Unfortunately, the law states that you can't smoke it, and as long as you're not an idiot or extremely unlucky, you can go about your day or evening toking up and no one's going to bother you aobut it. However, if you're facing charges, they often do monitor you, thereby making you a dumbass if you get caught. Hell, I grew up with guys on probation that couldn't stay clean and STILL passed tests using detox pills and drinks bought at headshops for $30...these guys were soon-to-be and current working class stiffs...something tells me if they can evade the law, Vick can too.
Any way you slice it, the guy's a moron.

It's sooo horrible until you get busted and lose all you strived for because of it... When you know the company you work for states it's illegal to have it in your system. Sure, I know people who toke, no biggie to me. I'm not my brother's keeper. But that is a risk they take and more power to them.

Sorry this thread and some of the posts in it, just really got to me this afternoon.
If someone smokes pot it really is not a big deal if thats your thing. No worse than drinking IMO except it is illegal. If your about to go on trial facing prison time for breaking a law and have to take a pee test you don't smoke pot, which is breaking the law again. I mean you really have to be an idiot to do so.

It is amazing how Vick's young life has gone from extremely good to rock bottom, in the past few weeks!
We all know how he has acted the last couple of seasons, and smoking dope was an issue for him at times, just wonder if he grew up as a CRACKHEAD...something really bad had to screw the kid up!
He just seems like a product of some really bad drugs to do what he has done in the last couple of years....and when his conviction was on the line....him smoking pot put icing on the cake!
