I think ACC was over rated .. and not as physical as B1G ... that's apparent

Congrats to the Mississippi state ladies for beating DePaul and preventing the lady wildcats of Arizona from miraculously advancing despite not even being in this years tourney.

Man, the officiating in college basketball is atrocious. The favorites get every close call! Boo!!!!

I was saying the same thing. I've watched almost all of it today and in the final couple minutes of every close game it seemed like the higher seed got the benefit of almost every close call (and some that weren't even that close). The UNC game was the worst.

Yep. Legacy calls are the worst. Can't wait to see the worst of it during the UCLA Cinci game. Especially if the Wildcats keep this up.

The Oregon game was sickening. So was the Kentucky game.

Not only at the end of the games, but have you noticed how many of the lower seeded teams get multiple players in foul trouble and they have to sit for significant portions of the games?

I didn't answer your question earlier about the ACC because I didn't watch college bb this year and I don't know if they were overrated or not, but I didn't watch because I am so tired of the bias in officiating at that level year in and year out.

Now.........just watch the refs screw SC against Duke in this game.

USC has a 7 point lead with 8 minutes to play... Duke has them right where they want them.

As for the ACC, they got the same benefit the SEC usually gets in football, give early high rankings to so many in the conference, then when conference play starts most of their wins look like quality wins and their losses look like quality losses and the conference RPI stays really high.. FSU played almost nobody out of conference, UVA played almost nobody, miami played 2 decent out of conference games and lost both of them (yet finished the season ranked because they had a decent conference record against other teams who were ranked but didn't play anybody_.. UNC and Duke had decent schedules and did ok

It has begun, Duke gets the quick held ball call, they get the contested ball out of bounds call, then they get the charge/block call.... All in less than a minute.

Ok, I will edit this, USC has gotten a couple close calls since my last post...

Yes, I was surprised that the officiating was fairly level in that game.

Good job by the Cocks.

The Ohio State Women play #1 seed Notre Dame tonight.

Tough match-up. Biggest Buckeye basketball game in over a year.

I don’t think they publish odds (betting-lines) on women’s basketball.

I’d go with Notre Dame -6. (favored by 6)

Game’s on ESPN at 7 pm EST.

I knew we should've fired Thad this year.

I hope Kostas Antetokounmpo stays at UD. I really wanted to watch him next year.

I didn't go to Oregon but, of course now live in Duckland (the Beavers barely exist here these days). I am pleased to see them do well and I know Kansas notoriously underachieve in March but, I was surprised the Ducks won but such a margin. Good for them.

Yes, it's possible that half the country isn't going to give a crap about the national championship game.
