People like Nick Chubb absolutely do spoil us fans. Same with Joe Thomas as we found out since his departure.
That being true, though, doesn’t bolster your point about Judkins. All I know is he was unavailable on Sunday vs the Bengals for his own accord. Team first players miss games for injury and not other reasons.

So being accused of something you didn't do is "putting yourself in this situation"? Do you have some inside source that told you why the contract wasn't agreed on until now? You like facts so much. He was the last draft pick signed. Speaks volumes doesn't it. He is no Nick Chubb. So why was he the last one signed? Was it because of him or because the team wanted to get a better idea of the legal issues first? You love to make up scenarios based on your own conclusions you make up in your brain with zero evidence to base them on. When you say he is no Nick Chubb. Do you mean Nick Chubb now? Because that's who he was drafted to replace. And once again you have drawn a conclusion before he's played a single snap in the NFL. Sometimes I actually feel bad for you.

Judkins is not a soon to be 30 year old running back who has had to have his knee completely reconstructed twice? Then had a broken foot after that? Tell me more. Noone else is Nick Chubb. Doesn't mean other players won't end up working out for the team. He can work out, I think he is talented, but he has shown he is a me first player and not a team first player with his actions. If that were not the case, then answer me this where was he on Sunday? What actions? Who was actually the cause for no contract being reached? Do you think it could have been the team waiting until after the criminal case was resolved? Would that make sense to any normal thinking adult?

I share your opinion that he won't be "a full go" from day one when he starts playing. But I'm willing to wager there will be no suspension. I am sure if he can play this week he will get some snaps. It's not all that hard for a back to pick up the stock plays pretty quickly. As for any suspension, we are talking about the NFL, so who knows? I see you weren't interested in the wager.  Cant say I blame you.

All I know is his team played a football game and he did not make himself available to participate in that game. Shows his character or lack there of. Browns 0-1 and missing Judkins because he was not signed plain and simple. No excuses.
