Your boy told his VP to NOT follow through on his constitutional duty to certify a legit election. Sent fake electors. Had his people (your team) march on the Capitol where they erected a gallows and chanted to hang the VP because he was following through on his constitutional duty. All of his because he wouldn't/couldn't stop pushing his lie about the election. We knew what he was saying about the election results were a lie, his inner circle knew, and now Jack Smith says he has evidence that Trump himself knew. Anyone with at least a couple working brain cells saw his many ineffective lawsuits about the election and realized the only thing behind Trump's election lie was a fragile ego and bluster.
.... and you're saying the other side is the danger to democracy. That's lunacy.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.
Sorry pal. Saying an election was stolen is not insurrection or incitement thereto
Inciting a bunch of Idiots that think hes a god to riot at the capital is indeed an Insurrection. And don't try to tell me that it was Antifa. It was White Supremicists and Neo Nazis' and the like. They BROKE DOWN DOORS and WINDOWS to get into the Capital.. That is NOT a LOVE fest. If that was your home (and in a way, it is) would you call people breaking down doors and breaking windows to get in as a lovefest? Would you....NO, you'd be out there with a gun blowing them away.....
Trump did that.. You can spin it anyway you want. He did that and it was live on TV for the world to see.
There is NO excuse for his actions Before, During and After the riot. NONE. Sitting in the white house, watching it unfold and DOING NOTHING. He wanted it to happen. He Willed this to happen.. He is responsible.
ALL ABOUT LOVE MY BUTT.

Georgia officials fact-check an infamous Trump phone call in real time
JUNE 21, 2022, 6:34 PM ET By Rachel Treisman
Former President Donald Trump famously pressured Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a fellow Republican, to overturn the state's presidential election result in a January 2021 phone call that lasted more than an hour.
At Tuesday's hearing, Rep. Adam Schiff played clips of that recording in front of Raffensperger and Georgia elections official Gabriel Sterling, pausing to ask them questions and fact-check the former president's false claims in real time.
He also led with some important context about what preceded the Jan. 2 call. The White House was persistent in trying to reach Raffensperger, with staffers including former chief of staff Mark Meadows calling and texting his office 18 times to try to set up a call with the president.
Meadows himself visited a signature-auditing site in Georgia to meet with the chief investigator who was supervising the process there. Trump spoke on the phone with that investigator, Frances Watson, the following day, continuing to push false claims and telling her that "when the right answer comes out you'll be praised."
Arizona lawmaker Rusty Bowers details the pressure put on him by Trump and Giuliani Notably, Trump had already been told repeatedly by top Justice Department officials that his claims about widespread voter fraud in Georgia — the claims he would go on to make in the 67-minute phone call with Raffensperger— were completely false. And Georgia had already investigated those claims, found none, and certified its election results.
"I've been traveling through the state of Georgia for a year now, and simply put, in a nutshell, what happened in fall of 2020 is that 28,000 Georgians skipped the presidential race, and yet they voted down-ballot in other races," Raffensperger said Tuesday. "And the Republican congressman ended up getting 33,000 more votes than President Trump, and that's why President Trump came up short."
Here are some of the highlights from their exchange:
Trump raised the thoroughly debunked allegation that ballots were being transported in suitcases and that based on video footage they contained a minimum of 18,000 ballots all for Joe Biden.
Raffensperger confirmed that the U.S. Justice Department and the attorney general, as well as the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and his own office, had all found those claims to be false.
Even more importantly, he added, the Trump-appointed acting U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, Bobby Christine, had dismissed those claims early on.
Sterling said the objects captured on video were not suitcases or trunks, but standard ballot carriers that allow for seals to be added to prevent tampering.
And, he said, there's "no physical way" that Trump or anyone could have known who those ballots were for. A Fulton County monitor (who the state required to be on-site due to its difficulty running elections during COVID) noted that approximately 8,900 total ballots were scanned from the time he left to the time he returned around about 1 a.m. — far less than the 18,000 that Trump had mentioned.
The Trump campaign tried to use fake electors, says Rep. Adam Schiff Trump told Raffensperger that "they dropped a lot of votes in there late at night."
Raffensperger refuted that notion, saying he believed Trump was referring to the time at which various counties would upload their results.
"But the ballots had all been accepted ... they had to be accepted, by state law, by 7 p.m.," he said. "So there were no additional ballots accepted after 7 p.m."
A transcript of a phone call between former U.S. President Donald Trump and Brad Raffensperger, Georgia secretary of state, appears on a video screen during a hearing on the Jan. 6 investigation on Tuesday in Washington. Kevin Dietsch/Getty Images Trump claimed that roughly 5,000 dead people in Georgia voted.
The Trump administration claimed in its lawsuits that more than 10,000 dead people voted in Georgia, Raffensperger said — adding that neither of those numbers are accurate.
At the time that Raffensperger wrote his letter to Congress on Jan. 6, the state had found evidence of just two dead people having voted. They subsequently found two more.
"That's one, two, three, four people — not 4,000," he said. "But just a total of four, not 10,000, not 5,000."
Trump said: "There's nothing wrong with saying that, you know, you've recalculated ... even if you cut them in half, cut them in half and cut them in half again, it's more votes than we need."
Schiff asked whether there was any way that Raffensperger could have lawfully changed the result of the vote in Georgia by explaining it as a "recalculation."
"No," Raffensperger said. "The numbers are the numbers, the numbers don't lie."
He added that his office investigated every single allegation it received, running down multiple rabbit holes to make sure its numbers were accurate.
Raffensperger's office investigated claims of 66,000 underage voters and found none. They investigated claims of 2,423 unregistered voters, and found zero. They investigated claims of 2,056 felons voting, and identified less than 74.
When Raffensperger told Trump on the call that his investigators hadn't found proof supporting his claims, the former president said "they're either dishonest or incompetent.
After a recount, Cuellar edges Cisneros in a closely watched Texas Democratic primary Trump asked Raffensperger to "find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have, because we won this state."
"What I knew is that we didn't have any votes to find," Raffensperger said. "That was an accurate count that had been certified."
Trump suggested Raffensperger could be subject to criminal liability for his role in the matter.
Schiff pointed to a tweet from pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood from a few weeks before the phone call, saying that Trump gave Raffensperger and Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp "every chance to get it right."
"They refused. They will soon be going to jail," Wood wrote. Trump retweeted that tweet.
On the phone with Raffensperger, Trump said that submitting shredded and unsigned ballots would be "more illegal for you than it is is for [the people doing so], because you know what they did and you're not reporting it."
He went on to call it a criminal offense and a big risk.
Later, after Raffensperger had denied the fraud allegations, Trump said he thought it was "dangerous for you to say that."
Trump went on to repeat those claims in his Jan. 6 speech at the Ellipse.
Despite the evidence to the contrary, Trump repeated claims of widespread voter fraud in Georgia during his public address on Jan. 6, putting Raffensperger and his family in even more danger.
Raffensperger described his office being flooded with calls, his personal information being shared on the internet and his wife getting texts — many of which were "sexual in nature" — as a way to put pressure on him. People broke into the home of his daughter-in-law, a widow with two children.
So, Schiff asked, why didn't Raffensperger yield to the pressure and step down?
"Because I knew that we had followed the law, we had followed the Constitution, and I think sometimes moments require you to stand up and just take the shots. You're doing your job, and that's all we did," he said. "At the end of the day, President Trump came up short, but I had to be faithful to the Constitution. And that's what I swore an oath to do."

Please explain when a democratic president asked his vice president not to certify an election? Please explain when a democratic president called the top election official of a state and try to get them to change an election result in their state. Appointing fake electors in states you lost is criminal. Some of them have been charged and indicted in more than one state. It seems you endorse criminality. No wonder you stick up for trump.
Your excuses and lies about such criminal behavior are both sad and sickening.

Elon Musk and Marjorie Taylor Greene risk Dominion’s wrath with revived conspiracy theories Alex Woodward Fri, October 18, 2024 at 6:42 PM EDT·3 min read 197
Elon Musk and Marjorie Taylor Greene risk Dominion’s wrath with revived conspiracy theories More than a year after the company reached a record-breaking settlement with Fox News over similar claims, Elon Musk promoted a debunked conspiracy theory that suggested Dominion Voting Systems had manipulated the outcome of the 2020 election.
During a town hall in Pennsylvania to promote Donald Trump’s campaign on Thursday, the world’s wealthiest man rattled off a series of false claims about elections, including alluding to a conspiracy theory that Dominion was part of a plot to rig the election against Trump.
“When you have mail-in ballots and no proof of citizenship, it’s almost impossible to prove cheating,” he said. “Statistically there are some very strange things that happen that are statistically incredibly unlikely. There’s always this question of, say, the Dominion voting machines. It is weird that, I think, they were used in Philadelphia and in Maricopa County [Arizona] but not in a lot of other places. Doesn’t that seem like a heck of a coincidence?”
He added that “the last thing I would do is trust a computer program.”
The following day, Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia claimed that a Dominion machine “changed” a voter’s ballot in her district. Early voting in the state started this week.
“It had switched,” she told conspiracy theory-fuelled media network InfoWars on Friday.
“They had to start over, and they went through it several times, and it kept on making the same error. Kept on switching the votes. And so this is something we’re just starting to look into today … We will be following up.”
A spokesperson for Dominion told The Independent that he company’s “understanding from the county is this instance was voter error and has since been resolved.”
“The false claim that voting machines can switch votes has been repeatedly debunked.”
Last year, Fox News agreed to settle a defamation lawsuit from Dominion that accused the network of spreading false statements about its business in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election. The network settled for more than $787 million, marking the largest-ever settlement of its kind in American history.
Dominion has also filed lawsuits against former Trump-allied attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell and election conspiracy theorists Mike Lindell and Patrick Byrne, as well as right-wing media networks One America News and Newsmax, over similarly false statements about the company.
A Dominion spokesperson refuted Musk’s statements: “Fact: Dominion does not serve Philadelphia County. Fact: Dominion’s voting systems are already based on voter verified paper ballots. Fact: Hand counts and audits of such paper ballots have repeatedly proven that Dominion machines produce accurate results. These are not matters of opinion. They are verifiable facts.”
Election officials, courts and Trump’s own administration and campaign have failed to produce any evidence of widespread election fraud. Musk’s suggestion that Dominion produced irregularities in Arizona and Pennsylvania — two states that Trump lost in 2020 — is also not grounded in reality; election officials from both parties have repeatedly verified the results in those states, and the company’s machines were not even used in Philadelphia.
The persistent false narrative that Trump lost the 2020 election due to fraud also fuels his 2024 campaign. At least 14 of the 82 state electors chosen to represent the Republican Party this year are tied to “fake elector” schemes in several states. Some are currently under criminal prosecution. Another 16 falsely believe President Joe Biden only won because of widespread fraud.
Elon Musk raises payment offer to $100 for voters who sign petition supporting 'free speech & right to bear arms'
The billionaire is pushing crucial swing state voters to register before deadline windows close.
Billionaire Elon Musk has upped his financial offer for registered swing state voters to sign a conservative-leaning petition. On Thursday, Musk wrote on X that his pro-Trump super PAC would give $100 to signees and those who refer them.
After Musk pushed a debunked voter fraud conspiracy theory Thursday evening at a pro-Trump town hall event in Pennsylvania, he announced in an X post that he was doubling his financial offer for engagement with the petition, which had been set at $47. He said the deadline to sign the petition is Monday night, the day that Pennsylvania voter registration closes.
“If you’re a registered Pennsylvania voter, you & whoever referred you will now get $100 for signing our petition in support of free speech & right to bear arms,” Musk wrote.
Musk initially launched the petition and referral offer in early October. His America PAC released the petition, which is in support of the Constitution’s First and Second amendments. For anyone who refers a registered swing state voter to sign it, Musk promised to mail a check. For the current offer, he said checks will be mailed to voter addresses on file in Pennsylvania.
The program appears to avoid breaking campaign finance laws, which make it illegal to pay people to register to vote, because the payment is for signing the petition and referring registered voters to sign the petition, rather than for registration.
However, Musk, the world’s richest person, has vocally urged swing state voters in Pennsylvania to vote for former President Donald Trump, saying Thursday that the 2024 election will decide the “fate of America” and “the fate of Western civilization.”
Previously vowing to stay apolitical, Musk has sharply veered to support conservatives since taking over X, formerly Twitter. Over the summer, he endorsed Trump and has ramped up various means of support for the candidate. Recent disclosures show that Musk has donated $75 million to his own pro-Trump super PAC.
Musk also joined Trump at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania and plans to continue hosting town halls in the state, which he said is the “linchpin” for the election, through Monday.
On X, where he is the most-followed person with over 200 million followers, Musk has repeatedly pushed false and inflammatory claims on topics including immigration, free speech and voter fraud.
Musk’s America PAC has also paid to run ads on Facebook and Instagram for voter registration in swing states. In August, the PAC collected voter data but only directed certain zip codes to an official way to register to vote, a move that courted significant controversy. Election officials in Michigan and North Carolina investigated whether the website was misleading voters, but Michigan said it hadn’t found any evidence of violating state campaign finance law.
You are showing that you have been thoroughly misinformed.
a. Several senators challenged electors in 2016. While Biden was VP.
b. Trump said “fine people on both sides, but the media and Dems omitted the part where he said “…and I’m not talking about white supremecists and neo nazis who should totally be condemned”. Did you know that part or were you duped by the media.
c. Disinfectant would have been accurate, as UV light is a disinfectant. Did you know about the research done at Cedar Sinai or were you duped by social media, the Dems, and the Dems right arm, mainstream media. Did you know about this?!!! https://www.cedars-sinai.org/newsro...ovid-19-patients-treated-with-uva-light/
d. He said get your people (senators) to fight. If they don’t, primary them. Peaceful and patriotic. Etc.
e. So the liars who lied and said that he told people to inject bleach, who lied and said he called white supremecists “ fine people” and many other lies tell us other things, and that’s a good argument? I think not.
So you can't point to any democratic president doing any of these things....... Please explain when a democratic president asked his vice president not to certify an election? Please explain when a democratic president called the top election official of a state and try to get them to change an election result in their state. I'll add one more. Please show where democrats named and appointed fake electors to try and certify a presidential election.
You can't. You keep making excuses when nobody has ever done these things before.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
Yes. The word disinfectant would have been ok, because UV is used that way. But they said bleach because they are compulsive, pathological liars. And half of America is thoroughly duped by the Dems and media (and social media).
Sad.
PS. The original topic I brought up was that the claim that Trump incited violence and insurrection on Jan 6 was a lie, and apparently you all have ceded that point, since you have no argument in the antithesis and are now talking about Trump challenging electors and calling Georgia instead of talking about what Trump actually said on Jan 6.
Trump tells lie after lie after lie every time he holds a rally and you're here railing about the truth?
You do nothing but claim you care about truth while you enable a habitual liar. You are a trump enabler who only cares about one side telling the truth while you uphold his lies.
It is not a lie. He called for that rally. He had speakers who told lie after lie to incite the crowd. After they were all riled up it was trump who sent them to the capital. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger heard the evidence. But you claim they too got it wrong?
UV is not a disinfectant. But bleach is. If you're looking for accuracy bleach is closer to the truth than UV light is.
You call out what you call lies coming from one side while ignoring multiple amounts of lies from the other side. Then you ask who can believe the democrats? What a joke you are.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
Well congratulations. You hid your trollness well and you got a bunch of posters to respond to what might have been serious posts. But the more you post the more it's clear that you're just having a good laugh at our expense. Fairly sure you don't believe half of what you've posted. Ciao.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
You have not once provided a quote that demonstrates incitation to insurrection. I have shown four or five that show a call for peaceful demonstration and use of the Democratic process to fight.
The myriad of lies the media and Dems told and the fact that the mainstream media is the mouthpiece of the Dem lies is enough to make any AWARE person enraged. The campaign of lies is no better than what Trump accused them of. But never once did Trump call for violence or insurrection. He said peacefully protest and use Democratic process, ( like primaries.). Who plots to overthrow Democracy and then talks about primaries of elections? 🤣
UV radiation is a well-known inactivation approach for microorganisms that offers some advantages over liquid disinfectants as it can be performed automatically, remotely, and employed to disinfect surfaces, liquids, air, and rooms. UV disinfection devices can serve as an additional method to routine cleaning practices and is commonly utilized in healthcare settings. https: epa.gov
Liars calling a person a liar don’t carry weight with me. You talk about witnesses. But witnesses need to have credibility. So at best, we can only be agnostic about the whole matter.
Liar told me that so and so lied. Well, it is no good without documentation. And so far the documentation shows the following.
a. Trump told the people to peacefully protest
b. A percentage of them got violent while the vast majority did not.
c. Trump asked Pence to only count the electors that were lawfully slated.
d. Trump urged staff to investigate fraud claims.
Whether Trumps claims were true or not is not relevant to the question as to whether he incited an insurrection. They do not meet the definition of insurrection on Trump’s part.
And it is not illegal to challenge electoral slates or to urge someone to investigate fraud.
I have eyes and ears. I saw and heard what happened. I have a brain to interpret that information. What I don't have is the time and patience to lay it out for you.
Reading his words alone lets you put your own inflection into it. Go watch and listen to his speech. If you still don't get it, then you are either too unwilling, too naive, or too stupid to understand Regardless of which In feel sorry for you
Am I perfect? No Am I trying to be a better person? Also no
Ok, so you think peaceful protest and primarying politicians is insurrection.
Actually, you were conditioned to hate and fear Trump through more than four years of lies told by Dems and media. Then you interpreted Trump’s words according to that conditioning.
If Trump had incited an insurrection on Jan 6, you would be able to produce a meaningful piece of evidence. You can’t. All you have is a subjective interpretation based on feelings that you can neither defend nor explain.
The fact that you folks have been gaslighted is clear. One reason it’s so clear is that there are people here that don’t even know that Trump said “if they don’t fight, primary…them.”
You need to sit down and watch the second impeachment hearing, especially the defense that was laid out. They exposed a lot of naughty and dishonest doings by the ones prosecuting.
Even his own followers know better. Then there's you.
This is just a small sample of what trump and Rudy said to rile up the crowd......
You seem to have forgotten these parts of trump's speech as well. His claim is that the democratic electors were not lawfully appointed. How did you think these people in the crowd could "stop the steal"? He claimed that America was "under siege". How did you expect these people to react to that? You aren't fooling anyone but yourself. And I don't think you are even doing that.
He sat there for hours watching this all happen for hours on TV and did nothing.
This is the hate and these are the lies you are upholding.
Then even after all of that he lied about the election again. And after almost four years he's still doing it. And when this type of violence happens again based on his own words, you will still be denying it.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
To be clear. I’ve hated donny for far more than 4 years. Even as a kid in the 80’s I thought he was a creep. I could see the snake oil salesman in him as a teen. Turns out I have good instincts. He’s a proven grifter of the highest magnitude.
Your problem is you believe everything you’re told by your captors.
Several hours? Trump didn’t get back to the White House until after 1 and he tweeted and told the protesters to stay peaceful at about 2:40. That is neither several hours nor is it the 187 minutes claimed. Up to that point, Jan 6 was much less violent then most of the riots that had engulfed the country for months, and was even less violent than the anti-Trump mob violence that erupted all over the country as early as 2016.
All incited by Dems and some of the criminals were bailed out by Dems
Pot calling kettle black.
The demonic media also posted a video of Eric Trump watching the capital building BEFORE the speech, and dishonestly claimed that it was footage of events after the speech. Their dishonesty and your gullibility is STAGGERING!!!
The media and Dems lie continuously. Do you Remember Lafayette Square? They said that Lafayette Square was closed for a photo app, but that outright lie was exposed when it was revealed that it was closed so that a safety barrier could be erected. There are so many lies that the media and the Democrats told between 2016 and 2020 and even after, that they have no credibility with me.
What do I mean? I mean that horse crap doesn’t get shoveled here. Trump is a FASCIST little fat nasty man. He’s senile as you can get, craps in his pants, rents a wife, can’t form a complete thought or sentence, and is one of the dumbest functioning individuals alive. He’ll be spending the next 4 years incarcerated. I doubt he even whiffs a win in November, it’s looking like there may be a blowout.
Rightwing media is setting you all up to be sicked on dems when he loses. Kamala will hand him his ass, it’s already playing out in early voting and rightwing media knows it. They’re lying to you MAGAts, but if the 3/4 billion dollar judgement they paid for lying isn’t proof enough, I don’t suppose a Trump hater’s facts stand a snowballs chance in convincing you. But maybe during your deprogramming, you’ll come to cope with the fact that you are a dupe, and have been supporting “America’s Hitler” ~ a nickname coined by his running mate, the formerly gay, Shady Vance.
I just accessed your profile/posting history at our web site.
Do you know what I found? Do others know what I found?
I'm more than happy to tell all the the Dawgtalkers members who have been here for years, posting to/with each other "in good faith," what I found:
NOTHING.
I found ZERO posts of yours that actually relate to The Cleveland Browns.
Nothing in the 'Pure Football' forum. Nothing in the 'Gameday v. Cinci' forum. Nothing in the 'Looking Back.' forum. Nothing in the 'Tailgate forum'. Nothing in the 'Everything Else' forum.
Nothing at all.
It's why I have never risen to your bait, and it's why this will be the only post I will ever make to you. You are a simplistic, vacuous troll who only came to this website to stir s# up...
..and I just outed you. In front of everyone who loves this website, and all that it means to us.
There is no future for you here at this web address. Do yourself a favor: go somewhere else, and quit wasting your time here.
You'll get much better returns on your investment of time if you drop your bait into waters that aren't regularly patrolled by posters like me.
Bless your heart. Go vote for Trump like all the other uneducated ass hats, and tax evading billionaires. He needs your vote and support to pay for his lawyers on inciting violence on Jan 6th and other high crimes and misdemeanors. He’s a convicted criminal. This isn’t a court room and you’re not swaying anyone by your lies including conservatives here.
"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." Thomas Jefferson.
Anyone who would vote for Kamala is not conservative. She makes JFK look like Ronald Reagan. And whoever wins the election, either way, a lot of people will see they’ve been deceived…many already have.
Oh and btw , Trump did not incite violence. He said “get your senators to fight, and if they don’t, primary them.
You have to be really snowflake to think primarying people is violent. 🤣
I am only interested in posting football during and after games, genius.
To make you happy I’ll post something about football here.
A few years ago I took a flier on rookie Alvin Kamara for my fantasy football team draft (based on a preseason game against the Browns) and he did very well for me
I am doing something similar this year as I have added Jamari Thrash to my bench.
