Nobody likes seeing a player get injured. But considering the alternatives in this situation this is great news! Thanks mac.

Hope this is accurate... bring him back slowly. Kid gloves.

hoping the injury isn't as serious as first thought. That would be a break

Interesting to see what the Browns do once they activate him....namely, whether or not they keep 4 QBs.

Shedeur Sanders hires an agent

Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders has hired an agent, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.

Sanders has signed with Adie von Gontard, CEO of Young Money APAA Sports, to represent him. Sanders previously did not have an agent, going through the NFL Draft and the first part of his career self-represented.

Sanders’ former Colorado teammate, Jacksonville’s Travis Hunter, also signed with the same agency.

This change for Sanders calls to mind now-Texans receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who also had been self-represented until recently. Harrison hiring an agent helped facilitate a trade from Arizona to Houston.

While the Browns have not shown an interest in moving Sanders — with recent reports noting the team would like to keep and continue developing him — Sanders hiring an agent now could streamline the process for any potential transaction down the line.

https://www.clevelandbrowns.com/news/dylan-sampson-eligible-to-return-to-practice

The Browns announced RB Dylan Sampson has been designated for return and is eligible to return to practice. Sampson was originally placed on injured reserve on Sept. 15 after he sustained a knee injury in the season opener against the Jaguars on Sept. 13.

Sampson, a fourth-round pick in 2025, has appeared in 16 career games. He has recorded 175 career rushing yards on 65 attempts, while adding 33 receptions for 271 yards with two touchdowns.

I'm excited for Sampson to return.

His speed would help us on outside runs against the Ravens, assuming he plays.

Good news Lamar is ruled out.

Carson and Graham have returned to practice.

Also KC cleared the concussion protocol.

This is meaningful news and ups our chances to win the game.

I have wanted to see them together in backfield. They do complement each other.

With the news on Jalen Hurts.

I expect them to at least consider Shedeur or Gabriel.

Hard to say what their read is or what else may be available to them.

Hard to say what might be acceptable as an offer?

Looking at the remainder of the schedule.

It seems like we could win six games out of 11.

No way in hell did I believe that was possible before the season began.

Which 6 games are you thinking?

I'm not saying we can't - I'd just be surprised unless we get some significantly better play at QB .... Titans and Colts. Yes. Saints. Maybe. I'm not seeing a strong chance to beat any other teams on the schedule without being better and also staying healthy.

I never feel great about predictions but I believe we could beat.

Titans, Colts, Saints, Falcons, Giants, Bengals (1 of 2). Raiders at home is doable.

We can win them all or lose them all, though neither is likely.

Right now, the Titans is all that matters. I say we can beat them, but we could lose.

IMO the Chiefs are shaky at receiver. I think Jerry Judey would be a good fit.

Jerry Jeudy is an important vet for at least the WR room. We need to keep Jerry Jeudy.

I also always wondered if he's one of those guys that can look unstoppable as a #2 WR, but kinda falls apart when he's the focus of the opposing secondary.

Jeudy isn't going anywhere. Y'all got it twisted, Uncle Quincy will set you straight.

I think having a veteran on every unit where the core of that unit is young is quite valuable. Jeudy fills that role nicely. The WR unit needs to maintain that veteran presence.

Exactly my point. We're deep at WR also. If we trade him and one of the others gets injured we are in trouble.

I know I've made it clear my disdain for Watson, but that video shows exactly WHY I have so much disdain.(as if the off field stuff isn't enough for me to have a reason).

Everyone talks about team...

Desaun Watson? That's what the last 22 months were about, so I can come out here and win these games for y'all. Not, WE did it.. "I won these games FOR YOU"... in other words, in spite of you.. When it's the direct opposite, the team has stayed in position to win in spite of Watson, then he gets a drive at the end of the game that catapults him out of crap that he showed for 3 quarters.

This guy is a cancer, I don't think there is anyone on this planet that can change my mind.

LOVED the rest of the video, thanks for sharing @FATE!!

I'm really glad you pointed that out because I was starting to think my bias against him was causing me to "hear things" so to speak.

Even when he's talked about the team, he's talking about guys wanting him to lead them, and how they're supportive of him.
