Ah, but once he leaves office the charges will come down anyway. I don't think, with all of the people that surround him being convicted, that he will ever walk away scot free.

I didn't take mgh8888 for a republican but maybe I'm wrong.
Either way, he's got history on his side. No president has ever been found guilty of an impeachment charge by the Senate, and no president has ever had impeachment articles pass against him by his own party.
Chances are very low Trump gets impeached. Pretty sure he's a liberal and I took that as a warning to not be overly optimistic... He has a point.

I wish I shared you optimism. I'm terribly concerned as to the direction of our government and the executives attempts to consolidate power in an autocratic way.
