Yup.
In Auburns offense a QB is practically guaranteed to put up huge numbers. Not good numbers. Huge numbers. Behind that seasoned offensive line it was more then a sure bet that whoever played QB there was going to put up numbers.
Malzhan and Holgrenson are the two coordinators guaranteed to get production out of their teams. We're going to be talking about Geno Smith as a possible first or second rounder Feburary of next year if he can stay healthy because with those weapons at WR he's going to blow up.

Deemed ineligible at Georgia, King to enter supplemental draft ATLANTA -- Former University of Georgia tailback Caleb King said Tuesday he is entering the NFL's supplemental draft.
King, who would have been a senior, was declared academically ineligible for the 2011 season Friday. He finished spring drills as Georgia's starter.
King said in a statement released by Georgia that he is looking forward to the opportunity to continue his career in the NFL.
King rushed for 430 yards and two touchdowns on 80 carries in 2010. He started 10 of his 29 games at Georgia and rushed for 1,271 yards. He set a career high with 166 rushing yards in a game against Georgia Tech in 2009.

Im no Turk ...
but i heard this earlier today and looked at some different tapes of him ...
He looks pretty shifty in the open, but I saw a lot of plays where he couldn't hit the hole for positive yards. Maybe it was the Oline? But I think he looks great in space ... how does that translate to the NFL?
any other views on him?

For what it's worth, I don't believe he's one little bit sorry..He knows he's getting a payday in a few weeks...

Georgia's King to enter Supplemental Draft
This kid could be an excellent change of pace 3rd down back the team needs. he is extremely fast and instinctive runner. I have seen him play many times and watched him provide a spark with a big play . The Top WR Green got so much press that a kid like king, an excellent player in his own right was an afterthought. Great value as a late supplemental selection.
