I don't know if that would be a foul. He said his piece, then moved away. He didn't stand over him for 30 seconds blathering on.

That's no worse than a guy getting a sack and doing a sack dance, or a guy scoring a TD doing his thing.

Besides, we have no idea what the CB said to him. May be the guy he was lined up against was like that guy on the Titans who's such a jerk, Finnigan

So he smashed him into the field and told him to shut up or something..........

He might not be the smartest or most polite guy (yet), but people do change. Especially when they're young. College is a period where people don't just learn academics but also learn about the correct way to live your life (at least that was the case for me in undergrad).

I like it. You can work with a kid to keep his emotions in check but you can't coach a kid to block with that kind of passion...

And y'all have to remember, that was UNC vs NCState... that's a big time football rivalry for those two schools, they trash talk each other all week and since they aren't usually very good.... that is viewed as their biggest game of the year, they genuinely don't like each other... tell me if that was a Steelers CB that people wouldn't find a little satisfaction in it.

I think we could see WR Greg Little with one of our 2nd rnd picks and maybe either DE Sheard or Acho or possibly LB Foster with the other pick.

you nailed that one......

I got no problem with it at all,, Don't understand the hubbub over it.

There seems to be a thread running through all three picks so far.. MEAN, Tough guys. it's about time.

Maybe I'm just drinking the Kool-Aid, but after reading about our first three picks, I like their potential and I'm happy with what we have done so far.

Hate the Little pick...there's so much to hate there, I don't know where to begin...hasn't played in a year, was a position convert before, is a punk (have you seen any highlight play of this guy where he hasn't done something stupid right after the play? I haven't), thinks he's much better than he is, plays like a speed WR without having the speed, route tree? what's that? makes spectecular grabs then drops easy ones, tends to chest catch...he's big and fast enough for his size and in the middle rounds he'd be a nice gamble...in the 2nd I want production, so he better produce...we buyed high on a boom or bust, so he better booms

In a WR class this deep, overdrafting a complete project in round 2 is too much of a risk imho...I trust Heckert but this is a very big risk and selecting this punk over Cobb is a shame...we should have wasted 1 of the 6th to jump over Ozzie and make sure we get T.Smith, bummer...the 2nd round started very good with Sheard, perfect WDE fit for us but the Little selection was the party crusher for me...Heckert better make up for this

I don't think I'm as far down on the pick as you are, but I think Little definitely has that Diva gene that's so common among big play wide receivers. I looked at a lot of his highlights, and I think he really needs to curb his attitude. Stop talking trash and just keep playing. Don't hang over someone you blocked and keep talking, and CERTAINLY don't punt the ball into the stands after you score a touchdown.

I love his athleticism, toughness and his upside, but I can also see some Leon in him. I just hope the coaching staff and the rest of the team helps him find humility as he develops.

In an Interview, I believe little said the year off humbled him, and he is hungry for football. Hopefully true and the Diva-ness is gone.

after sleeping on it last night, i woke up this morning feeling better about this draft.

The Phil Taylor pick was a very good pick....this guy could be a dominant Dt for us.

After doing a little more research this morning on Jabaal Sherard...we could have done a lot worse at that pick. This Sherarrd kid could be exactly the guy we need to get some serious pressure on opposing QB.

As for Little, I am not that upset about it. The kid has talent....we will bring him along slowly...he is almost an insurance policy...if MoMass or Robo stink this year, we can move forward with this Little kid without having to just thrust him into the starting role right away...Little will play some on 3rd downs and get playing time to bring him along.....i do however think our WR may be better then we think.

The light started to come on for Robo late last year and the kid played well....hopefully momass can get past his sophomore slump....if that happens...we will have a good group of young WR...we rolled the dice on little because sometimes you have to take a little risk to get a big reward.

So after sleeping on it...im not complaining...I wanted OL and D Front 7...i know you can't address everything at once...but Heckert has made a concerted effort to fix our Front 7 with Taylor and Sheard...and i just can't complain about that.

I would love to get Casey Matthews to plug in at LB...i also wouldn;t mind if we grab another DL or an OL...or even LB...

so my apologies to Sheard....after reflecting on it...i just can't really complain....we addresses areas i have been ticked off about for the last 5 years....(D Front 7) so i cna't complain about this draft thus far.

now we just need to play some football!

I don't hope the "Diva-ness" is gone.

I'm in the minority here, but I haven't seen anything Little has done that's been too bad. Sure, he plays with emotions, but he's not doing anything harmful to his team.

Forget "good guys" give me a wide receiver with an attitude!

Just an FYI, on NFL network moments ago, Torry Holt said he really like both our second round pics and that Little could have the best hands of the top recievers. Comming from him

while that was on the tube, i was reading the player conference call transcripts and Little said the west coast play language for Shurmer is identicle to what they were using at school. He feels like he already knows our language. Nice head start son.

Sheard , Love what he was saying. Aslo feel like a hungry player. I like the reviews the anylists are giving us so far. even though they skim over the Browns quickly as usual for the higher profile teams and pics.

If Heckert can some how pull out two starters in the 4th round he is a genius.

I think we'll get our RT in the 4th.

I really think that Heckert will engineer a move up, packaging those 5th and 6th round picks to get back into the 4th or maybe those 6th rounders to move into the 5th. All of them are in the first 6 picks of the 5th or 6th rounds, so they're not that far removed from the round above them. (i.e., the 5th is almost like a late round 4th, and the two 6th rounders are almost like late 5ths).

It seems like Smith isn't really a fit. He's best at running vertical routes. We have a QB and an offense that favors short passes.
