I have this thing on my side that I suspect is a hernia, because it pops out whe I stand, but goes away when I sit ot lie down. I also have been having serious pain in my shoulder, (not the one that had the rotator cuff repaired a few years ago) and went for an MRI, and yeppers .... it's torn in a couple of places, and has a cyst in the infraspinatus muscle. It tends to be gentle exercise that gradually conditions the joints. Home of the Free, Because of the Brave...
