Joe Mixon with a DNP-Foot is a biggy.

Hunt dinged again, though. Bye week can't come soon enough.

Mixon is gonna miss the game I believe ... he typically is a bugaboo for us

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

I've considered Sendejo is a practical joke being played on us by Joe Woods.

Sendejo should definitely take more time to let his injury fully heal.

I like Sendejo he just needs to make better plays.

Go Browns brownie

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

If he's going to play with a broken rib, why would he tell everyone it's broken?

I think everyone knows he has a rib injury just like everyone knows Baker does. Those are two positions where having a rib injury really, really stinks because your ribs are often exposed at both positions.

I think both Jarvis and Baker are tough guys, but having a rib injury sucks.

I get that. I'm just not sure why you would tell the world that your ribs are broken.

Just asking cause I dont know too much about calf injuries, but 3 weeks seems like a long time to be out. Figured with Teller being a tough guy he would push through it.

I'm not an OL, but I would have to imagine that any leg injury would really hurt performance, and could progress.

Tell him he is injured. Can you move him to IR if he practiced? Just a horrible starter. Maybe kick the other leg. . . . naughtydevil

Tight end Austin Hooper was not on the field Friday during the portion of Browns practice open to media.

The team has yet to disclose a reason for the starter's absence.

Meanwhile, defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson returned to practice Friday after sitting out Thursday with an Achilles injury.

Right guard Wyatt Teller (calf) and linebacker Jacob Phillips (knee) remained sidelined.

On Wednesday, coach Kevin Stefanski said it would be difficult for Teller to play Sunday when the Browns (4-2) visit the Cincinnati Bengals (1-4-1). Stefanski said Chris Hubbard would start his second consecutive game at right guard if Teller were ruled out, a decision expected to become official later Friday.

Hooper has 22 catches for 205 yards and a touchdown this season. Rookie Harrison Bryant, David Njoku and Stephen Carlson are behind him in the tight end pecking order.

On Friday, the Bengals ruled out starting running back Joe Mixon (foot) and starting cornerback Will Jackson (concussion).

Mixon leads Cincinnati with 119 carries for 428 yards (3.6 average) and three touchdowns to go along with 21 catches for 138 yards and a TD. Jackson had an interception against the Browns in Week 2, a 35-30 win for Cleveland.

This might be Njoku’s chance to show out for a trade ... doubt he plays well or is traded though haha

Depending on how the game is going, I want Landry and Hunt on a pitch count.

Alex Mack played the same week he had an appendectomy. That is not normal.

This reminds me of Alex Mack having an appendectomy on Tuesday or Weds ..... and it might have been a bye ..... but he then started the next game. I, for one, was absolutely astonished.

So he played with appendicitis, not knowing that’s what it was, had his appendix removed on Monday and then played in the next game. Crazy.

I remember that. That was crazy. I also remember the first thing he wanted when he came out of anesthesia was his grading sheet from the prior game so he could prepare for the following week.

They do appendectomy via laparoscopy now. It's just a couple puncture holes into the abdomen.

...and didn't Hillis sit out that game with a sore throat?
