Erecting a gallows on the steps of the Capitol while chanting to hang the VP because he wouldn't follow through with his constitutional duty is totally normal and not worth further discussion (especially when that discussion involves evidence of involvement from our parties lord and savior DJT).
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.
Trump has been discussing it. He's discussing pardoning the people who violently assaulted Capital Police officers and major felony convictions. Because you know, those criminals were on his side. He's discussed how it was "a day of peace" and how those convicted criminal are "political prisoners" and "hostages".
Problem being that's the only parts they want to discuss.

I'm merely stating that there are stacks and stacks of things that simply don't make sense. This is just one page out of the book. Truth be told, and I swear, I had no idea what the response would be when I queried AI with this particular question, but the answer literally made me laugh out loud. There's got to be something going on. We identified, verified, charged and indicted with a speed and ferocity never before witnessed. We employed online "sedition hunters" to scour thousands upon thousands of hours of footage. We armed them with frame-by-frame video analysis software and facial recognition software. They traced individuals and their movements through crowd footage compliments of soliciting social media sites.
Then... over three years later... we produce 45 seconds of footage as our only clue and have CBS ask the community for tips?? Again, still blatantly ignoring the question and request for footage showing who erected the "crossbar" and noose at 1pm?

Trying to move the goalposts to "construction" is beyond disingenuous. They were merely two posts before the crossbeam and noose were attached. That was part of the construction, duh. Before that people stared at two posts saying "I wonder what that is for?"
The part of the construction that made it "gallows" took place later, in front of a large crowd, with people videotaping everything. The big reveal -- the "ahh, now I see what that is". The part that left no question that this an appliance used to hang people. No fanfare or videotaping of that took place for that, eh?
