You actually seem to be saying pretty much the same thing I am. I stated that "it looks good on paper". I've stated they did well at addressing the teams needs. I haven't even gone as far as you did when you stated that it probably won't work out.

I've stated that it's a compete unknown at this point. Which it is. It seems the actual problem some have with my opinion on the draft is that I haven't fallen in love with every single player they drafted and made some bold prediction of how successful they will be in the NFL. While I think my reasoning is sound in that department. We haven't seen them play a single down in the NFL. In case anyone hasn't noticed, I also haven't degraded the picks or predicted any of them will be a massive failure either.

It all boils down to this. I'm neither rubber stamping nor finding guilt when the jury has just begun its deliberations.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

You hit on the right word, Bull Dawg, but it was buried in your reply. The word you both have been looking for is...."potential". We can only forecast, or convert. what the player has shown in college to what we believe he is capable of in the pro's. You are both correct....

I said that it probably won't all work out. Someone will probably get hurt at some point. Late rounders have low success rates.

Yes, you stated that the player outcomes are unknown. You were replying to a post that had an opinion on the process of the draft. Those are two different things. What he did in the draft is known. People are allowed to have opinions on what he did and how he did it. Telling people they can't have an opinion on what happened because we don't know how it works out doesn't really work for me. It would make a message board rather pointless if we operated that way. I'll leave it at that.
