I watched the Jags vs Bills game.
I was very impressed by the Jags. Lawrence has come to power. He is the same guy I saw in the past.
The Jags offense was really good. I liked their play concepts and their execution.
When I saw that we were going to interview Grant Udinski. It immediately caught my attention.
Keep an eye on this guy.

Every very good-great head coach was once a coordinator. I'm sure in the coordinators being mentioned for HC jobs there will be some future very good head coaches. I hope if we go that route, we get the next really good one.

I missed adding the "not."
Lawrence is "not" the same guy. He has developed.
Udinski is the same guy that helped Darnold with the Vikings.
Obviously we are in the QB market. Whether we try and get a guy like Malik Willis.
Draft a guy. Or, work on Sanders.
Berry is looking for an offensive guy like Udinski.
He doesn't have a lot of experience but he was very good at his jobs.
He is probably a long shot. But if he interviews really well ya never know.
Keep an eye on GB and Matt LeFleur.

Is this guy a 3rd or 4th cousin of Chudzinski ? lol Rob was also considered a good OC I'm not excited about any coach. We have seen hires that we thought were really good to great. Got all excited or tee'd off over a hire. I don't care anymore about a coach's track record or what tree he came from. I just want the Browns to hire a guy who will change the culture and make the team a winner. Hire the guy you think fits, and all we can do is hope it's the coach that will turn it around and be in Cleveland for years winning. So to whomever you are coach. Ya better be that guy, or else ! lol

Sorry, not interested in a 30-year-old head coach.

Same here. McDaniel doesn’t wow me, he’s kind of a nerd. All these coordinators we are interviewing…. who cares?
If Schwartz wants the job, we should give it to him. He deserves it and the players would feel comfortable with him. We already should have named him the HC.
Harbaugh, Tomlin aren’t coming to Cleveland.
I fear our clown FO is going to screw this up, led by Jimmy the Clown and AB as his trusted sidekick.

Sorry, not interested in a 30-year-old head coach. At first, I was very intrigued by Udinski. My main concern is whether Udinski has a list of experienced coordinators who will work with him? I can see a young group of people who never coached at a high level trying to run an NFL team. I thought about Harbaugh and Tomlin. Does either fit with Berry and Haslam? Neither of these two is coming to Cleveland without significant control.

I fear our clown FO is going to screw this up, led by Jimmy the Clown and AB as his trusted sidekick. The team has to meet Rooney rules. A stupid rule at this point. It was needed at one point, but I don't think it is needed any longer. If an owner is really a racist, they will simply interview some guy, say thanks for the time and then go do what they were going to do from the beginning. As for questioning the FO, I think we need to include JW Johnson. He is gaining more and more influence in the building. He has moved past being in charge of what songs will be played on gameday. As for multiple interviews, it has some benefit. The owners can gain some perspective from people outside of the building as to what the problems are and what they think can be done to fix the problem.

The NFL is one strange world.
The Browns have been dominated by Tomlin and Harbaugh.
Tomlin steps down. He never had a losing season. And, the Steeler fans are cheering?
Honestly if you look at the roster of the Steelers since Ben. Not good. Look at the quarterbacks. Not good. Rodgers is done.
They are not a good opportunity for a new coach. Tomlin knew it and knew it was going to get ugly.
Harbaugh is a different story. He got fired because he didn't win a championship with Lamar at his peak.
Games in the North will never be the same. The Bengals have the longest tenured head coach.
If the Browns ever want to rise now is the time.

Assuming they get things right. Notoriously tripping over themselves. Big assumption…

FWIW: there's zero chance that Tomlin is coaching anywhere other than Pittsburgh next season as the Steelers still hold his rights since he was still under contract.
Knowing that, it's a slam dunk that he's moving to the broadcast studio. My guess is that Terry Bradshaw will be retiring or stepping aside and Tomlin will slide in.
Browns is the Browns
... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.

Hire the guy you think fits, and all we can do is hope it's the coach that will turn it around and be in Cleveland for years winning. Another thing we have to hope for is that someone builds and maintains a roster that can make those things possible. It's like the lyrics of a very old song titled Love and Marriage "You can't have one, you can't have none You can't have one without the other"
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
