Is this crazy and now we get to watch him blossom somewhere else or does Dorsey know what he’s doing?
Who let the Dawgs out???

Why couldn't we trade him?

Watch him go straight to the patriots.

I wonder if something happened this past week
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Damn...I knew it was a matter of time...We better go for a WR, because our WR core is weak behind Landry.

At least we won't have to deal with this drama anymore.
Good luck Josh, get your stuff together.

He must have had a positive test. It doesn't make sense otherwise.

I'm hoping for someone...as our group of WRs will struggle pressed into playing larger roles.

It's on the official website: https://www.clevelandbrowns.com/news/browns-to-release-wr-josh-gordonGood bye, it's already a good feeling not having to deal with the continued drama. This, sadly, should've happened years ago. I don't even care where he goes, it's 100% their roller coaster ride now.

Watch him go straight to the patriots. If he popped another [censored] test, he's gonna be having lunch with Justin Blackmon wondering why they couldn't just let it go for a few years.

yeah, there's more to the story

I can't believe it's over... there has to be more to this story than just a hamstring injury, Hue seemed pretty excited about Gordon on HK.
He was fun to watch when he did play and I really hoped this time it would work out for him and the Browns. I don't want to speculate further at this point, but no matter how I look at this it is disappointing.

There was a story that he was late today? Wonder what else

The only way this makes sense is if there is another suspension looming. Can't be just because he has a hamstring issue. Not after all of the other stuff that this team supported him through.
Or he didn't fail a test but the team believes he will if his number comes up?

“This afternoon we informed Josh Gordon and his representatives that we are going to release him on Monday," Browns general manager John Dorsey said. "For the past six years, the Browns have fully supported and invested in Josh, both personally and professionally and wanted the best for him, but unfortunately we’ve reached a point where we feel it’s best to part ways and move forward. We wish Josh well.” Sounds like Josh screwed up again... it really does.

Oh my gosh. Oh Lord. What's 32 plus 16 . times a million.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

After one more time having to lie for him this morning, the Browns finally had enough. Gordon formally will be released Monday and subject to waivers.

Hope this doesn't derail the team focus ahead of the Saints game.
If he was late or tardy or generally not a good influence once he was back - then maybe this is simply Dorsey setting the tone and making an example of him? We'll find out in due course.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

Yea, if it’s because he screwed up again in the way of popping hot, then this is the right thing to do.
If this is about being late to the facility, then it’s a huge WTF from Dorsey.
We better be singing dez, cause this team can’t afford to be cutting top tier talent over small infractions. Right now I don’t see a WR on our roster that can go over the top on a defense.

No official failed test per league source.
@MaryKayCabot reporting late + erratic behavior for Josh Gordon this AM.
