Manziel had no clue what to do on that play. If he steps up in the pocket he can run for a TD. Are you talking about the third down play? If so, there was nowhere to step up. To me it looked like he could have run up the middle. He was pressured pretty quick, so I may be asking for too much.

Why in the hell did the team bring Pryor on? Yes we have no playmakers I get it, but Pryor is a waste of a roster spot.

Our D is painful to watch. And I blame Jim Oneil on Mike Pettine. He hired him. He thought SO much of him in fact that during the off season Pettine stated he had been sitting in with the offense. The D was all good!

Our D is painful to watch. O'Neil is not on the field. If coaches had that much impact the players wouldn't make as much money as they do. It's mostly on O'Neil. There isn't that much difference between professional players. What we are seeing is caused by coaches. Heck, the announcers were even making fun of defensive play calls.

I blame pet....like I have been SAYING SINCE WE hired pet...he had a much more talented defense in Buffalo when he was their d coordinator and they finished like 28th against the run......its his defense

Both are bad. Blaming "75%" on O'Neil is arbitrary and relieves the players of much of the blame. They have been terrible as well.
