No, the numbers are out. McCray is a downgrade, not an upgrade. A blind man could have seen that one coming.
I think we all knew it before it happened. The time that McCray got in Game 1 after Robinson was ejected, while short, was
not good. That said, I suspect that the benching of Robinson was more about trying to motivate him to get his head out of his butt and we had little option but to accept that this meant putting lesser talent out there on game day. It's the price a coach has to pay when the other options fail to motivate a player.
