult.

Last year, we jelled at exactly the right time. There is going to be a lot of pressure on these young men as they try to repeat. Many pitfalls along the way. So, winning a second consecutive National Championship might be too much to expect, but man......

....the ride is going to be fun!

It's only going to get better. Our recruiting is unmatched by anyone except Alabama. 2016 class is going to be insane (just look at the RBs). 2017 might be the best class we've EVER had and one of the best in college football history. It will be tough to top the 2013 class which was where guys like Zeke, Bosa, Lee and Barrett came from.

I would be totally shocked if OSU doesn't win the national championship again...

Not a lot of love for my Terps to repeat with a good season, either they think the rest of the Big 10 got a lot better (which is possible) or they think Maryland won't be able to replace what it lost... which was a decent WR, a couple decent lineman and a sub-par QB...

What does a decent season look like to a Maryland fan?

I'm not expecting too much from this season..

I honestly think Hokes first year (10-3, BCS Win) was in the end a bad thing for him.. Because it was just downhill from there..

Opening at Utah will be an interesting litmus test for Jim. Lose and all the warm feelings every one has will dry up quickly..

While I consider the 2015 season to basically be a "wasted" season, as we look to improve recruiting for 2016..

I would obviously enjoy say an 8-5/9-4 year with a Bowl Game..

I just hope this team doesn't get 2006-itis. That team had all the talent and let it go to their heads before getting whipped by FL in the championship game.

There's a different mentality between being an underdog (such as the end of last season) and being the overwhelming favorites.

Meyer's biggest job this year will be to keep their heads on straight.

Agreed.

The biggest difference is that this team has NFL talent everywhere. We could have 4-5 guys drafted in the first round next year.

Last year was a decent season.. Based on what they have had in recent years any season over .500 with a respectable bowl bid is a decent season....

would have been a good season if they had not laid an egg against Rutgers in the final game

would have been a very good season if they had sneaked past WVU in a game they lost on a last second FG.

They are a long way from me expecting them to compete with the OSUs and MSUs of the world to consider it a decent season... maybe some day. They do have a very highly rated QB coming in 2016, hopefully that will help because, just like the pros, that is what they have struggled with, finding a decent QB. Which is why I think OSU should have to give them one of theirs this year.. it's only fair. thumbsup

I think Maryland can beat Sparty. It didn't show up on the scoreboard, but OSU dominated Sparty last year. Maryland has the talent to do it.

Love hearing some of these former NFL scouts say that Ohio State's best talent was buried on the depth chart last year.

This team is going to be ridiculous. They're going to blow out a lot of teams, but they are going to have the targets on their back too. The hype machine is only going to get louder.

On paper, nobody in the country sniffs this team. Too deep, too well coached, and the schedule sets up quite nicely. Said it before, but having VT right out of the gate is a blessing for this team. They're not going into that game with a hangover, they're going to be out for revenge. The scene at Layne Stadium is going to be incredible. Labor Day night? That's awesome.

Sam Hubbard is gonna explode this year at defensive end. Very excited to see this kid play.

To give you an idea of how athletic he is, he played safety in high school. However, we've moved him from tight end, to LB and now he's a defensive end. He's 6'6 and roughly 265. He was a beast at lacrosse.

I took some management classes at Maryland when I lived in DC.. That was during the Boomer Esaison years. As I recall the Terps were ranked as high as # 7 Nationally and won the ACC. At the time, Basketball was the number 1 College sport in the DC area with Maryland, Georgetown and American U Basketball.. followed by Georgetown Sculling ( Rowing ) but Maryland Football was fun to watch then.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

OSUs schedule is soft as charmin.

Only way they lose is if they overlook a team badly. They should simply "out talent" every opponent they face on that schedule.

Our 2017 recruiting class is going to be one of the best in college football history. Just insane talent committing to us. Every commit so far is a top 300 player in high school. We're expected to land a bunch of 5 star studs that can start from day 1.

Best in College Sports: Ohio State

Once again, the world of college athletics provided a wealth of excitement during the 2014-15 season.

Ohio State won the first College Football Playoff, capturing its first national title in the sport since 2002. Duke returned to the top of men's basketball, ending a short four-year drought and winning the championship. Virginia catapulted itself to the top of the college baseball world, winning the national title one year after finishing as a runner-up to Vanderbilt.

So how did all FBS schools compare when it came to the major college sports? Once again, we sought to find out with our own custom formula.

The National Association of College Directors of Athletics (NACDA) has been ranking athletic programs for years but weighs every sport equally, meaning a football national title is worth the same number of points (100) as a women's water polo title. The CBS Sports Best in College Sports award is weighed more heavily toward sports that generate the broadest base of fan and media interest. We rated five sports -- football, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball and a "wild card" sport.

The wild-card spot went to the most successful among the school's following spectator sports: softball, men's lacrosse, men's ice hockey, men's soccer, wrestling, volleyball, women's soccer or women's gymnastics.

For our formula (which takes into account only schools that field FBS football programs): we weighed football with a triple value, while men's basketball is worth twice as many points as the other sports that are part of the formula.

OSU received 300 points for winning the football national title (100 points times three). Oregon finished second in the AP Top 25 for football and was awarded 270 points. Football teams that finished with a winning record or went to a bowl game, but didn't rank in the final AP poll, received 75 points (25 points times three). Teams that were bowl-eligible, but didn't play in the postseason were awarded 30 points.

For all titles that were settled via a bracket, point totals were based on via how many teams filled out the bracket. Duke's national title in men's basketball was worth 200 points. Teams that made the NIT, CBI or CIT were given 20 points (10 points times two).

All champions in the other sports we surveyed received 100 points for a national title. -- J. Darin Darst

I hope that doesn't cost them...

Not that I think they will get bumped or anything. They are a consensus #1 team coming into this year. If they run their schedule, they will be in the playoff again. I just worry that the could lose their edge with so many bad opponents. That's my only worry with this team. Otherwise, they are a juggernaut.

I'm hoping to be in attendance for the Nov. 14th game in Champaign. Went to an OSU/Illinois game there back in Tressel's last year and had a blast. Fans were a lot better than I thought I'd be, since OSU usually brings out the hate in opposing fans.

I know the Buckeyes travel well, but you may see the biggest disparity between the fanbases, and Illinois is getting hammered by former players about racism and abuse. Former football players really had a lot to say about Tim Beckman. If this thing sours early in the season, fans are going to turn over their tickets and you could see a 90%+ Ohio State crowd.

I just hope fans don't get worried if we look bad at times in the regular season, especially on defense. That unit showed it could play at a very high level if needed. However, obviously this team is led by the offense and the best offensive line in college football with a brilliant minded future hall of famer head coach.

I would be happy to debate you that the Alabama Crimson Tide has the best offensive and defensive lines in ALL of college football.
Not to mention, we still have the best head coach and coaching staff in the country.

P.S. I would love to see you Buckeyes try playing the SEC West on a weekly basis.

Yup.

For years the SEC fans were "I'd like to see you play us just once." We play them once, beat them, and now it's "I'd like to see you play us more."

Ohio State's offensive line was far and away better than Alabama's in their matchup last year. Ohio State's defensive line towards the end of the year was quite impressive as well.

I'm not going to argue that the Big Ten is better than the SEC, because it's not, but the days of "I'd like to see you guys play in the west division" are coming to an end. The gap has narrowed.

Yup.

For years the SEC fans were "I'd like to see you play us just once." We play them once, beat them, and now it's "I'd like to see you play us more."

LOL! When was the last time you even beat an SEC team????
You beat us once (6 months ago) and it's like you do it on a regular basis???? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rofl

Always avoiding the question. Look at your schedule. LOOK AT IT!!!! LOL! It is a total embarrassment. We lost to you by 7 points and you think you dominated? Half of our D didn't show up for your 3rd string QB.

Congratulations! You won and I give you big time props.

This year, you will glide through your cupcake schedule while we beat ourselves up by the end of the year.
Looks like a plan.

Alabama was supposed to win by 10. You were thoroughly manhandled at the LOS in that game.

Alabama and SEC honks already had their tickets punched for Dallas.

I give you credit for showing up though, as some SEC honks on this forum disappeared after the Sugar Bowl.

And by disappeared, I mean they still come here but avoid college football topics.

Yes, we were manhandled by 7 points? Please...

However, you won and you went on to beat the Ducks.

I never questioned your deserving of national champions though. You have my total respect on that.

All I am questioning is that the top ranked teams who have easy schedules will be able to take on the final 4 a lot easier than the current SEC West teams. JMHO.
