So far it sounds like they would rather pay a fine for not spending enough cap space than try to actually fix anything.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

There is no fine. Any money you didn't spend gets split up among your roster.

How many have we got from Seattle? I thought it was just the one? or am I wrong?

Michael Bowie, Paul McQuistan and John Moffitt. If I recall, the Browns failed Moffitt on his physical and there were reports it was done intentionally or something goofy.

Oh wow, I only remember Bowie... looks like we're the Seattle Scrub Warehouse! Glad we go after scrubs instead of people that can definitely help us win.

We are not at risk of not hitting the 89% salary rule.

Us and the Bengals are gonna be exhibit A and B at the next CBA on improving this rule.

There are twelve teams that paid less in salary than us last year (the Bengals were not one of those teams). Spending is not a real problem.

We were 3-13 and watched some of our better talent walk while sitting on a boat load of cap money. NOT willing to spend seems like a big problem.

Right. The comment I made was referring to our 2015 salary. Also, even if we don't sign anyone significant, the salary cap penalty is not in play.

We signed Rahim Moore.

He was cut by the Texans, so no compensatory picks are lost.

Moore was a pretty valuable player for the Broncos in 2014, so he's not that far off from success. Also, he just turned 26.

Pretty good signing.

I would have preferred Antonio Allen (who signed today with Houston, who cut Moore), but at least this doesn't cost us a draft pick.

Gipson's replacement. We'll see if he can beat out Poyer.

Here's how I know Rahim Moore (besides being a Bruin).
