I find it shameful that our HC would quit on our team and turn the play calling duties over to the team trainer. The trainer was unqualified to do that job. If he wished to address the team, he should have turned the play calling over to someone more capable. Like the OC.

Okay here you go. Are the rooks going to improve.... yes all Rookie's improve. How much will they improve? Only time will tell but there will be improvement.

For the first time in a long time our front office has a plan, has everybody pulling together in the same direction to impliment that plan, and will not deviate from that plan. IF this past draft, and the next two drafts pan out, we will all be happy campers starting in 2018.

That is exactly all this comes down to. Vers appears to be upset simply because it seems that to a man, we disagree with him. Oh well, you can't please everyone.

Didn't quit at all. So he took off his head set...man we come on the board as if we know what is going on. Head set is off but he knew what was going on. Hogan's playbook was very limited. Pep has been working with Hogan and knew more of what he could handle and theoretically the game was over. Once Kessler went down with another ILLEGAL hit to our QBs HEAD without a flag thrown the game was over.
Hogan was in to run the Read option hear and there. But his accuracy was not there.
Hue took off his headset but did not fold his arms and do nothing...he reamed the team to keep them fighting regardless if we were down to our 5th QB of the season.
Of course right away lets shoot Hue and ASSume we know what we are talking about.
Look I hate losing. There is no fun in it. But I like our staff I like the way are team are playing and improving.
Sorry take any team and get them down to their 5th option at QB for the season and they would lose also!

- love the plan - execution is the key .. and by execution I mean bringing in TALENT via the draft and then supplementing it via FA ..
Key here is EVALUATING and SECURING said talent ...
Any plan can work if u EVALUATE we'll and bring in TALENT ... some plans just look better on paper .. *L* ..
Also .. its year 1 of the plan ... IF we don't bring in the talent and we go 3 - 13 next year .. WE'LL SEE HOW THEY STAY TOGETHER and don't deviate from the plan ..
Matter of fact .. if we keep losing this year ... some cracks may start forming very very soon in this ALL ON THE SAME PAGE ... its easy to be UNITED and PULLING TOGETHER on day 1 ...

Scrolling up, it seems that most posts that were a reply to you addressed the subject matter. Those that were replies to someone else may have strayed from what you wanted, but then again it doesn't say Verse's football board at the top does it?

I am cautiously optimistic about the front office, and their ability to build a lot better team than we have had since the mid 1990's. But I also admit they could fall flat on their face, or Jimmy could jump in and screw things up. As Tom Petty says "Waiting is the hardest part"
