1B. DORIAL GREEN-BECKHAM WR MISSOURI
Dear god no...
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

Dear god no... I know what your thinking, and I understand, but if this guy straightens up which he has according to reports, he is the best WR in this Draft ...

I would honestly rather draft a guy that may have less overall potential, where I dont have to worry about him "staying straight"
Give me Jaelen Strong at 19 and I pretty much love that draft, barring the fact that I dont think some of those guys will be available at those spots..

I could see 1B and 2 flip-flopping.

I could see 1B and 2 flip-flopping. Very possible, I really would not be surprised to see us take Maxx Williams @ 19 with the probable departure of Jordan Cameron ...

Yeah, big 1st round risk for a team that just drafted Manziel, and has Gordon on the suspended list ...... again. I can't see us going that direction on character question marks this year.

Do we really need a new thread for each new mock draft?

I really would not be surprised to see us take Maxx Williams @ 19 Maxx at #19? There's just no way. Perhaps very late 1st round; more likely somewhere in the 2nd. Yes, he's the highest rated TE, but this year that's not saying much...

IF this panned out, I'd be pretty good with it but mainly because you've got guys that will be gone in first and second round going in the 3rd, 4th and 5th.
I'm in agreement on Dorial..... we can't risk another headcase at WR- not in the first round at least. If he goes on a serious slide, then maybe you roll the dice.

Marc a lot of folks are questioning the Green-Beckham pick and I have my concerns too.. I'm curious, when you pick him at 19, who else are you expecting to be on the board between Cooper, White, Parker, Strong, Perriman?

Well, he picked Perriman in the 4th, so I'm guessing he's still on there.

He will not be on the Browns board.
As we have found out, talent is not measured only by athletic ability and potential.
There will be no playoffs. Can’t play with who we have out there and compounding it with garbage playcalling and worse execution. We don’t have good skill players on offense period. Browns 20 - Bears 17.

Dear god no... I know what your thinking, and I understand, but if this guy straightens up which he has according to reports, he is the best WR in this Draft ... That's a big if. I read an article a few weeks ago, that an NFL scout spoke with one of his coaches and was told that DGB has absolutely no idea what he's doing on a football field, his football I.Q. is stupid low. That mixed with his off the field issues, no thanks. We rolled the dice on Gordon and got burned. I cannot for the life of me see Farmer/Haslam going that route again, not with all the other good looking WR's in this draft.

Ereck Flowers in the 3rd round? That would be a pipe dream.
He's the 1st tackle taken in some mock drafts floating around the internet.

That was a mistake I had him in Rd. 2 and when I noticed I forget Maxx Williams I push him down without noticing ...

i.e. missed it by that much....
I have seen mocks with Davis going in the late first as well.
Horseshoes, hand grenades and nuclear bombs... just gotta be close, but better try next time.

Williams looks to be a late first round pick. Mock drafts I have seen have him going between 30 through 32.

I'm all for it Pastor. With Cameron surely gone, we need a playmaking TE. I still like our 2 backup TE's though.

I would rather us sign pot roast and free up drafting a DT for now. We need way to many weapons on O to draft any D in the first round. I want WR at 12 and OL 19. IDK if Peat will still be there at 19 but if he is we are set on the OL. And if White or Cooper are available at 12 you gotta grab one of them.
