It may be that Bowe ends up a bust. It may be that Bowe ends up having a good year. He has not played a down for the Browns yet so to label him as good or bad is jumping the gun either way.

C'mon man...

You cannot believe that. Bowe came here for one reason only, to get paid at the end of his career. And there was only one sucker out there dumb enough to give him a contract: Ray Farmer.

here's to you here's to me, browns fans we'll always be. but if by chance we should disagree, to heck with you and here's to me!

Injuries happen, can't blame him for that. But he needs to hit the field and contribute.

SMH and you KNOW this how? You do know he was on a 5 year 56 million contract with the Chiefs when they cut him to save 5 million to help pay for Maclins 5 year 11 million a year contract. He was signed to a 2 year deal with the Browns for 12.5 million

Suit him up or move him to IR or something. Better be a beast and get it rolling. Sometimes you play as well as you can hurt. Just sayin'.

I'll chime in with Jabal Sheard. We keep Mingo but we dump Sheard. He's not good enough to play like a "Brown" but he's good enough to start for the World Champions? Sheard played pretty darn good two years ago under Horton. No, he's not a super star, but he is a solid effective starter. Mingo.... isn't.

I could also add West to this. Not a great player, but certainly a productive one. His attitude problem is no where near as bad as Gilbert or Meathead. Yet we keep those two and dump a guy that might have helped us yesterday......

Dwayne should be cut, take our loss on the chin and move on. Ray Farmers seat is getting hotter by the hour. The guy just doesnt seem to get the fact we need at least a few playmakers on the roster.

Ray Farmer disagrees. He thinks playmakers are useless. Linemen are what we need. Guards score touchdowns in his dream world. Control the line of scrimmage.... So he invests in the line and...... we get pushed around like we aren't even there. All his machinations with the lines and we controlled NOTHING.

We have never had a true offensive playmaker with the new generation Browns. Our best playmaker was a return specialist. That's freaking sad with all the high squandered draft picks. Oh yeah and absolutely no QB to show for it either.

Congratulations to our 2016 NBA Champion CLEVELAND CAVALIERS!!! Greatest comeback in sports history... Hail to the King!

Plus, Sheard wanted a different role than the one he had here. He wanted to play DE in a 4-3, and he played OLB in a 3-4 here.

He is playing 4-3 DE in New England. That is the defense he wanted to play in.

Have you seen our defense this year? Most of the time we have four down linemen..... Sheard would likely fit in very well this year. Better than Mingo for sure.... and yes he wasn't released but we didn't even try to keep him. Like I said, he wasn't a stud DE or LB but he's better than a lot of players on this team right now.

He wasn't a Pettine guy so he had to go.... Fine. But the Pettine guys better start playing better or Pettine will be the one having to go.... They SUCKED Sunday. ZERO pressure. They play like that every week and we won't get 20 sacks this year. Or win 5 games.

Still a long season...hammy you can't play until healed or else it will undo whatever healing was done. He has to explode.

When he does come back he has to produce that is for sure. There is no fault on anyone for this even though I'm sure posters will look to blame somebody. It is what it is. Deal with it...I'm sure the Browns will.

Off subject - maybe I'll see it in another thread. Has Pryor signed anywhere?

Just a general comment ....

Remember last year when Bowe took all of the criticism for the KS WRs have zero TD catches?

The Chiefs added Maclin, who had 10 TD last year ..... have Wilson and Thomas in their 2nd seasons with the team .........and Avant, who was with the team for a long time, except for one failed year with Carolina.

Their WRs have 0 TD catches in the 1st 2 games.

Maybe it's not "all" the receivers. Maybe it's the QB?

Some of us have been trying to say that for a while. Nobody is listening.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I've been saying that all along. Heck I've even posted some of the numbers to show that it was mostly due to having Alex Smith as the QB and the type of offense KC runs.
