The 78-year-old, who is recovering from struggling to open a truck door and claimed the Dems want to get rid of "windows and cows," was speaking at a hurricane relief benefit event in Arizona when he made the vile remark.
Speaking to former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Trump said the daughter of former Republican VP Dick Cheney should have "guns trained on her face" due to her support for Kamala Harris.
After calling the former senior Republican a "very dumb individual," Trump crossed the line by suggesting the "radical war hawk" should be put in a horrifying situation.
"Let's put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting at her," said Trump. "Let's see how she feels about it. You know, when the guns are trained on her face."
The audience were audibly very quiet, unaware of how to react, while Carlson stayed silent.
Disgusted viewers slammed Trump for his comments, with one tweeting: "He’s deranged. I truly hope Kamala ENDS him on Tuesday."
Another asked: "Can you imagine if you or I said this? We’d be getting a visit from the Secret Service or FBI."
While a third replied: "This is the most messed up thing perhaps said by any American politician ever. If this isn’t a red alert for newsrooms I don’t know what is."
Trump also began spreading unsubstantiated claims that the election is being stolen in Pennsylvania.
"We found a lot of things in the last three days," he said. "Found a lot of votes in a certain county in York county... Lancaster county.
"We found a lot of bad votes, 20,000 votes written by the same pen and signature. We found a lot of stuff."
He also started to attack his former political rival Hillary Clinton as well as Harris, who was hosting her own rally in Nevada with Jennifer Lopez.
Trump stated: "Hillary Clinton, who's a smart woman, much smarter than Kamala but doesn't lie as much.
"Hillary was a liar. A horrible scoundrel. But this one lies so much.

According to trump "they" are the "enemy within" which he included both Schiff and Pelosi to that list. Or did you conveniently miss that part?
