Grad school sucked up my reading juices the last few years, but I've been working on getting back into reading for enjoyment.
Here's my current stack:
Annihilation and Authority by Jeff Vandermeer
I finished up Annihiliation last night, and I got it due to the movie that came out. It looks a bit like a David Lynch flick, and the book is all sorts of X-Files/Stranger Things/Twin Peaksy. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good sci-fi journey.
Noumenon
-A story about clines to a distant world that may contain intelligent life. It won a few awards and critical acclaim, so I figured I'd check it out. I'm not too far invested into it.
We All Looked Up
-Follows teenagers as an asteroid is about to destroy Earth.
It's Kind of A Funny Story
-Book about a true account of an author who struggles with depression and suicidal thoughts. Wanted to read it as it was on the bargain shelf, and gives insight to a topic near and dear to me.
Star Wars From A Certain Point Of View
-A short story collection for ancillary characters from the original trilogy.
Bernie Sanders: Our Revolution
-Democratic Socialist reading is fun.
Alexander Hamilton
-Biography of Hamilton's life. It inspired the musical.
Twin Peaks Final Dossier
-A short read to fill in some gaps not shown on season 3.

So what are y'all reading?
