Unbelievable defensive effort.
I have seen us lose so many games like this. One just last week.
Most of the first half the Ravens were getting the ball close to midfield.
Then Ward blocks the field goal from a guy who doesn't miss.
The defense as a unit should get a game ball.
Baker persevered. Not always pretty. But he has got some major cujones.
Really feels good to win this particular game.
A division home game. We lose this game everything remains. All the negativity. All the fire Hue crap.
Very happy for Hue and this team.

We are witnessing the transformation of a team.
Baker Mayfield has a lot to learn, but was a great draft pick.
Calloway has to learn to focus.
Plays that take time to develop never work against good defenses.
Willies & Duke were clutch when it counted.
Ward is awesome.
Peppers had a really good game.
I don't think one of the offsides on Garret was actually offside, I think he just timed it perfectly, but I'd have to see it in slo-mo from a different angle to be sure.
This was an extremely hard fought game against a tough division rival and we came out on top.
The D was clutch all game long.
Njoku had an ugly drop, and should have gotten us a 1st down on his catch & run, but overall he is coming into his own.
Our O-line needs to play tougher, they need to become more intimidating. They're doing well but they're not dominant yet. I think they can get there.
Great win!

I'm happy because at the bar there were these obnoxious steelers fans gloating about their win against the falcons....and I kept thinking, I hope we win so those dummies stay in the basement.

Refs Review:
Overall the refs had a better day today.
We finally had a call go in our direction at a key point in time. That roughing the passer was weak.
Landry got mugged and no call. If that happened on the street, those ravens players would be in jail. Maybe it was an uncatchable pass and they couldn't call pass interference but it also looked like a head to head to me.
That no call on the block in the back? I don't know if that was an illegal block but it was a dirty play in my mind. I thought there should have been an unnecessary roughness call. And I say this without bias because when I saw it in live time, I thought it was a Browns player who crashed the pile and was expecting an unnecessary roughness call against us. Then on replay I saw that it was the Ravens player.
The hold on Harrison looked like a phantom call but I couldn't see the whole play
No other egregious missed calls that I noticed
All in all the refs were the best they have been in a Browns game all year Except perhaps the Saints game - I can't comment on that game as i did not get to see any of it.
Am I perfect? No Am I trying to be a better person? Also no

Can we please not have any more OT games??? No doubt. My Sunday stress levels have been through the roof. I turned the TV off after the 4th down no-call. I was at my limit. It’s a good thing nobody is home or my wife would be asking how many more f-bomb’s I’m going to yell.

Special teams review:
We still suck. Nice block by Ward - do we need to play all our starters on ST? Missed XP put the game into OT Can't fault the missed 55 yarder But dang, how did that game winning FG make it through the goalposts?
Our punter is pretty darn good but we need to tackle a bit better after we kick/punt
We get absolutely nothing in our return game.
Who are the last 2 players on the roster? They need to go and get replaced by special teams guys.

Browns are close to having a championship caliber defense. They have an elite QB in the making. The culture is slowly changing.

I few the missed XP as a blessing in disguise...had he made it then the ravens go for TD and win on 4th down at end of regulation instead of kick and tie.

After 5 weeks NOBODY has mentioned the 2019 NFL draft Need to draft a kicker with the #1 pick.
It's supposed to be hard! If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great!

If our offense and defense ever show up on the same day, could be an awesome thing to watch. Beat a 3-1 team, 2-2-1 ourselves, undeafeated in our division... I'll take it.

We are 2-0 in our color rush uniforms. Maybe we can ask the NFL to let us wear them every week?

The resilience of this team can't be described in words. This defense has no quit in it. To hold the division leaders to three field goals, wow the Brown's defense is legit! Ward, does anybody think we should have taken Chubb at #4 now!? Gaines stepped up today, also.
Once again Harrison passes a test. When the offense establishes a rhythm they are very hard to deal with. Higgins impressed me with his reliability. Higgins was the most effective offensive weapon until he got dinged up. We committed to the run. We didn't get big chunks from it but it helped us keep their defense honest and the ball away from their offense.
Mayfield's confidence is infecting the whole team. He's playing with the poise of a third-year pro.
The culture of losing is evaporating right in front of our eyes.

Browns are close to having a championship caliber defense. They have an elite QB in the making. The culture is slowly changing. The Browns Defense is the only thing that kept them in the game, for much of it. The Baltimore defense is really really good, ... In a game and a half, the Baker led Browns had scored 63 points, and the Ravens held them to 12. Browns beat a real good team today, probably the division winners, couldn't happen to a better group. Denzell Ward is pretty good, even the CBS anaylists have said so.

A fun game to watch:
- It was a sober reminder to see how easy it is to convert 4th and inches, no matter the field position.
- Ward had a phenomenal game. Crabtree had a couple of drops but still, Ward had a great game.
- Peppers was outstanding....again. Yes, I say "again". He has put together a string of very good games.
- Not sure about the double teams, and how many, but I was underwhelmed by Garrett today. Offsides too many times and, "meh" overall.
Jamie Collins played very well, again. Yes, that's right, again.
Njoku played well, as did Higgins....same with Ogunjobi, and Schobert.
This team is good. We should win some games moving forward.
At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

Willies efforts sealed this for us without him at the end we dont get the win. It was a team win all day long but he stepped up a crunch time. lookout Callaway he is right behind you.

The loss of Mitchell is still very apparent. Since losing him our run and pass defense has gotten alot worse

This would be as good a time as any for me to fess up that I was wrong to not want the Browns to draft Mayfield. After all these years it looks like we may have solved the QB position. Great to beat Baltimore, the team I hate more than any other.

Great to beat Baltimore, the team I hate more than any other. I wanted Rosen and didn't want any part of Mayfield, whom I called a midget pre-draft because short QBs worry me. I might have been premature. And I agree: I hate Baltimore more than any other team, for obvious reasons. Dawgs are back!

I wanted Josh Allen after the combine, because he can throw the ball 90 yards. That was stupid. I came around to Mayfield before the draft, though. And I am so, so glad we got him. It looks to me like our GM crushed the draft. We can play with anybody now. There's good reason to think this could be a .500 team from here on out. I am so thrilled!

Got home from the game about an hour ago,
Awesome atmosphere up at the game.
The Browns are fun again and I think they will be for quite some time.
Thank you Baker Mayfield.
Denzel Ward is incredible and hats off to an incredible defensive performance.
Go Browns!

Got to give some props to Carrie. He stepped in there and played well.
The blocked FG by Ward. What can you say besides game winner? And he gets a pick.
Tough hard fought game against a good team that has owned us.
Things are changing. Finally we can watch football knowing we have a good chance to win.
Makes next Sunday's game must see tv.

We should still be trying out kickers. That was just unacceptable today.
The defense looked pretty good. They played soft a few times and got chewed up for yards but overall they kept everything out in front of them. You can win some games with a D like that.
The offense did what it could against a very good defensive Ravens team. The improvement I'm seeing is fairly remarkable.
Shoot, I didn't even lose my mind with worry today. That's an odd thing.
