I have to admit that my knee has become more ...... difficult ... as the last day or 2.
Maybe it's because the anesthesia has worn all the way off ... I don't know ..... but my knee has gotten more sore as I have gone along ..... and my calf muscle ... all of it .... feels like someone has beat it with a hammer. I am doing stretches,m trying to get rid of that ..... so I hope I'm doing the right thing.
I see the doctor tomorrow, so we'll see what he says.

I see the doctor tomorrow, so we'll see what he says. I wish I would have seen this sooner.....STOP stretching and call the doc. That sore calf could be a positive Homan's sign, which is an indicator of a blood clot. Does the pain become more intense when you flex your ankle (toes up)?

I am sitting in the x Ray place right now. My doctor doesnt think that there is a clot, but he wants a sonogram done. I sure did not plan on spending all day at the doctor's office. I'll let you know how it comes out.

No clots, thank God. They did the test on both legs. Man, I tried to get all of that slimy stuff off before I put my pants on, and missed whole globs of it. Yuck! My 11:30 appointment ended at 4:00.

Man, my leg looks like King Kong grabbed hold of it and tried to pop me. lol It is all black and blue, and my foot is even more so. I called the doctor and he said it's normal, but it looks horrible.

Have you been icing it consistently? I have been icing my knee and calf. My doctor told me to put warm cloths on my foot. I cannot believe, for the most part, how well my knee is doing. I just have to keep doing my stretches 4 times/day, and resist the urge to use my left leg (the repaired knee)to bend/push when I go up and down the stairs.

Just trying to get through it, while also preparing for my colonoscopy. Fasting sucks. A half gallon of Gatorade with Miralax mixed in also sucks. lol Oh well, by this time tomorrow I'll be through with this misery. (kinda laughing, anyway) Hey now the Gatorade and miralax is 100 times better than the old crap they use to try to make everybody drink

I start my "every 15 minutes" in 5 minutes. Fun to soon commence. I think I need some adult diapers for tomorrow. Wish I'd thought of it earlier. lol

Just a hint. Start everything WAY earlier than they tell you to. I start about six hours early. Yes I have to fast longer but I am done running to the bathroom by the time I wake up the morning of the invasion.

My doc is still old school with the Evacu-quick or whatever that nasty azz chemical tasting concoction is called. My next one is over a year away and I'm already dreading it.

This is really unpleasant. I drank the full 64 oz Gatorade with the laxative ....which was disgusting ..... drank probably 6 bottles of water in addition to that ...... I started at 6, and at 8 I was still waiting for anything to happen. Then it let loose, but I don't know how "clear" this is supposed to get. Oh well ..... it'll be over soon.

I use the orange G-2 and I don't even taste the miralax BTW it should be as clear as tap water by the time your series of wind sprints to the bathroom are over.

Well. I survived. 2 polyps, one was very small, and benign, and the other was rather large, and he said it also looks benign. However, he has to send it out for testing. I can still use prayers. They were only able to take 1/2 of the large polyp, so I have to go redo this whole joyful experience in January.
