Yes it is.
Matt. 5:17
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
See, the only thing that was destroyed was the Mosaic laws. Blood sacrifice. The law of God, the commandments were never destroyed.

Jesus fulfilled the Law. We can never fulfill the Law. Never. Jesus did so for us. We are saved by Faith, not by deeds, so none of us can boast about what we did for salvation. (paraphrase Ephesians 2:8)
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.

That reminds me of a joke I heard. a guy visits his best friend and finds him playing tennis in a backyard court—Agassi, Sampras, and other world-class players are there waiting for a game with him. Surprised, the guy asks his friend: “But you were never much of a tennis player! How did you manage to improve your game so fast?” The friend answers: “You see that pond behind my house? runs home to check on it. When he approaches his closet, he sees honey dripping out from it everywhere. Furious, he runs back to his friend and tells him: “But I wanted money, not honey!” The friend calmly replies: “Oh, I forgot to tell you—the fish has impaired hearing and sometimes misunderstands the wish. Can’t you see how bored I am running around and playing this stupid game? Do you think that I really asked for an outstanding tennis game?”

Jesus fulfilled the Law. We can never fulfill the Law. Never. Jesus did so for us. We are saved by Faith, not by deeds, so none of us can boast about what we did for salvation. (paraphrase Ephesians 2:8) They very fact that Jesus had to die to fulfill the law, makes his law immutable. Why would he have to die for a law if he intended to do away with that law? That make no sense whatsoever. "The perfect law of liberty" For where no law is, there is no transgression. And if there is no transgression, then what is the need for grace? Question, if there is no transgression, then what are you Antinomians repentant of? The law is our mirror in the practical sense in the new covenant. The Holy Spirit that dwells in our midst prompts us to see our transgressions, by bringing us back to the law. The law, convicting us of our sins, which sends us to Christ, bringing us to repentance, by asking in prayer, for the forgiveness of our sins, by way of our transgression. (Antinomianism is a law unto itself.) But whosoever looks into the perfect law of liberty, and continues therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in his deed. {James 1:25} For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law will be justified. {Romans 2:13} Paul and James agree. God spoke ten words at creation and he spoke ten laws at Sinai, somehow I think that there is a parallel.

By faith I keep the Sabbath day (not as the Pharisee), which is the day that God set aside in the (definite artical) beginning, and my discernment was multiplied and even now, because I don't think that any one man, or even the prophets knew all that is in his plan. The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. Catholic answers: Sunday is the mark of her ecclesiastical Authority over the bible and even the precepts of Christ. By keeping Sunday, by default, you are confederate to the Roman Church, not confederate to God. IMO their is no set day of the week for everybody. If it was Sunday for everybody then no preachers would be able to work or preach or conduct a church service. Remember<(an infinite absolute) the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days will you labour, and do all your work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD your God: in it you will not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger that is within your gates: (The Pharisee by their tradition added to this law, which then became a burden to the people, though it was meant to be a delight.) [the seal] For in six days YHWH (name) made (creator/title) heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is (dominions), and rested the seventh day: wherefore YHWH blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. (Without this seal, the law becomes null and void, like the Catholic decalogue, that thinks to remove this seal.) ...for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And the dragon was provoked to anger with the woman (church/bride), and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. {Revelation 12:17} ...Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. {Revelation 13:10} Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. {Revelation 14:12} Who's commandments?! Who's faith?! It requires both. This is in no wise a reference to the modern Jewish religion, who think that they by their own works can keep the letter of the law, but that was never what God purposed. If you will love God with all of your heart, then your will love his commandments, for they reflect his divine character like the moon reflects the light of the sun. To slander the character of a man is to slander his name. When we slander the character of God; we take his name in vain.

It's okay, we're never going to agree. Yes, and this was illustrated by Moses putting the ten commandments inside of the Ark of the Covenant. The Torah was placed in a pouch outside of the Ark, forever separating the two.

And he said unto them, "Full well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your own tradition". {Mark 7:9}
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the TRADITION of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. {Colossians 2:8}
Tradition; Greek 'paradosis' = 666 by counting the letter values of the Greek transliteration; P(80), A(1), R(100), A(1), D(4), O(70), S(200), I(10), S(200).
Here is wisdom. Let him that has understanding COUNT THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST: for it is the number of man; and his number is Six hundred and sixty six. {Revelation 13:18}
I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes LIKE THE EYES OF MAN (wisdom 'tradition' of men), and a mouth speaking great things (Blasphemy). {Daniel 7:8}
"Here is wisdom"
For who has despised the day of small things? for they will rejoice, and will see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; THEY ARE THE EYES OF THE LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth (Omniscience). {Zechariah 4:10}
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb (Jesus Christ) as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. {Revelation 5:6}
Jesus; (The resurrection; Jn 11:25) 'Iesous' = 888 I(10), E(8), S(200), O(70), U(400), S(200).
And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; (8 < Saved out of the Antediluvian world, on the Ark) {2Peter 2:5} (King David was the eighth son of Jesse.)
YHWH by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding has he established the heavens.
By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.
My son, let not them depart from your eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:
So will they be life unto your soul, and grace to your neck.
Then will you walk in your way safely, and your foot will not stumble.
When you lie down, you will not be afraid: yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet. {Proverbs 3:19-24}

It's okay, we're never going to agree. My friend Pit, this is absolutely and vitally important, we cannot be saved by the Law of Moses. We cannot be saved by the 10 Commandments. Why did humanity receive these? In order for God to show man his sin, and just how helpless we are to save ourselves. Abraham didn't follow the Sabbath, and he didn't have the 10 Commandments to follow. But he obeyed the Lord. He looked to the Lord for his guidance. We are saved by grace, not by anything we do. We receive grace through Jesus Christ, and His atoning sacrifice on the cross. Now, as a consequence of our faith, we should strive to become more like Christ, by allowing Him to guide our lives, but we are no longer subject to the law once we are saved. Jesus said that once one of his people is given into His hand by the Father, that person is His forever. (even though they will sin again) We cannot save ourselves. It is impossible. Nothing we can do will save us. Jesus said that our best works are as dirty rags. (because of our sin) We cannot do anything to be saved, except turn to the Lord as our Savior, and repent of our sins. (all of them, every time we so them) Once we do that, we can do the works our Lord expects of us, so to glorify Him.

Jesus said that once a person is given into His hand by God, that person is His, no matter what. I think that we are forced to wonder, if someone appeared to be saved, and then does things that appear to indicate otherwise, if they were ever saved at all. Only God knows that for sure. King Solomon strayed from God, chasing women who followed foreign gods, and following them as well. However, later in life, he returned to the God of Israel. God had blessed him early in life, and imparted to him incredible wisdom. He still strayed, chasing women. I think that he was saved, and it appears that he was, because he returned to God when he realized what he was doing was wrong. God wants a contrite heart. He wants us to be broken-hearted over our sin. He wants a person who realizes that he needs God, every second of every day. We all sin, even after we're saved. Unfortunately, we live in a sinful world, that seems to be getting more sinful as each day passes. However, we are not subject to the Law once saved. However, if a person is truly saved, they should be taking on the image of Jesus more, and resisting sin more, as well. If they are unchanged, then I would have to wonder whether they have been saved at all. (and they should as well) Jesus said that there would be many who cry out to Him "Lord! Lord", but He will tell them that He doesn't (never) knew them. (which would indicate a false conversion, and a false faith)

Like I said "There is no set day of the week for everybody." Key words "I said" But where is it written? We are to walk after Jesus daily, and even read scripture and pray daily, but there is still only one Lords day, and that day is not Sunday the first day of the week.

Jesus said unto him, "you should love the Lord your God with all of your heart, and with all of your soul, and with all of your mind.
This is the first (tablet-vertical, 1-3) and great commandment. (Deut 6:4-5)
The fourth is both vertical and horizontal, binding the two points of reference.
And the second (tablet- horizontal, 5-10) is like unto it, You should love your neighbour as yourself. (^This is where most finish their witness of Christ testimony, but there is more, because a half truth is as good as a lie, for it is deception.) Continues...
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." {Matthew 22:37-40}
"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle will in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." {Matthew 5:17-18}
If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. {John 15:10}
To the law and to the testimony (both witnesses): if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. {Isaiah 8:20}
And he [Abram] believed in YHWH; and he counted it to him for righteousness. {Genesis 15:6, Romans 4:3}
Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws. (this before the law was codified and the ceremonial laws that were but a shadow of things to come, where brought in.) {Genesis 26:5}
Before YHWH spoke his law to the children of the Exodus and wrote them on two tablets of stone; YHWH spoke his law to righteous men like Abraham, some 430 years or earlier.
What God has made holy, can no man make common. What God has made common (the first six days of the week included.) can no man make holy.
The Hebrews knew of the sabbath before YHWH spoke them to the people at mount Horeb. This was what they wished to observe before the Exodus and why Pharaoh caused them to make bricks without straw, for the people wanted to rest (Sabbath). Verily manna week was given to the children of the Exodus, before God spoke His law to them.
Isaiah tells us in chapter 66:23 that the sabbath day will be observed also in the eternal kingdom.
Furthermore no Covenant was ever made with the Gentiles. Gentiles by their faith in Christ, are adopted in to the house of Israel. There is only one fold and one bride.
To presume that the sabbath day is only for the Jews, is to stay Gentile and forfeit your inheritance by adoption.
We keep the Sabbath first and foremost, because we are commanded to.
We glorify our creator, when we remember his sabbath day, because in it God rested from his work, in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and Jesus rested on the sabbath day, after his sacrifice on the cross, redeeming man kind, for his time had come to be glorified as our savior and King of Kings, starting with his triumphal entry on the first day of the week and he was crucified on the sixth day and rested from all his work on the seventh day, the sabbath day.
Man can claim no part, nor any merit of grace in either the creation or redemption. Therefore it can not be said that those who keep the sabbath day holy as is legalism.
It is justification by faith in variety, because the law was never able to save anyone, not even in the old covenant.
God bless

Jesus fulfilled the Law. We never could. Never. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle will in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." Matthew 5:17-18 Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law. The Law will never disappear, and the consequences of violating the Law will never disappear, but we are not subject to the Law, through Christ. In Romans 6:18, Paul says: For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.Galatians 5:18 teaches: But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.God's grace saves us, and then, afterwards, trains us in how to relate to other people, and to God Himself. We are not subject to the law, but God's spirit teaches and trains us as we live out our faith journey. Micah 6:8 teaches us: He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.Hmm, I seem to recall seeing that somewhere before ..... This is what God wants of us. To act fairly towards others, to show mercy to others, (both forgiving and helping others when they need our help) and to humbly submit ourselves to God's will. We have to beware legalism. Paul warns us of this. We can never obey all of the commandments perfectly, especially the way Jesus defines them, and if we could, then the cross would be meaningless. Jesus, God Almighty Himself, would have come to earth, to suffer and die in one of the more torturous and humiliating manners possible ......... for nothing. Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law. He does what we can never do ourselves. Once we are saved, by God's grace, we should show definite signs of God's presence in our lives, but it is by His grace that it happens, not by our efforts, and it is by His grace that we re saved, and not, ever, by anything we do. Without Christ, our deeds are as filthy rags before God. We are either under the law, or under grace, but not both. The thing that people often misunderstand is the regenerating power of salvation and God's grace. These should, and really, must, bring a person, naturally closer and closer to God, and should bring us more in line with God's will for our lives. If we are concerned about the Law, and not in obeying God's will in our lives, and actively seeking His will for our lives, they we really need to be concerned about our salvation. Christians should not be living in open rebellion against God. Why? Not because of the Law, but because we love, and want to obey our Heavenly Father. We want to do as He wants us to do. It's a dangerous and precarious situation to be trying to obey the law in order to "earn" salvation, and feeling that "we got here because we ...." ...... because we never can earn salvation of our own accord. Never. We can never earn salvation by obeying the Law, because even one sin is offensive to God, and by that standard, we would all, already, be condemned under the Law.
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

As usual, this thread brought out the posters, who say they want to stay away from political posts, the Christian posters who claim they hate the sin, but love the sinner. This is the subject that brings them out of the woodwork, like cockroaches in the night. They get so excited because they believe they have found in scripture that the people they hate the most are also hated by God. Now, they will tell you they love the alleged sinner, but call you every nasty, bigoted name they can come up with, behind your back.....and yes, boys, I know exactly what you have said, and it doesn't feel very Christian to me. There are also Christians who don't believe it's a sin at all.
Many Christians will tell you that everything is so clear in scripture and you should believe everything they tell you as they believe it, otherwise you are not a true believer and going to hell. Yet, as we witness in his thread, and so many other instances, that they can't even agree when the actual Sabath day is......Please.

well think about it: the bible means there's no way christians can truly treat you as an equal american.
and a certain demographic knows exactly how christians used the bible to discriminate and enslave people not only in this country, but abroad as well.

Yes, there are many that use the Bible as a means to further their own agenda. God's will, or the truth, is not of any interest. I don't pretend to know the truth. I do know enough to believe that nobody on this earth knows what that truth is.....and those that pretend to know and use their own version of the word to hurt others.......will most likely be dealt with in a way they might not expect.

unfortunately we have far too many finding any reason not to treat others as equals. the flavor of the era seems to be to discriminate against LBGT and muslims, especially after the gay marriage ruling.
which by the way, the wife and i dont call it gay marriage. we just call it marriage.

Life is not that complicated. If your a Christian then you follow Jesus's definition of marriage, which is, one man and one woman. It's pretty cut and dry.
If your not a Christian and you prefer to live your life letting your animal behavior rule you then you don't really care anyways.
No matter what cross we bear it's no worse or better than anyone else's. We are all just as human and just as likely to screw things up. That doesn't mean we have to accept things being bad just because we all mess up. We can rebuke each other and encourage each other to do better and strive harder. The fact we argue just shows we still care enough to give a darn.
The only difference between a Christian and a non Christian is that one has made themselves humble to God and asked to be forgiven while the other is in rebellion and stumbling over their pride.
If I rebuke someone for living a life of sin it is not out of Hate but out of concern for their spiritual well being. To me hate is watching your freind heading towards a cliff and not trying to stop them from falling off. If you love them then you will try to save them.
To me it's not complicated and it's not about hate. It's about caring enough to step up and try to protect those I know and care about.
You can't fix stupid but you can destroy ignorance. When you destroy ignorance you remove the justifications for evil. If you want to destroy evil then educate our people. Hate is a tool of the stupid to deal with what they can't understand.

To me it's not complicated and it's not about hate. It's about caring enough to step up and try to protect those I know and care about. The problem is at what point does rebuking your friend’s life go from concern to just being a judgemental ass that no one wants to be around? I have a friend that’s a functional alcoholic. I love the guy dearly. I’ve told him my concerns. He knows I know. He knows that I know he knows. So now I have chosen to stop saying anything to him. Not because I don’t care but because if I continue to ride him about it it’ll only drive him from my life. I’ve accepted him for who he is. I love him foibles and all. See I’ve watched in my family while my father ‘out of love’ has driven people from his life in the name of ‘Christ's Love’. Now he has no voice in their lives because he couldn’t just have a regular relationship with them. It’s a trait I see in many Christians. The ‘I love you, I just hate everything about your lifestyle’ mindset. At some point most Christians cross over from loving concerned friend into judgmental ass that no one wants to be around. Where does Gods teaching of unconditional love come into play?

And this is the problem: you honestly think if people aren’t Christian than they just give in to “animal” behavior.
That sounds like the nonsense Europeans were saying about natives throughout north and South America during the colonial period.

the only truth that should matter while we're alive is that under the US constitution, you are an equal american. Swish, as a Christian, God's law is a higher authority than the US Constitution.. however there is nothing in the US constitution that prevents me from respecting God's law.. so as of now, there is no conflict in my opinion.. We have talked about this before and you have said nice things about how I practice my faith.. I assure you there are many more out there like me and often it saddens me the way Christianity is represented on this MB and in the public perception... God's command, first and foremost, is to love each other.... until we can get that right, I don't see the need to pull obscure verses out of Leviticus to prove a point about whose sin might be better or worse than my own. The problem with the "love the sinner, hate the sin" folks, in my opinion.. is that they are very selective in which sins they choose to hate.. and it's usually other people's sins and sins they don't profit from that they hate the most.. As for treating people equal, it is not my job to grade sin, it is not my job to determine who will, or will not, go to heaven.. that's God's job.. It is my job to love people as close to the way Jesus would love them as I possibly can.. that's it.. and in the interest of full disclosure, I'm not always successful, sometimes I fail.. but I keep trying.

Now, they will tell you they love the alleged sinner, but call you every nasty, bigoted name they can come up with, behind your back.....and yes, boys, I know exactly what you have said, and it doesn't feel very Christian to me. There are also Christians who don't believe it's a sin at all. I confess I have called you names myself. Smart, cute, funny, sassy, faithful, honest, oh the shame that I have brought upon myself

Followed by this... No matter what cross we bear it's no worse or better than anyone else's. We are all just as human

The Pope is right in that God loves us all, and that we should love all people. However, loving them doesn't mean just saying that their sin is just fine, but rather it is helping them see their sin so they can turn away from it. People misinterpret "judging". Judging is using our own criteria to condemn another. Telling someone they are speeding, with a dangerous curve coming up quickly, is not judging them. Telling someone that getting a gun to rob a bank is a bad idea is not judging, even if we point out the consequences of such an act. Letting a friend know that cheating on his wife has real potential to wreck his marriage is not judging.
As far as the topic at hand, Jesus said, in Matthew 19:4-6; 4 He said to them, “Have you not read that He Who made them in the first place made them man and woman? 5 It says, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and his mother and will live with his wife. The two will become one.’ 6 So they are no longer two but one. Let no man divide what God has put together.”
The Bible also defines adultery as sexual contact outside of marriage.
He also said that looking at another person, to lust after them, is adultery.
So, any sexual activity that does not conform to Jesus's definition of marriage is adultery.
Today, almost everyone has committed adultery at one (or many more) times in his or her life. The great news is that Jesus came to earth to die for the forgiveness of sin. The "bad" news is that we are to repent of our sins; to show true sorrow over our sins, and to actively turn from our sins. We shouldn't just say "Sorry God", and then intentionally go do what we were doing before. We are all going to have to stand before the Holy God one day, and answer for our sins. Jesus knows our hearts, and how/why we do things, and how we try to justify them. For example, the married man who goes to church on Sunday, yet goes to the bar Monday night and chases (and maybe catches) women there, because "his wife doesn't love him anymore". He has, obviously, not turned away from his sins, and has not even tried. He has tried to find a loophole. These days, many people live together, in a sexual relationship, outside of marriage. As Christians, we are called to turn from our sins, and flee situations that encourage us to sin. That means that we are supposed to do the difficult thing, and leave that relationship, or at least the living and sleeping together part. The Bible tells us to flee immorality. Christians are not perfect, but we should be trying to follow the Lord, and confessing our sins to God, and asking for His forgiveness.
As Jesus traveled, He went by Samaria. The Samaritans were Jews, but the Jews considered them to be unclean. A Jew would not even speak with a Samaritan, if possible. There was the adulterous woman at the well, who Jesus met. He asked her for a drink, going against decades of antagonism between Jew and Samaritan. He told her of the living water He had to give, and told her of all of her life and sins. He didn't tell her to go and continue in her sin. He forgave her and told her to go and sin no more. Same thing with the woman Jesus saved from being stoned to death. He didn't tell her to go return to her lover. He told her to go and sin no more.
Jesus warned us, referring to eternal life, that there is a narrow gate and a wide gate, that lead to either damnation and death, or life. He said that many would enter the wide gate, and go to damnation, but few will enter by the narrow gate, to eternal joy. Our natural proclivity, as human beings, is to follow the world, but Jesus never taught us to do this. Jesus never once told any person to go and sin all they want. He never told anyone to try and find exceptions.
I really wish that more people would read their Bibles, every single day, and try to understand what It tells us. It's "very hard" to do, but it is possible to set aside 15 minutes or half an hour of TV time for the Lord. It is so important to get an overall view of the lessons the Bible teaches, not just a "snippet", here or there. I used to take single verses to justify myself and any actions I took. Sin? No problem. The Bible says that more sin is no big deal, because Paul taught that the more sin abounds, the more God's Grace abounds. Right? Man, I could use single verses to justify almost any of my behavior. I am so thankful that the Lord knocked me down, and opened my eyes.
All I can do is my best to follow the Lord, and to try to do as He taught. I fail, but I do try to do as Jesus taught, putting my trust in Him, and trusting in the Holy Spirit to help me do what is right. I make mistakes, but God doesn't look at what we do, but he looks at our hearts. Are we truly repentant, even when we screw up repeatedly, or are we just giving lip service to repenting of our sins, while actively looking forward to the next time we have the opportunity to commit those same sins again. Do we repent of our sins at all, or do we say to God, "Sorry, but I just don't think this is a sin"? The Lord knows our hearts, and our intentions. Are we looking to follow Him, or are we looking for loopholes?
I remember when someone mentioned televangelists recently, and how they use the Word of God as a money making scheme. Well, Jesus condemned the Pharisees, saying that they consumed widows' houses, by forcing them to give everything, even if they could not so and live. This is not only addressed in the Bible, but directly addressed. This will sound harsh, but maybe if people actually read and studied their Bibles, they wouldn't fall for such things. The same is true of all of the things the world says are just fine today. I fear that a lot of people are going to cry out "Lord! Lord", at Judgement, only to hear Jesus say, "I never knew you"; meaning they never truly gave their hearts to Him. God doesn't expect us to be perfect, because if we could do that there would have been no need for Jesus to come to earth, and to suffer and die for our sins. However, He does expect our hearts to be His, and for us to try to turn from our sins, (with His help) and to truly be sorry when we do sin. Sin should be a mistake, not a rebellious choice.
Jesus said that God gave certain people to Him, and that Satan cannot tear them out of His hands ... and that once saved, we can never become "unsaved". This is great news for a believer, but we have to truly be saved, first, and are to do as Jesus taught, not as we see as best. I fear that there will be many people who think they're saved, but are not, because they have never been born again. (had their hearts changed) The Bible teaches that there is a visible change in a person when they are saved. If we are not changed, then we are not saved. If we are trying to follow the world, and its acceptance of sin, then we really need to ask God whether or not we are saved. God will save everyone who turns to Him and asks for forgiveness with a repentant heart. The great news is that He will do so, even if we do this with our dying breath. The bad news is that we never know when that final moment on earth will happen. No one should take chances on their eternal fate. Anyone who calls himself/herself a Christian should be reading their Bible daily, and asking God to help them understand, and apply the lessons contained in the Word of God to his/her life. This is dangerous, though, as a person who does so may find that God is convicting their consciences of many things they do, that they consider to be "not that bad", without God's Holy Word, and Spirit.
God leaves the choices up to each of us, though. He doesn't force anyone to love Him, or to follow Him.
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.

Yes. I read what you shared...it resembled an email from my dad. And my response is, I hear you. I’ve heard you. I understand what you’re saying. Now can we talk about something else? Can you love me enough to not bring it up again? Why? Because I’ve heard you. I know what you said. I understand what your saying. I just don’t want to have the same conversation with you every time we speak until I put your body in the ground. Can you respect me enough to have a relationship with me that isn’t constantly reminding me I’m going to burn in Hell with my siblings and my mother for all eternity? Because if not I can live without you. Inevitably he can’t. Inevitably I love him unconditionally, like Christ taught me too, and continue to keep him in my life. My siblings have just allowed him to close the door on his relationship with them because he can’t let it go. He says it’s because he loves them so much. Yet he’s tossed their relationship out the door...out of love?...none of us get it. I doubt God does either. But that’s between him and God. Much like my life and my choices, like living in a committed loving relationship with my girlfriend and not wanting to involve a contract in a lawyers office, are between me and God. If I’m scheduled to burn for all eternity because I love someone...I’ll gladly have my day in front of the Lord. I’d like to talk to him about that.
It just saddens me when people allow religion to drive wedges into their relationships. It seems completely contradictory to Christ’s teachings. Maybe I need to read the Bible more. I must have missed the ‘blind intolerance masked as love’ parables.

Accepting Homosexuality as mainstream as the Government issues marriage licenses making it official could be a slippery slope for society. Oh 40 you homophobe, you couldn't be more wrong... 7-year-old trans child wins LA Pride Parade with fierce strut in heels
7-year-old trans child Milan Tyler won the Los Angeles Pride Parade with a fierce strut in heels on the streets of West Hollywood, California, on June 10. Thousands cheered on participants at this year’s parade for LGBT Pride Month in June, and Tyler received some of the biggest support. “I’m not deciding what my kid wants to wear and how to behave when it comes to the things he likes.” his mother Maggi said. https://www.msn.com/en-ca/video/viral/7-...eels/vi-AAywUmJHmmmmmm
