Yesterday I was having some work done at the car
dealer. A blonde woman came in and asked for a
seven-hundred-ten.

They all looked at each other, and one of the
mechanics asked, "What is a seven-hundred-ten?"


She replied, "You know, the little piece in the
middle of the engine. I lost it and need a new
one. It had always been there."

The mechanic gave the woman a piece of paper and a
pen and asked her to draw what the piece looked
like.

She drew a circle and in the middle of it wrote 710.
He then took her over to another car which had the
hood up and asked, "Is there a 710 on this car?"

She pointed and said, "Of course, it's right there."

That reminds me of a guy that came into our dealership, years back.......He said he needed a leaner for his goolie........after a while, we figured out he wanted a new arm rest (leaner) for his Pontiac 6000 LE (goolee - spelled "goolie)...........

Sad to think that people out there are just that damn dumb!

I guess that is why we always have so many people killed on the highway..... driving is so simple........................stay in your own damn lane and keep your distance!

A woman calls an import parts warehouse and asks for a 28 ounce
water pump.

“A what?” says the confused parts guy.

“My husband says he needs a 28 ounce water pump.”

“A 28 ounce water pump? What kind of car does it fit?”

“A Datsun.”

...oops...the number actually was 071, but if you had 710 boxed, you still got $83 for a $1 bet.

Dang. I was starting to think we had magical powers.

I thought this was going to be a bowling thing, since a 710 is the about the nastiest split you can get. (in bowling) I'm surprised nobody mentioned it.

That reminds me of one of the many jokes to play on a new employee. Tell them to go to HR or acct (or any department) and have them pick up an "ID 10 T" form. That person they ask is to act confussed and tell the new person to write the name of the form down. They come up with ..... and you get a good laugh at their expense.

We also like to tell them to go across the street to DQ on their birthday and they get a free ice cream cone. (not true, and they look like a fool) Also on thanksgiving, the company gives us Turkeys, but we let them loose in the service garage and you have to catch one yourself!
