All well and fine except Trump decided to allow the Republicans handle it because they had it all under control and figured out over 7 years of opposing ObamaCare.

Now he knows they are full of it and just may take the lead himself. We will see.

Trumps eyes are completely open to the Republicans now and what it is like working with them.

This would be an excellent time for the Democrats to return to work and approach Trump. He may find more success working with them.

Yes he ran as a Republican because it was an open field. Hillary was the Queen and there would be no changing that.

Yesterday, while Trump was yelling at the Republicans about looking foolish over healthcare, one of the reporters asked a group of Republicans if this indicated a big split in the Republican Party between their President and their Congress.

They replied, "no, there are no Republicans in the White House."

Trump is neither R or D, he is Trump!

That sounds like something people say when they don't want to take responsibility r a mistake they made.

With a mere stroke of his pen, President Trump could end the exemption that President Obama gave members of Congress and their staffs that makes them the only participants in the ObamaCare exchanges to receive generous subsidies from their employer (the American people) to pay for their health insurance. Nothing would better focus Congress’ attention on changing ObamaCare than being trapped in it just like other Americans.

whoever voted for trump, we aren't on good terms. what you guys did was elect the biggest embarrassment in US history, and now millions could possibly suffer because of your decision.

We need to get all U.S. citizens to the poles not 40%! Vote!Vote!Vote! Ask friends and family co-workers if they're registered to vote. If not help them to register. We now know what it takes. It takes more than 2 million more votes than the GOP to secure a win these days.

Common sense says, if congress puts in a plan that so few support, they should expect to get their heads handed to them in the next election. I'm not sure there is enough common sense to do that.

I agree. And I could also see the possibility of having Medicare as a base bottom tier plan for everyone with having the option of buying additional coverage to make your plan better if you so choose.

Medicare as a minimum with added optional coverage to purchase if you so choose.

Yes, I can agree with that.

Medicare is great if you have a few hundred thousand in the bank before you go on it.
