Alright so some of the talking heads on ESPN are saying we made a mistake starting DW instead of SS. Fine, they’re entitled to their opinion. All that has to be done if indeed this is a mistake is say DW you’re out and Shedeur you’re in. Very simple and succinct. It’s not like it hasn’t been done before.

C'mon homes! Common sense has NO PLACE in the reactionary environment we call the media.

Exactly Fate. It’s something that can be easily corrected. It’s not like we lost millions of dollars in an investment that we can’t get back. Oh wait we did do that!!!!! 🫤That’s ok this QB situation is easier to correct 👍

Maybe in next years draft if they get it right. I don't see anyone currently in the QB room that can make the QB situation easier to correct.

When your two choices present you with a lose/lose proposition there's really no way to win no matter who you choose to start or way to correct it. You just move on the the other losing choice.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Correct- if both are losers, what's the problem? Our new coach thinks DW gives us best chance to win....we will see. Talking heads say no one wants Sanders due to weak arm, holds ball, processing speed- who knows, plus he was a Pro Bowler due to his possee- I hope Green balls out and we get real interesting before the cuts.....Go Browns!!!! Lastly, if you were paying someone millions of dollars for sure, would you want something for the millions.

First it seems we both agree that whether he went with Sander or watson he was really in a no win situation.

To address this part of your post............

Let me put is this way. if you purchased a car on a five year loan and after four years that car kept breaking down when you drove it and when it was running it couldn't even get you up the hill on your driveway in order to make it into the garage, wouldn't you already realize what you got for your money?

At that point would you trust that car to be dependable enough to use as your daily driver to and from work? I suppose you could just keep risking it already knowing there will be a lot of days you'll be calling a tow truck. But at some point i would think you would depend on a different car and leave that one in the garage.

naughtydevil

Just sayin'.

None of them have been witnesses to practices, meeting rooms, OTA's, Bill's scrimmage.

Monken is sixty. His first chance to be a head coach. He has been witness to all of it.

He made a decision for the opener on the road. New offense, new coaches, LOS responsibilities, experience.

Monken does not care what others think. I respect his decision even though I want SS to start.

SS will play this year. It will not make a difference to the end result for the Browns.

DW will be gone next year. We will draft a quarterback in 27.
