I was listening to my most recent favorite song and I thought this might be an interesting thread. I could use some more music on my ipod. My most recent favorite song is Still Cleaning this gun by Rodney Atkins.
No way I could limit it to one song...but some that would be included in the list...
Creeping Death and Fade to Black - Metallica Living on a Prayer - Bon Jovi Love Gun, Detroit Rock City and God of Thunder - KISS Fallen Angel - Poison Notorious Thugs - Notorious BIG and Bone No Easy Way Out - Robert Tepper Dream On - Aerosmith Bringin' on the Heartbreak - Def Leppard Don't Know What You've Got - Cinderella Domination - Pantera 18 and Life - Skid Row Crazy Train - Ozzy The Game - Motorhead Don't Cry - GNR
No sure of a favorite all time song, but if I had to choose one it would probably be Breath by Breaking Benjamin. My favorite song recently has been Civilian Soldier by 3 Doors Down.
"The Real Me" - The Who "Ace of Spades" - Motorhead "Inside Lookin' Out" - Grand Funk "Wrathchild" - Iron Maiden "I Don't Live Today" - Hendrix "Electric Eye" - Judas Priest "The Rover" - Zepplin "Gimme Back My Bullets" - Skynyrd "King Nothing" - Metallica "Bad Girl" - New York Dolls "Snortin' Whiskey" - Pat Travers "Brighton Rock" - Queen "Alethea" - Robin Trower "Crystal Ship" - The Doors "Halo of Flies" - Alice Cooper "Into the Void" - Black Sabbath "Rock Bottom" - UFO

Back in school, we used to dream about this everyday Could it really happen, or do dreams just fade away, yeah Now everybody is singing now, it's in this town, woo So we started a group and here we are Kickin it just for you, ohhh"
Our honor defend, we will fight to the end, for OHIO! GO BUCKS!
Shoot Arch.....never figured you ever coming close to country music.
B&R aren't that country IMO...and I don't like Kenny too much.....but you have the "Man in Black" listed....huge Cash fan for 40 years(don't like to type 50 years...that scares me;))
I guess if you like country, you can't half bad!!
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
95% of what I listen to is country. Kenny, Cash (I like alot of his songs - just that "hurt" kinda gets me right now), Big and Rich, Brooks and Dunn, Toby Keith.......I'll stop now cause other wise this post would be too long.
I will say, I like the "newer" country. I'm not big on Haggard, Nelson, etc..... I'm just an "up north" country boy that likes coiuntry music, mud, guns, and space to play. Probably ought to throw conservative in there, as well.
Used to do the rock thing, in high school, then got into rap for a while, but my wife showed me the way into "country" with Alabama, and that's mostly what I enjoy now.
No man.....music is what moves you......sooner or later you will like country though....I have liked it all along, but most people move towards it once they hit 40 or so...the stuff you like now will be replaced by stuff you don't sooner or later...country fills the void.....if that makes sense.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
Favorite song: Probably "Sittin on the dock of the bay" by Otis Redding
Notable others
Visions of Johanna by Robert Zimmerman Cotton Fields by CCR Dead Flowers by Townes Van Zandt Tree-Top Flyer by Stephen Stills Walk on the Wildside by Lou Reed Indian Summer by Audience Box of Rain by The Grateful Dead
and that one song..............I think its called Free Bird....but I forget who its by.
Hard to name a favorite song.......one of my favorite male artists is Brad Paisley, and one of my favorite female artists is Allison Krauss.....and when they team up to harmonize it's pretty awesome stuff.....
Union Station plays here at least once a year at a 2000 seat theater...I have seen her 4-5 times.....good stuff.
Paisley...a great guitar player...somehow country players don't get much credit for their playing.....Vince Gill is finally getting some recognition for his guitar skills having played Claptons festival several times.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
I was just messin' around. I can tolerate the music. Whatever you like is your choice. My mom listens to country. While I'm not in the car with her much, I don't have a problem with her listening to it. There's a couple genres that I really don't care for at all and rather just turn the radio off, though.
