Fitzpatrick is the ultimate dink and dunker. I don't see any interest in him at all.

I'm thinking the same thing. I've never really liked his arm that much, he isn't that accurate either.
About TE's, I don't know much about Cook. Never really seen the guy play. I've seen Keller though, and if he doesn't have injury issues, I like him. He just always seems dinged up. But he has good hands and is one of those modern TE's.
I do think we need one of these quicker, pass catching TE's. Chud used Winslow like that and Norv Turner used Antonio Gates. And Keller fits the bill

Arizona Cardinals outside linebacker Quentin Groves has a visit scheduled with the Browns, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported.
Groves played for Browns defensive coordinator Ray Horton last season when Horton had the same job with the Cardinals. Groves started seven of the 16 games in which he appeared this past season and compiled career highs in tackles (46) and sacks (four).
Groves, 28, could certainly fill a need for the Browns and help them transition to Horton’s 3-4 multi-front scheme.
The Jacksonville Jaguars picked Groves in the second round (No. 52 overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft. He spent two seasons with the Jaguars and two with the Oakland Raiders before joining the Cardinals in 2012.

On the NFL Network earlier today they were comparing Jared Cook to a young Gates. They said he would fit perfectly in Norv Turners offense.

Let me help you: Quote:
The Browns have reached an agreement in principle on a five-year deal with free-agent outside linebacker Paul Kruger, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported.
The deal is expected to be worth about $40 million, Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reported.
Kruger, 27, is one of the top-rated pass rushers in this year’s free-agent class. The 6-foot-4, 270-pound Kruger had nine sacks during the 2012 regular season and 4½ in the playoffs while helping the Baltimore Ravens win the Super Bowl.
In four seasons with the Ravens, Kruger compiled 69 tackles and 15 ½ sacks. A second-round pick (No. 57 overall) in the 2009 draft, Kruger has started only seven games in his career, including six this past season.
Still, he is coming off a breakout season and will fill a dire need for the Browns. The organization entered free agency with about $47.5 million in salary-cap space, the most in the NFL, and was on a mission to acquire a rush linebacker capable of helping the team adjust from a 4-3 system to new defensive coordinator Ray Horton’s 3-4, multi-front scheme.

Talib makes me nervous. He's got attitude problems. Seemed to be okay on the Pats, but that's an organization that doesn't deal with problem makers (and he isn't on the team now).
I mean, this guy's had tons of legal issues too (at least I thought so)

Talib is an issue away from suspension. I'll go with Sean Smith. Big boy fitting todays CB demands.

Agreed. I'd rather have Lewis though, same system as Pittsburgh's. Good, safe fit

I just saw that the Chefs signed Chase Daniels. Whew ... what an impressive move .......

That's a strange move by KC and Daniels. KC just traded for Alex Smith and it seemed like Daniels had a chance to compete for a starting job if he went elsewhere.

and their only starting LBer left would be Suggs.
the reports were that he was meeting Tuesday morning in a last-ditch effort to re-sign. no further reports, so I suspect he's on the market.

The latest report was that he did not come to an agreement with the Ravens. So he is indeed on the open market.
