Exactly. Enough is enough. The only way these covid cases are a positive is if Stefanski's name is among them and AVP gets to call plays for the game.

I find it strange all these teams are getting ravaged by covid on the exact same week.

Perhaps but I'm not really sold on that. Seems like the more we comply the worse it eventually gets

9 rams including OBJ https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id...rs-placed-covid-19-list-los-angeles-rams

why are they not testing prior to the game?

Somebody should test the Ravens players. How did we get so many so fast?

It’ll be interesting to see if Arizona has a spike in positive tests after facing the Rams.

Any news from you internet savvy dog hounds on do these guys have their vaccination shots 1 & 2 along with boosters. Why so many getting covid? is it this new strain that isn't that severe but very contagious???

Hope all is well players and fans alike.

The league should have created (at the beginning of the year) some COVID bye week option/mandate should an outbreak occur. Take a week or two off and see if things settle down.

They were reported as all breakthrough cases. So, they were vaccinated. The degree of vaccination is not explained.

Didn't we win the last time this happened? Hmm.

Worst timing ever, actually. The Raiders game is a game we should have won handily. A loss there with Green Bay still to come, and we're back on the outside looking to get in…

I think the league needs to check the batch numbers on their tests and see if they're all from the same one(s) and evaluate whether or not they got a bad batch of tests.

Browns is the Browns

We usually get reports of widespread false positives within hours. It's been two days. I would think they double-check with a different brand.

The players still get tested everyday so if they were false positives we would know pretty quickly.

Port...3-10 days from exposure..!

The Browns must have been involved in some kind of Super Spreader event that exposed many of our players to someone or some location that was highly contagious ...!

But, I haven't heard of anyone reporting that they are sick with COVID symptoms...which leads me to wonder about the accuracy of these COVID tests. Within a 2 day period (14 and 15 Dec) , 9 Browns players and 2 coaches have tested positive for COVID.

Well it seems you've gotten your wish but with everything going on right now do you actually think it will make any difference? Hell, it wouldn't have made any difference if we were healthy.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Just thinking out loud.

Anyone else find is suspicious that for the 2nd year in a row we had a major outbreak the week after playing the Ravens? Dirty Ratbirds :-/

If we miss the playoffs cuz of this, or worse Ben wins his last game ever vs us, I dont know how I can ever care about the NFL again. I mean, I’m sure I will cuz Browns fandom is an incurable disease but it won’t feel good

The Cleveland Browns Daily guys have been saying for 2 years now they should’ve added an extra bye week per team to allow for extreme (half the team and coaching like us) Covid delays. NFL botched this one pretty bad, AGAIN

So the fact that they're "still contagious" just "not as contagious" would work for you?

I’m not saying it’s what’s right. I’m saying it’s what a profit driven league may allow.

Actually, we were told the vaccines lower the chance of catching the virus.

Yes it does decrease the likelihood of you getting Covid. I'm not sure how much protection the vaccines will give us against the new omicron variant however.

Or the testing. Read there were well over 70 cases in the NFL in last two days. False positives? And more are turning up like KS.
This despite vaccines and boosters documented in place. We can't blame all of this on Rodgers.

Fast forward: Identical tracking, numbers, time frame for week before Super Bowl. Something would give in the NFL. Are you infected is one thing. Are you playable is another. Hope somebody cares about the long COVID players' futures.
