Dansby was cut by the Dolphins.... perhaps we should make a play for him before Baltimore tries to.
With Cook off the board do we go for Keller or Myers? As long as Keller is healthy either would be okay with me.
Those two and Watson are basically all that's left of FA TEs... Keller's health worries me and I'm not sure Myers is much of a blocker... seemed to do well with Palmer in terms of catching, but I think his biggest knock is blocking.
I wouldn't be surprised if we bring Watson back and draft a mid round TE

Jay...I think Kellers main issue with the injury is he came back too soon and hurt him self doing so...outside of the usual dings I don't believe he has any health issues..I know he's a poor blocker...can't say I saw much of Meyers (saw him against browns and Steelers last year) from what I heard he was the next best blocker behind Bennett...so I assume is blocking is solid-good...we can def use a TE that's a certainty

More than likely true Dansby plays inside as Ellerbee does...so makes sense

Fred Davis? He's still available I think. I wouldn't mind him.

At least we all know the Ratbirds won't be active in FA. A repeat is looking more unlikely as this off season unfolds.

I thought people were going to wait a couple months to sign Fred Davis as he recently had surgery and can't pass a physical or at least what I read somewhere..I think people will look at him more so down the road

Avril or his agent or both have evidentally have gotten greedy ...

That's a really good point Pastor..and why he hasn't already signed..just saw Vikings resigned pro bowl FB Felton...so he's out of the mix for our backfield to anyone wanting Felton...I wonder if we have any guards in for visit? Haven't heard anything Oline way

Tru I am surprised to that we havent heard any interest in OGs. I was expecting us to go after a S also.
Toller signed a 3yr 15m with Indy but that the only CB news I have heard. Have we had any CBs in for a visit? Thought there would be some news after all the supposed interest we had in the 72 hour build up.

Sapp's mic was left on when Pioli was talking. He said, "This is the same bleeping segment we had Mike Lombardi do. The bleeping Bill Belichick bleeping angle."

The Raiders released Darrius Heyward-Bey and Micheal Huff today. Any thoughts on either of them,,. I think they could help at the right price

Report from Rotoworld that James Casey signed with the Eagles....
he intrigues me in the sense that I think he is that FB/TE hybrid that Shurmur never had when he was in Cleveland....wonder if he has a "breakout year" in that offense since it seemed that Shurmur often needed production from that spot but that production never came

I don't know much about Huff, but I would take Darrius to replace MoMass. Someone please tell me that we have released Mass! I didn't hear it yet and it boggles my mind that he is still on the team.
Congratulations to our 2016 NBA Champion CLEVELAND CAVALIERS!!! Greatest comeback in sports history... Hail to the King!

MoMass is a free agent I believe. I read somewhere today that the Jets may be interested. Grimes re-upped in Atlanta

It’s a five-year, $26 million deal, with $13 million fully guaranteed.

Wow! Those Dolphins are going crazy wild in free agency. I'm just wondering what the Browns intend to do next. The Browns are playing it very close to the vest. Nobody really has a clue what they are going to do. It all seems to be speculation at this point. The Cleveland press appears to be completely out of the loop.

I'm ok with some restraint. I wouldnt want to do what the Phins are doing. Spend some money, draft, see what plays out and add to the mix next year.
I'd hoped not to see us go wild.

Yeah I knew he was re-habbing but wasn't sure how far along he has been coming. I read that Washington has intentions of re-signing him so he must be coming along pretty well.
Healthy he is an extremely talented tight end. I'd definately like to bring him in if and when he can pass a physical.

I'm with you on this. The biggest problem with spending like a drunken sailor is waking up the next mourning broke and with a hangover.
Indecision may,or maynot,be my problem

IMO no way Fred Davis leaves D.C. if he is healthy and they have the cap space to bring him back

I'm not sure but I believe Dansby played for the Cardinal-D with Horton. Anyone know how long Horton was DC for Cards? Wouldn't mind seeing Dansby in C-Town!
