Laugh all you want, but mac doesn't call for anyone to get fired 5 times a day like you and Tony do.

mac is way more objective than guys like Tony and device. It isn't even close.
I've explained what the problem is and you don't listen....and I'm the subjective one. haha! You guys still think Hue is not a problem.

I'm not calling for him to be fired, I'm telling you he will be.
I'm not the one who continually makes up random bs about the front office "needing to win the deal" and "not being able to negotiate the tough deals." I mean really...are you guys for real? You should really listen to your craziness sometimes. I come with facts and keen observations and you guys are in your own little world telling me that Hue is a good head coach!
I assure you that Hue won't be here next year. And that's not me asking for him to be fired, but it's pretty darn obvious.

Actually, I do.
I remember Haslam saying this was a multi-year plan. I remember Sashi echoing those thoughts. I remember both guys saying that they knew they were going to lose a ton of games the first two years.
I remember me saying that losing so many games would result in the blame game. I remember getting mocked by some guys who are now on the Anti-Hue bandwagon. LOL
I know that it's hard to win w/out a QB and WRs.
I know good play design when I see it. The same guys mocking me now about play calling and design are the same guys who thought Shanny sucked and loved Farmer.
I know that ownership and the FO is more responsible [not saying "to blame"] than Hue is.
I know that both Hue and the FO have made mistakes.
I also know that guys like you are way more vocal than those who blast the FO.
I think you are unfair and biased.
I think guys who want Hue fired are clueless. A new scheme means more learning time. It means different players. It means that we lose whatever we built. It means we lose the one man w/league-wide credibility in our organization [sans Al Saunders===who would probably be gone, too.]
I know EXACTLY what I am talking about. And I know you are full of crap w/your constant declarations of firing Hue. It's just not every day.............it's multiple times every day. You nauseate me w/your bias and yes, you are far worse than mac.

That's actually a fair post.
I actually agree with some of the things you've said.
And I am not calling for Hue to be fired, but I do know he will be and it's not crap.
The front office may go or they may stay, I don't know about them. But I can see the talent and draft picks they've accumulated the past couple years. I think they deserve another shot. I'd give Hue another shot, but he's pretty much gone.
Sometimes coordinators don't translate to head coaches and I don't think you can deny Hue has had his issues.
And I would say you are far more biased than I. Are you a coach or something?

right or wrong. love it or hate.
Hue and the FO are not going anywhere...sorry to bust that bubble.
would you fire B.B. in new england or sean payton for having to coach jamarcus russell?
As for the topic of this thread.
McAdoo is a complete idiot and needed to be fired for sometime now.
as soon as he publicly humiliated Eli the way he did, I knew he was a goners...flipin' idiot.
I bet you're wondering the samething I did, why O' why didn't I take the...blue pill

You keep saying you "know" Hue will be fired. I get that some people state opinions as fact, but that kinda bugs me.
Will you please clarify if when you say you "know Hue will be fired" if that is an opinion or if you have inside information?
A coach or something?
A lot of people will tell you I am something, but we can't use those words on here....LOL. No, I am not a coach at this point in time. I used to coach, but got out of it years ago.
Put it this way.........when I coached, I didn't have time to post on here and that is why I always knew Coach B was full of crap.

Fair enough.
I won't prance around declaring hue is going to be fired.
I have a lot of down time at work now so I scour the internet for articles, YouTube videos, etc. I'm by no means an expert. A lot of the stuff is garbage but you have to dig deep to find the truth if it's there. A lot of stuff is Grossi-esque just making crap up to make the Browns look bad.
The general consensus I've found is that the Browns are generally happy with the acquired talent but changes are coming. Changes by addition and subtraction.
You can call me crazy and I'm sure you will, but the probability of Hue staying is not very high. Haslam stated as recent as October he was very happy with the job of the front office. Reports of what quarterback Hue wanted have all been different, so either he wanted them all or just the ones who became "good." It's simply putting two and two together.
I've also read that we may also add someone to the front office as mac has begged for since I can remember. Hence my reasoning when I said if Hue is fired, the front office could look to hire an expert to help with the QB search since it was Hue they relied upon for that.
I don't think anyone knows for sure. But the indication is that we will be looking for a new head coach soon. The rest of the BS I post about Hue being 0-16 and must go is my own opinion and I do believe that. I won't be upset if we win the next 4 games and Hue stays.

This is much more reasonable.
I truly don't think we should fire anyone. I'm tired of new schemes, roster overhauls, etc.
If we fire anyone, it will once again be more of the same narrative of "the new guy[s] deserve 5 years to prove themselves.
We made a plan. We hired what we thought were the right people. My thinking is to stick w/the plan and the people you hired for at least 3 full years.

Here is a link to some verbiage from the same guy who leaked those Browns emails... He's a reputable insider. Link Ironically likes Mayfield as I do, but he comments about how the front office likely stays and some of the coaching staff will see change. Doesn't necessarily say Hue is gone so I suppose I could be wrong about that. I can't find any of the articles I read where we have actually already interviewed head coaches, but I didn't want to mention it without links. If anyone has read the same articles and has links, feel free to post.

All of them. Right up until the NIGHTMARE at the FACTORY of SADNESS!!! After that and what came out I see NO WAY they can ever TRUST each other .. the work environment has to be TOXIC ... that’s NOT GOOD ... now .. i think they should all go ... ALL OF THEM ... but as usual the thief will do the exact opposite of what should be done and fire no one .. With that said ... we need a FOOTBALL GUY in charge of personal ... the LAWYER should have never had that authority in the first place ... thats just MORONIC ... Hopefully the thief will at least do that ... as it makes sense ... i’d Say the odds of it happening are about 3% ...

Scot compared him to Brett Favre, said he was the best QB in the class and the one he would build around. Allbright only said that McCloughan is who he would hire, not specifically that he was hearing it, but Allbright loves nothing more than showing the world he was right - so if he's projecting something, there is usually a good chance it's because he's hearing it.

Giants don't screw around when it comes to their team LOL What would you call benching E. Manning for G. Smith? THAT'S WHY THEY FIRED THE GOOFY COACH. We need to fire our goofy coach!! Hue wouldn't have lasted one year in NY! He doesn't know how to win. If we somehow keep this guy, we are screwed big time. Maybe when we are 1-7 next year Jimmy will get a clue!!! But that's just a waste of time waiting that long. No other team in the NFL will want this guy as head coach. The sports media over hyped this guy all along. He is the worst coach in NFL history and anybody who wants to keep him will learn the hard way. Except we don't have Eli Manning or anyone remotely close to him.
Without a doubt for me, we have Eli or Rivers for that matter. We are fighting for our Division title or playoffs.
jmho Hue is 1-27 with the worst QB staff in the NFL last year we had some vets but they got hurt too often too soon for any kizmet in year one of our O. Heck game 3 we were on our 3rd QB and him being a 3rd round rookie to boot.
This year its been no vets on the team and basically Kizer being the only guy. 1-27 as a stat alone being thrown out here as the reason HUE should be gone...falls under that stat for losers thing.
Hue's offense is pretty good hopefully next year we will actually have a QB to run it. More than likely another rookie which will not get us many wins early one.
jmho So what's this I hear about McAdoo being fired...
Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off! Go Browns! CHRIST HAS RISEN! GM Strong! & Stay safe everyone!

Would love love love Mayfield here. I believe he is exactly the type of quarterback to turn this franchise around. And I believe he fits into the front office mold of who should be quarterback. I want my QB to be revered in Cleveland and hated everywhere else. What better way to turn around a franchise than with a guy who has been an underdog his entire football life.

The more I watch, the more I like. I love his fire, his passion, and overall enthusiasm for the game. It means something to him.
However, there is about a 99.9% chance he won't be a Cleveland Brown. The mere fact that people compare him to Manziel, and his similar stature combined with an outspoken nature, will scare Jimmy to death. He's already hounded for the selection of Manziel - and he won't want it happening twice.
Again, I'm NOT saying Baker is Manziel, he isn't and it isn't even close, but that doesn't matter to a lot of people, and I think it'll damn near certainly take him off our draft board unless we have a FO/HC/OC who unanimously agree that he is the future.

I would hope that our FO would do their due diligence. If they hear that Mayfield is Manziel 2.0, then they would follow up and that and be able to confirm or ignore those rumors and make a decision based on their info.
I would hope...

Very true...I personally think he just won't be in the right place at the right time for us.
I don't think he will be worthy of a top 7 pick which I think both our picks will be in the top 7 and odds on favorite for top overall #1.
Kizer is so bad...if he was better we would have a shot with a different scenario. But so bad that we will have to take the BEST QB with that overall #1 pick also there is no Garrett out there to tempt us with.
Number 7 is a possibility or there abouts but I don't see us passing up on QB at #1 unless we just do not like Rosen nor Darnold or Allen.
Then I can see our guys trading that overall number 1 pick for more first round draft picks +++. Then use #7 or some other later first rounder on Mayfield.
But if we had just a glimpse of promise from Kizer then I think we could do that.
Possibly if we got McCarron prior to the draft in FA or Cousins but I think we will spend the money (a lot less) on McCarron and if we do that we could trade that overall #1 again ONLY and I MEAN ONLY if we don't believe in those early picks.
Take a chance on Mayfield being there with our overall #33 pick. Our move up late in the first round ala Minnesota but I hope Pats win the SB cause we would have to jump them to get Mayfield.

I kind of disagree. I think we learned from the mistake of Johnny and I think it would be foolish to say, oh he had a drinking incident once so now he's Manziel we can't draft him let's move on. I think more than any other team we will investigate the incident, especially for as desperate we are at the position. I simply don't think you can just "take the other guy" because of it. I do think the Browns drafting Mayfield #1 will be a very very unpopular move in Cleveland. And I think that will motivate Mayfield even more...to proove the naysayers wrong about where he was drafted and that he will be forever compared to Johnny Manziel. But that's what I love about this front office, they aren't here to win a popularity contest, they're here to win.

At this point I believe Mayfield and Rosen could go 1-2. Not necessarily in that order.

I would hope... I've seen multiple times that anyone who has ever known Baker Mayfield will tell you that you're a total and complete $*#@head if you don't want that kid on your team. His charisma and leadership are off the charts. We all know of the Kansas incident in which he got his captaincy stripped, but I was stunned to see that his (former) fellow captains defied the coaches and carried a Mayfield jersey with them to the middle of the field because regardless of the coaches punishing him, Baker would always be their captain. I mean, that's RARE. That's the kind of love and respect this kid carries. For me, that's the difference between Mayfield and Manziel. Johnny was loved, but Mayfield is loved and respected. Everyone was warning that Manziel had issues and he should be kept at the opposite end of a ten foot pole, even his own father, but apparently you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who has much bad to say about Mayfield. I forget who it was, but someone said on Twitter a few weeks ago that the only person with anything bad to say about Mayfield is Mayfield himself because he can be very critical of himself. I would think any due diligence would come back relatively positive, but I do worry if those few incidents are enough to tip the scale against him. As has been said before - NFL teams can be run by some pretty stuck up individuals.

If they think he's the answer at quarterback, it wouldn't be shocking to think they will be willing to overlook the issues. I just don't really trust Jimmy Haslam. I worry that if he felt any issues with Mayfield could be correlated to his supposed forced selection of Manziel, he could very possibly cross that name off our list. Personally, I hope I'm wrong. Let the FO/CS do their jobs. It there is something to worry about, they'll undoubtedly find it. This FO, especially, has made a very strict point of drafting individuals who are known to have high character. If Mayfield is good enough for them, I hope that's good enough for Jimmy.

While perusing some readings I came across something that vaguely mentioned Haslam was more "hands off" with this front office. He's there, but I don't think there's any tips from the homeless guy interfering. I don't know if he learned anything from the past or if the whole Pilot J thing has an affect. Us outsiders are skeptical, but the next head coach whomever it may be will be happy to join the Browns with the accumulated talent and upcoming draft picks. Especially the ability to draft a QB at #1.

No way does del Rio get fired. The Raiders are falling well short of expectations. I don't think he will be fired, I also don't think he should be very comfortable. Oakland is currently 6-6, if the finish 7-9 or 6-10 I would guess that del Rio is toast. .. Thats a good one ... There playing for the division lead next week against the Chefs .. u know .. the guy u said is an OFFENSIVE GENIUS 4 weeks ago and in 3 of the 4 weeks since he’s LAID AN EGG .... Del Rio’s going NO WHERE ... Nor is Vance Joseph ... John Elway is NOT THE THIEF .... Hi.
