May lose Obi too for a game or two.

Antonio Brown karate kicked Spencer Lanning in the face. He could have killed him. Literally.

He got 15 yards and an $8200 fine.

What Myles did was dumb, but about time we are the ones dealing out the ass whooping instead of the other way around.

James Harrison? Ray Lewis? Give me a break.

The NFL (much like our society these days) is full of weak individuals. Put a skirt on em and hang some flags from their hips. The National Flag League is basically unwatchable anymore.

I was kinda ticked off that Rudolph was smirking at his presser, claiming innocence, when he really was the initial instigator.

It's been said after BILLIONS of penalties for years. You just can't retaliate. Do people defending Garrett think he would have been killed by Steelers players if he had thrown his hands up and just walked away after that sack?

He could have taken the high road and the only story would be our signature win. Now the shaky season is all but ruined. I still can't believe this.

Pretty much agree on this, but I’ll bet Rudolph gets nothing. I expect multiple 6 figure fines too, and several smaller ones.

The only people who probably thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this game are the Ravens...

I hope Myles was mic’d up. It’d be interesting to hear some stuff Rudolph was spouting at him that triggered him so much.

I don’t agree that Myles is a dirty or undisciplined player. Aggressive, yeah. But he’s not hot headed. Something set him off.

EDIT: Not that it excuses him at all. What he did was stupid as hell.

I remember a lot of things..

I remember AB spike kicking our punter in the face...

James Harrison almost killing Colt McCoy...

and I could probably come up with a few others if I thought for a while.... but none of it changes what Miles Garrett did and the fact that he is going to pay a steep price for it in cash, lost games... and what was a reputation as a pretty good guy.

Remember the open-handed slap on the Titans player earlier this year? Someone brought that up on Twitter, and now I'm more worried about a lengthy suspension.

He might be gone longer than 6 games. He might get 10 or 16 games off. I wouldn't be surprised if he was gone this and next year too.

He'll probably get just 6 games, and that stinks, but if that was Watt on Mayfield, we'd all be freaking out for 6-16 games.

One step forward, two steps back. Typical Browns.

And both of his roughing calls were marginal... maybe penalties but no where near dirty...

Half of his penalties this year were for beating up on the QB.
And if you notice, 2 of them were on 3rd down and cost us.

This incident tonight, he didnt have to smash Mason to the ground late. The game was basically over. He over reacted on the play, and after the play.

this part I will disagree with.. first, he didn't smash him as much as he dragged him to the ground.. and he had him low and probably had no idea he had gotten rid of the ball. I don't blame him at all for finishing the play.

I still say Garrett should have walked away but there are still-pics all over social media showing Rudolph blatantly kicking him in the jewels while still on his back. Seems pretty "bush league" as well, Mason.

It doesn't matter what down it is or how long is left in the game. It's his job to beat up the opposing qb and take him to the ground

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he gets 16 games or an indefinite suspension. But the lawyers then get involved and pull out the CBA and determine what the punishment will end up being.

How long have we wanted our team to beat up the steelers?
I totally back Myles on this.

We did beat them up. All night long up and down the field.
We destroyed them.

It wasnt really necessary to try to kill them.

He took zero ownership for it in his press conference as well. At least Garrett too responsibility.

Just imagine how different the media narrative would be if Baker Mayfield had instigated a fight the way Rudolph did.

I will say Rudolph is one tough cookie to get hit in the head with a helmet like that and then get pushed down by Obi and still keep jawing like he wanted more. Did anyone else see him call Obi a female dog after Obi shoved him to the ground

I don't see the smashing him into the ground part. I see him making sure he doesn't get the stupid body weight on the QB penalty while keeping him wrapped up trying to make a sack.

If they don't want him to get tackled, they either shouldn't have him drop back for a pass or they should put in his backup. We've inexplicably lost games at the last second too many times to count. Play til the whistle until the final one.

Did he overreact? Yes. What's the proper reaction to a man charging at you with rage in his face? For many people, I imagine the gut instinct is grabbing the nearest weapon and bashing him over the head.

Rudolph presser was just disgusting.

He smirked and smack talked the whole time.

My view is changed.

Next time, take his head off. Only, send a scrub to do it.

Well said.

The short slow-mo clip everyone is showing makes Garrett look like a monster.

The extended clip shows he was being attacked by TWO guys and defended himself NOT using maximum force and was then gang attacked as Refs watched on.

I remember Harrison's hit on Mo Massaquio and Harrison literally knocking out Josh Cribbs with a brutal helmet to helmet hit

I wonder if anything has to do with Myles Garrett's sexuality? Could have been what has had ignited him...Could Mason have said something? Now I dont know nor do I care about that part of Myles...but it could be a reason why everyone is refusing to comment on what was exchanged between the two of them.

Idk but I sure hope his ban is short...as we need him back.

I hope he isn't banned at all.

Rudolph should be suspended for the season.
