That would be swell!
"Dilly, Dilly!" indeed. Now let's get Haley the people he needs! Hue doesn't seem to know what he has, so loses until he does.

And the HC is the only thing left. There is no continuity on the current team.
Do you even understand the meaning of continuity when it comes to football? The HC is the only thing left??? ONLY what about philosophy? What about meetings being held, what about practices, What about language?
Who says Haley won't incorporate Hue's play book with his own? Williams is still here right so I don't get the continuity that is lacking.
Lets see we need some improvements on the team.
The rebuild is over...now its time to win. HC Hue OC Haley DC Williams We are looking to get this. Continuity does not mean you don't go out and improve. It was said from Go that we were going to go out and get a New OC even Hue said it. Its moving forward in direction.
jmho Williams changed defenses after Hue's first year and so far there isn't anything saying that Haley isn't changing offenses. All the special teams coaches were canned as well. Even if Hue's playbook stays, all the new coaches will be teaching it differently. Well Zampese will probably teach it the same because he came from the same coaching tree.

Hue was more comfortable with a 4-3 attack D as his flavor...he took what was best available in year one.
Again I remember but cannot prove that we wanted to talk to Williams and were denied by the Rams. It was just a blurb.
So we made the change and it was for the better CORRECT??? Now we are staying with that Defense, you know Continuity and in the kind of D that our HC likes/wanted.
As for the O we will see teaching it differently??? Are you sure? Maybe asst coaches have different styles of teaching but proper technique is proper technique. I'm sure there will be some drills that will change. Which is a good thing. Cause the new guys will have the best of two worlds. Make it better. A big key will be language. I think it should stay...and possibly add on as our players become more experienced.
You know learn some Latin and French...lol
Line calls should stay the same and again if Haley has some suggestions I'm sure we can add them onto what we got and get more intense!
We will see if Haley brings in his OL coach or not. I think he will stay with Wiley.
Why are you fighting us getting better. We got better with the DC...and now Hue went out and got his OC. I'm sure they have some common philosophies.
Just the HC...the team takes on the personality of the HC. He now has two very good and successful Coordinators.
Special Teams...like that is probably the easiest coach to acquire. I think Tabor was too comfortable and just not the right guy. Hopefully we get a young crazy but football intelligent coach for Special teams. Trust me the playbook is very small...lol
Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off! Go Browns! CHRIST HAS RISEN! GM Strong! & Stay safe everyone!

The QB coach is typically the OC minion. Zamp is supppsed to do everything the exact way Haley dictates....and based on Haley rep life will be difficult for Damp if he bucks

Even coaches that teach the same system teach it differently. There are just too many hybrid systems out there for that not to be the case.
For instance, Hue likes power run blocking, but Todd likes a mix of power and zone blocking. You power block differently when zone blocks are mixed in. The blocking assignments change. The running backs role changes as well. He is expected to bounce some runs inside on a zone scheme, but a coach is going to chew you out if you do that too much in a power scheme. Even the routes that the WR's run change between schemes.
Even if Todd has Hue's playbook, he's going to teach things the way he was taught to do it. That is going to be different.

I just want one example of a scenario like this working.
And I want just one link that confirms you assertion that Hue will be fired before the end of the upcoming season. You stated it as a fact. It's not a fact. It's just you being all butt-hurt because Sashi was fired and you now want "justice" by leading the campaign to get Hue fired.
