I'm sure Portland is being sarcastic but you bring up the biggest flaw in the plan. The NFL owners have to vote in order to approve any new owner. There's no way they would vote to approve a bunch of commoners enter into the mix.

I think horde was pretty good but it could be improved upon in order to make it uniquely Browns. I would suggest we spell it Hoard in honor of the former #44 of the Cleveland Browns, Leroy Hoard.
