All the same polling that said it was a lock he would lose as well, huh? I began to believe he would win around August or September, but election polling numbers being off doesn't change the fact that he was and is widely unpopular. Do you have a degree in the medical field to ascertain that diagnosis? didn't think so. Why would I need a medical degree to ascertain that a guy who thinks health insurance costs $12 a year and constantly rambles incoherently is a moron? Pretty sure he was well into his 60's when he started that show. Already a billionaire, but I guess none of that mattered before hand. He wasn't a billionaire when that show started. I'd be surprised if he is one now. He vastly overstates his wealth and for years has paid Forbes to do the same. I'd say he probably has about $260-300 million in liquid assets. Where did all those allegations go? Any indictments? Any charges brought? Didn't think so. Again, there is a video of him bragging about sexually assaulting women. Racist, rapist, bigot, I think those are the only three words in the liberal vocabulary. I'm not a liberal. Take a seat Jr. the hatred spewing out your backside is being smelt over the web. Is it hard to sit down with your butt hurt so much. How old are you?

This should help clear a few things up. Sources: Podesta Group, Mercury Are Companies ‘A’ and ‘B’ in Indictmentby JULIA AINSLEY, TOM WINTER and CAROL E. LEE WASHINGTON — The lobbying firms the Podesta Group and Mercury Public Affairs are the unnamed companies in the grand jury indictment of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his deputy, Rick Gates, according to three sources with knowledge of the investigation. The indictment, unsealed Monday, refers to "Company A" and "Company B" as the firms Manafort and Gates solicited in 2012 to lobby on behalf of the Ukranian government. Company A is Mercury Public Affairs and Company B is the Podesta Group, the sources said. The revelation of the companies’ identities points to more details about the players involved in the high-stakes venture run by Manafort and Gates to push the interest of a pro-Russia Ukranian political party inside the United States. It also provides a glimpse into the material special counsel Robert Mueller has corroborated on both companies and the potential legal repercussions both groups could face. Tony Podesta, who founded the left-leaning Podesta Group in 1988, stepped down from his position with the firm on Monday morning, an employee told NBC News. NBC News reported last week that Podesta and the Podesta group had become a subject of Mueller’s probe into ties between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia. Tony Podesta is the brother of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, who is not under investigation. The Podesta Group previously withheld from disclosing its work under the Foreign Agents Registrant Act (FARA), claiming they believed the group was not affiliated with the Ukrainian government. According to the indictment, the lobbying firms were paid $2 million from offshore accounts controlled by Manafort. Their work included lobbying "multiple members of Congress and their staffs about Ukraine sanctions, the validity of Ukraine elections" that the reasons for imprisoning Yulia Tymoshenko, the political rival of Russian-backed Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. The indictment also revealed that Gates told Company A, now known to be Mercury, in February 2012 that it would be "representing the Government of Ukraine in [Washington] D.C." A spokeswoman for Mercury could not be reached for comment. A spokeswoman for the Podesta Group declined to comment. Manafort and Gates attempted to distance themselves from the work of the lobbying firms after press reports in August 2016, according to the indictment. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/investigati...ictment-n815721 So 'Tony Podesta' is the brother of 'John Podesta' who was involved in the CLinton Campaign. The Podesta group was solicited to lobby for the ukrainian government by Manafort and Gates. The Group may have problems but HRC and John Podesta are not involved. So Willit you are right that the Podesta Group is in trouble. HRC and John Podesta are not.

Podesta Group is in trouble. HRC and John Podesta are not. I didn't say they were. I said that it is troublesome that a campaign chair of one party's nom. was soliciting the brother of the other party's nom. and that the swamp is deep. But others like to take words to mean whatever they want. As I would not be surprised if more does come out on John Podesta, as he DOES have vast ties to the Russian economy and government with other investment groups, specifically Joule Link

I find it fascinating that Trump feels the need to attack Papadopoulos on twitter this morning. If they are so sure this doesn't touch Trump why bother attacking him calling him a low level nobody and a liar? lol smh

Just about anyone else...he probably couldn't win. But this election the GOP teed up a gruel-brained game show host rapist in the throes of dementia
do you have any factual evidence of these claims? Disgusting you are. That just about anyone else would've beat him? Any and all polling and tracking shows that the only other politician in modern American history that came close to being as widely disliked as him is Hillary Clinton. That he's a moron in the throes of dementia? Just listen to him speak, it's fairly obvious. "I have a very good brain, and I know all the best words." He thinks health insurance costs $12 a year. Does that sound like a sharp mind to you? That he's a game show host? He hosted a program called "The Apprentice" for many years on NBC. That he's a rapist? He's been accused of sexual assault by more than a dozen women, and was caught on tape bragging about sexually assaulting women. Let's not forget the number of Bankruptcies that killed some small companies and threw hundreds of people our of work. Let's not forget Trump University, Trump Steaks Etc. Let's not forget the average of 57 lies a week since he announced his candidacy. Let's not forget the money he owes Russian banks. Oh,, have you seen his tax returns yet?

Oh,, have you seen his tax returns yet? Have you? So you have no idea what he owes anyone, then do you? I know, its funny, everyone wants to talk about facts, but when facts don't line up with your agenda you don't care about statements being factually true or not, huh?

He's a moron who more or less frittered away his inheritance on a series of laughable business deals. He'd have more money if he'd tucked his dad's money in basic stock indexes.
A bad businessman and a mediocre conman, but I'll give him credit for picking the right marks.

Including the Gold star families of our fallen troops. He's such a Patriot like that he feels he holds the moral high ground on cursing NFL players that don't stand for the anthem. And his minions follow......

Who’s who in the George Papadopoulos court documents Rosalind S. Helderman
October 30 at 9:32 PM 
Newly released court documents show that Trump foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos communicated with several senior campaign officials about his outreach to the Russian government over a period of months. The recipients of Papadopoulos’s emails are not named in the filings, but The Washington Post has identified several individuals based on interviews and other documents. Papadopoulos pleaded guilty this month to lying to federal agents about his outreach to Russia.
“The Campaign Supervisor”: Trump campaign national co-chairman Sam Clovis
Victoria Toensing, an attorney for Sam Clovis, confirmed that several references in court filings to “the campaign supervisor” refer to the onetime radio host from Iowa, who served as Trump’s national campaign co-chairman.
At one point, Papadopoulos emailed Clovis and other campaign officials about a March 24, 2016, meeting he had in London with a professor, who had introduced him to the Russian ambassador and a Russian woman he described as “Putin’s niece.” The group had talked about arranging a meeting “between us and the Russian leadership to discuss U.S.-Russia ties under President Trump,” Papadopoulos wrote. (Papadopoulos later learned that the woman was not Putin’s niece, and while he expected to meet the ambassador, he never did, according to filings.)
Clovis responded that he would “work it through the campaign,” adding, “great work,” according to court documents.
In August 2016, Clovis responded to efforts by Papadopoulos to organize an “off the record” meeting with Russian officials. “I would encourage you” and another foreign policy adviser to the campaign to “make the trip, if it is feasible,” Clovis wrote.
Toensing said Clovis “always vigorously opposed any Russian trip for Donald Trump and/or the campaign.” She said his responses to Papadopoulos were courtesy by “a polite gentleman from Iowa.”
“High-Ranking Campaign Official”: Campaign manager Corey Lewandowski
Emails previously described to The Post indicate that the “high-ranking campaign official” described in court documents is onetime campaign manager Corey Lewandowski. The emails were among more than 20,000 pages that the Trump campaign turned over to congressional committees after review by White House and defense lawyers.
Lewandowski, who was pushed out of his post in June 2016, did not respond to requests for comment.
Papadopoulos wrote to Lewandowski several times to let him know that the Russians were interested in forging a relationship with the campaign, court filings show.
In one email on April 27, 2016, Papadopoulos wrote “to discuss Russia’s interest in hosting Mr. Trump.”
“Have been receiving a lot of calls over the last month about Putin wanting to host him and the team when the time is right,” he added.
In May, Papadopoulos forwarded to Lewandowski an offer of “cooperation” from a Russian with links to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. “Is this something we want to move forward with?” he asked.
There is no indication if or how Lewandowski responded to those messages. But in June, when Papadopoulos emailed him again about Russia, Lewandowski referred him to Clovis because he “is running point,” according to court documents.
[Top campaign officials knew of Trump adviser’s outreach to Russia]
“Another high-ranking campaign official”: Campaign chairman Paul Manafort
The court filings indicate that Papadopoulos emailed “another high-ranking campaign official” on May 21, 2016, with the subject line “Request from Russia to meet Mr. Trump.”
The Post has previously identified this official as Paul Manafort, who was indicted Monday on unrelated criminal charges.
Manafort forwarded Papadopoulos’s email to another campaign official, stating: “We need someone to communicate that DT is not doing these trips,” referring to a trip to Russia. “It should be someone low level in the campaign so as not to send any signal.”
Manafort spokesman Jason Maloni in August told The Post that the campaign chairman’s response indicated that “any invitation by Russia, directly or indirectly, would be rejected outright.”
“Another campaign official”: Manafort deputy Rick Gates
The Post has previously identified the official who received the May 21, 2016, email from Manafort as his deputy, Rick Gates. Gates was indicted Monday on unrelated criminal charges.
“Senior Policy Advisor”: Unknown
The court filings indicate that on April 27, 2016, Papadopoulos emailed a “senior policy advisor” and wrote, “Have some interesting messages coming in from Moscow about a trip when the time is right.”
The Post has not identified this official.
“The Professor”: Joseph Mifsud, director of the London Academy of Diplomacy
According to emails previously described to The Post, the London-based professor who was a key contact for Papadopoulos in his Russian outreach is Joseph Mifsud, who formerly served as a government official in Malta.
Mifsud did not respond to a request for comment Monday. In an email to The Post in August, he wrote that he had “absolutely no contact with the Russian government” and said his only ties to Russia were through academic links.
Papadopoulos met Mifsud in March 2016 while traveling in Italy, according to court records. The professor “seemed uninterested” in Papadopoulos until he learned that he was a campaign adviser, according to court filings.
Five days after Trump named Papadopoulos as one of his advisers during a meeting at The Post, Papadopoulos and Mifsud met in London. The professor brought with him a Russian woman who was introduced as a relative of President Vladimir Putin who had connections to senior Russian government officials.
The following month, Mifsud told Papadopoulos that he had just returned from Moscow, where he had learned from high-level Russian government officials that Russia had “dirt” on Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, including “thousands of emails.”
“The Female Russian National”: Unknown
Court documents show that Papadopoulos corresponded with a “female Russian national” whom he initially believed was Putin’s niece.
At one point, she wrote to him, “The Russian Federation would love to welcome [Trump] once his candidature would be officially announced.”
The Post has not identified the woman.
“A Russian National Connected to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs”: Ivan Timofeev
In April 2016, Mifsud introduced Papadopoulos over email to a man in Moscow who told Papadopoulos that he had connections to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, court records show.
Emails previously described to The Post indicate that the man is Ivan Timofeev, a program director at a Russian government-funded think tank called the Russian International Affairs Council.
Papadopoulos communicated via Skype and email with Timofeev to discuss establishing ties between Russian officials and the Trump campaign.
On Monday, Timofeev declined to comment, referring a reporter to a statement the Russian International Affairs Council posted in August in response to a Post story. The statement said that Papadapoulos had contacted the council and “put forth the idea of a possible visit to Russia by Mr. Trump or his team members.”
“Given the RIAC’s established practice of hosting public meetings with prominent politicians and public figures from the U.S. and other countries, the U.S. initiative was a matter of routine for the Council,” the statement said, pointing out that among the council’s guest speakers was former U.S. ambassador Michael McFaul.
Timofeev told The Post in August that the idea of a meeting with Trump officials was dropped after he received no official request from the Trump campaign for a meeting.

He wasn't a billionaire when that show started. I'd be surprised if he is one now. He vastly overstates his wealth and for years has paid Forbes to do the same.
I'd say he probably has about $260-300 million in liquid assets. You obviously know nothing about NET worth. Most of those with any type of wealth do not keep their assets liquid. Trumps NET wealth currently is around 3.5 billion. I highly doubt he made 3+ Billion from a TV show. But you know, math and stuff.....

He claims his name alone is worth $3 billion, which is laughable, and he's notorious for paying financial trade publications to inflate his estimated worth. It's highly unlikely he's a billionaire, and a near certainty that he's massively in debt. Banks don't avoid billionaires like the plague.

Is he acquiring the loan in a particular business name or EIN number or his own. There is a difference and a reason as to why business and corporations etc are considered their own entity as opposed to the individual. Mark Cuban is a billionaire, he has had failed business. I don't think a bank would lend to that one particular business, unless Mark was co-signing the note, which typically any successful business man or investor would not do at that point in their career. But what do I know, I have only spent my entire career in banking and lending...... All you hear is Trump didn't get a loan arhrhrhrhhhrhrhrhrrh! Fact is, it more than likely not actually Trump applying for said loan, but said business. You already got schooled on how net worth works, and now lending for business as opposed to consumer lending. Anything else you would like to learn today?

And again, a teenager who just told me my butt smells thinking he "schooled" me on something because he believes a serial liar's claims of wealth is laughable. Just curious - when he released a financial statement during the primary claiming to be worth $10 billion, did you believe that too?

You do realize that banking regulations make things confidential right? So those "reports" about him not getting a loan from bank a or bank b, are actually improvable. This is why they call those reports "fake news". So you saying he was denied a loan based on a story that cannot be proven true or false, is laughable. But Forbes, Bloomberg, and others all have him still as a billionaire. Man, you salty over someone that did well for themselves huh? Bloomberg Bloomberg has him at 2.86, forbes 3.5, all well above 1.

Again, he's notorious for paying financial reports to inflate his worth, Forbes and Bloomberg, especially. And it's been an open secret long before he ran for president that he's financially toxic. Deutsch is the only bank that will work with him. His pea brain constantly gets worked up when finance reporters point out he's not a billionaire and always tries to sue them and fails.
He's a very wealthy man, but if you believe he's a billionaire, tell your mom and dad I've got some land in Florida to sell them.
I get that you're all excited about your freshman Econ class, but ease up on patting yourself on the back, especially when it's in service of defending a rapist sociopath with dementia and his laughably obvious lies.

I'd not heard that - that he's paid Forbes and Bloomberg, as well as apparently others? to inflate his net worth.
I find that interesting, and saddening at the same time. Interesting that Forbes, etc, would accept money to lie, and sad, that they would risk any credibility they have/had in order to do so.

You do realize that banking regulations make things confidential right? Each day, lenders receive and process hundreds of credit applications and the supporting documentation for loan requests. Loan Applications, in particular, remains the primary documentation for the file. Whether the application is ultimately approved, denied, or withdrawn, creditors are obligated to maintain file documentation to ‘tell the story.

There's benefits to it - reporters would gain access to him, and he was always an interesting story. He would also often do the thing where he pretended to be "John Barron", a fake spokesman, and call Forbes to lie about terms of deals, or call Page Six as "Barron" to claim some starlet wanted to sleep with him.
If he wasn't such an aggressively terrible person, I'd feel sorry for him. He's clearly very empty inside.

Trump 'will restore trust' with Kremlin, Papadopoulos told Russian news agency https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-will-re...-180915241.htmlWASHINGTON — Shortly after he had conversations with people close to the Kremlin that got him in hot water with the FBI, George Papadopoulos was using his position as a campaign adviser to President Trump to argue that the United States should cooperate with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Papadopoulos’s exact role in the campaign is disputed, in part by Trump himself, but during his tenure as an adviser, he advocated in interviews for positions in line with Moscow’s interests. “Russia does not believe in American promises, and the atmosphere of mutual confidence has been lost. Trump, if elected president, will restore the trust,” Papadopoulos said in a September 2016 interview with the Russian news agency Interfax. Court documents that were unsealed by special counsel Robert Mueller on Monday revealed Papadopoulos pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI about contacts he had with people tied to the Russian government during his time on Trump’s campaign. Papadopoulos’s conversations with the Kremlin associates began shortly after he joined Trump’s team as a foreign policy adviser in March 2016. They included discussions about arranging a potential meeting between Putin and Trump, and a conversation Papadopoulos had with a professor who claimed to be close to Russian officials. According to the court filings, the professor told Papadopoulos Russia had “dirt” on Trump’s election opponent, Hillary Clinton, in the form of “thousands” of her emails. The hack, which U.S. intelligence agencies have linked to the Kremlin, is a major focus of Mueller’s probe into Russia’s efforts to interfere in last year’s U.S. presidential race. On Tuesday morning, Trump referenced Papadopoulos’s guilty plea in a series of tweets. Trump dismissed Papadopoulos as a “young, low level volunteer” who “few people knew” and who was “proven to be a liar.” The exact role Papadopoulos played on Trump’s campaign remains unclear. On March 21, Trump told the Washington Post that Papadopoulos was one of five members of his foreign policy team. Trump described Papadopoulos as an “excellent guy.” That raised eyebrows, owing to the relative inexperience of Papadopoulos, a 2009 college graduate who listed participation in “model U.N.” on his résumé. Nevertheless, Papadopoulos was apparently empowered to speak publicly on behalf of the campaign. On April 7, 2016, the Jerusalem Post newspaper published what it described as a summary of comments Papadopoulos made during a visit to Israel that week when he had lunch with “with research associates of the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies.” According to the Jerusalem Post, Papadopoulos “expounded on what he says is Trump’s prism on global affairs.” The paper quoted Papadopoulos as vowing Trump would “‘overtly seek’ serious engagement with Russia on a range of common concerns,” in contrast to President Obama, who focused on “isolating and sanctioning Russia.” “Trump, says Papadopoulos, sees Russian President Vladimir Putin as a responsible actor and potential partner,” the newspaper reported. The Jerusalem Post also quoted Papadopoulos as claiming Russia had been “careful not to cross NATO lines.” That comment belies increasing tensions between Moscow and the NATO alliance, which was established to counter Soviet expansion during the Cold War, and more recently has been confronting a more assertive Russia. Papadopoulos was described by the newspaper as proposing areas of potential cooperation between Russia and the U.S., including “combating the export of radical and violent Islam from the Middle East.” That comment from Papadopoulos echoes Putin’s positions. Papadopoulos also told the paper the two countries could work together “to counter Chinese expansionism in Asia and the Middle East.” Papadopoulos gave a more in-depth interview to Interfax on Sept. 30, 2016. By that time, Papadopoulos had been told about the “dirt” on Clinton and had told his superiors on the Trump campaign that he was willing to make an “off the record” trip to Moscow to capitalize on his connections with the Russian government. Though a more senior member of the team — who was identified by Yahoo News as former campaign co-chairman Sam Clovis — told Papadopoulos to make the trip if it was “feasible,” he did not, in the end, go to Moscow. In his interview with Interfax, Papadopoulos said Trump wanted to “usher in a new chapter in U.S.-Russia ties.” Papadopoulos argued “it is in the interest of the U.S, NATO and Russia to deescalate hostilities immediately and work together towards combating common threats” including terrorism. He also criticized sanctions that Obama imposed on Moscow following its annexation of Ukrainian territory in 2014, which was a major source of tension between Russia and NATO. “Sanctions have done little more than to turn Russia towards China as a primary market for Russian goods, services and energy. It is not in the interest of the West to align China and Russia in a geopolitical alliance,” Papadopoulos said. Removing those sanctions is a priority for Putin’s government. Speaking to Interfax, Papadopoulos also argued against removing Syrian President Bashar al Assad from power. Assad is a Putin ally and American opposition to him has been another sore spot between the U.S. and Russia. “We do not support aggressive changes of regimes anywhere including Syria,” said Papadopoulos. Interfax pressed Papadopoulos about whether he supported a potential expansion of NATO. Russia has repeatedly described potential NATO expansion as a threat. Papadopoulos dodged the question without expressing support or opposition for NATO’s growth. Instead, he argued the current tensions are extremely dangerous and called for greater cooperation between the U.S. and Russia. “If mutual confidence between our countries exists, then we will better understand the expectations of each other, and we can more accurately define the ‘red lines’ which cannot be crossed,” Papadopoulos said. “However, what is happening today between Russia and NATO, and between Russia and the West in general, creates an extremely dangerous and unstable situation in which every incident could become fatal.” ______¥ He sure does have a lot of pull for a low level coffee boy. Even got to sit at he big boys table with trump and Sessions.

The application is generally name, address, stated income (which can be obtained over the phone), not the primary. The primary documentation for the file is POI and any other underwriting documents that may be need to approve the file (bank statements, financial documents, lease agreements, etc.)

Hannity called Hillary ‘president Clinton’. All of them - Trump included- desperately wishes she won. just from a ratings standpoint, Fox definitely wanted her to win.

Mueller has got to love that Trump can't stay off of twitter. Sessions already lied about his contacts, thus having to recuse himself. photo evidence. doesn't look like some "low level volunteer" here: Jeff Sessions may be in big trouble after George Papadopoulos’ guilty plea https://www.salon.com/2017/10/31/jeff-se...os-guilty-plea/The credibility of Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been called into serious question after the Justice Department unsealed a plea deal taken by a former foreign policy adviser to President Donald Trump's campaign. The documents revealed that former adviser George Papadopoulos attended a "national security meeting in Washington D.C.," on March 31, 2016, along with Trump, Sessions and others. In that meeting, Papadopoulos "introduced himself," and explicitly stated "in sum and substance, that he had connections that could help arrange a meeting between then-candidate Trump and [Russian] President Putin." ADVERTISING inRead invented by Teads Trump tweeted a picture of the meeting the day it occurred, and he, as well as Sessions, sat at opposite heads of the table. Papadopoulos is pictured to the left of Sessions in the middle of the table. View image on Twitter View image on Twitter Donald J. Sessions also led the foreign policy team of which Papadopoulos was part. "I have never met with or had any conversation with any Russians or any foreign officials concerning any type of interference with any campaign or election in the United States," Sessions told the Senate Intelligence Committee in the opening statement of his second testimony on June 13. "Further, I have no knowledge of any such conversations by anyone connected to the Trump campaign." If the Justice Department affidavit is true, and Sessions was in the room at the time Papadopoulos explained he wanted to arrange a meeting between Trump and Putin, there could potentially be a perjury case.

FOX & media outlets, and Trump himself, and most of the people in his circle.
You can see it on his face - he's an incurious imbecile and is pained by the details and his lack of knowledge. It's way over his head, and his slug-brain can't focus on trying to learn. His plan was to lose, claim it was rigged, get a show on FOX to cry on every night, and keep his barnstorming tour going. You can tell the only time he's not completely miserable is when he's doing one of his rallies or a Hannity interview.

i agree.
he didn't actually want this gig, and he did it because it would be huge for his brand. i actually believe even more of his merchandise would've sold and property valued increased if he lost, and he was banking on that.
there were posters who claimed he wasn't gonna try and make another show, and guess what happened? a Trump news online stream was going on late during the election.
that would've kept going had he not won. but now he has to try and act like a president, when instead all he wanted to do was travel around the world, making shady business deals after the election with all his new found publicity.
This is what happens when you elect a hollywood billionaire elitist.
