This team looks like every team over the past twenty years. Until they can play with these guys, they will never be a playoff team.
The pick six in the first series set the tone. Baker shows that he can't carry the team with his arm. Out played on every level.
I know many are giving Baker a pass, but good QBs make plays that change the momentum, Baker never does that.

This is worse than the ravens game. There was expectations that we’d be competitive

We still have three wins on the schedule (Giants, Jets, and Jaguars). That gets us to seven. Nine wins probably gets the seven seed.

Career back up, I like Keenum but he ain’t our starter, or anybodies for that matter. Bad game for all today including Baker.

I’m frightened at our performance today
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Mack Wilson, another failed draft pick That's not true, because at best 1/2 of all draft picks are busts. The Truth is, the Browns, didn't keep guys like Schobert Nate Orchard Ogbah Some old free agent guy I always can't remember his name former patriot. and instead got rid of all of those who could play at least some of the time simply because they drafted a bunch of guys like Mack Wilson. Hilliard getting carries in garbage time does not look like he's nursing any injuries.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

I forgot Njoku was even on the team

4th and 1 give to D'Ernest Johnson, and the Steelers D line and backers broke through every gap and took it down in the backfield Johnson ran into the back of his own lineman backing up.

no idea about his work ethic ... but he’s right: it appears he’s killing this team (and the OL and coaching did no favors today)

I'm pretty impressed that we didn't hit their kicker and give them a first down.
Browns is the Browns
... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.

Typical Browns fan conundrum: is it worse getting walloped or losing a heartbreaker/game you should have won?

so sick of them going to Pitt and being abused. The four game streak is the best we are going to see this year. I see another sub .500 season, and the search for a QB starting all over again.

Watching Burrow making plays. One can only dream.
Then he throws a pick.

So yeah I’m a lot tougher than a freaking football player

I don’t need to say and I normally don’t say anything personal about myself because i care less what people on an internet board think of me. But it was just absurd thinking someone couldn’t be tougher and stronger than an undersized qb.

Undersized? What has that got to do with how tough someone is? I guess since you already called him a turd - your feelings and emotional responses to Baker are out there so the size comment makes sense I suppose. He's all of 1/2" shorter than Keenum by the way. Personally I hope he bounces back and KS can find a way to make him shine. His rookie season and what he did during that year is getting to be a distant memory.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
