Really would have preferred KJ Hill, but Peoples-Jones has the higher ceiling. Dane Brugler had him as his 24th rated WR.

He's had ceiling, and yet has stayed locked to the floor.
He's a real "Meh" pick, to me. I don't see him becoming anything in the NFL. It is the 6th though. Maybe the lights will come on when his paycheck depends on it.

If you are going to waste a pick taking a shot on a guy that "should" be a good player... this is were you do it.

Buying a lottery ticket at the end of the draft like this is never a bad thing. The guy is a 99th percentile athlete at the wide receiver position. You take him and hope he turns into something and if not he was probably not going to be anything anyway as a sixth round pick. https://www.mockdraftable.com/player/donovan-peoples-jones

I didnt realize what a freak athlete he is .. seems to me he wasn’t refined/developed in that crappy Michigan system.
Can we do it? We’ll see
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Looks like he targets the ball well.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Not a huge fan of this pick. He;s a guy with tools ..... but not the production to match.
A wide reciever is only as good as his QB and Michigan had one of the most overrated.

A wide reciever is only as good as his QB and Michigan had one of the most overrated. Michigan never had the supporting players to maximize his potential. I always thought he looked like a stud when he had a chance, just not many chances at good catchable balls
