The fact he's already missed significant time is really disappointing, but then he really didn't do all that much (as far as my eyes saw) in the Cinci game. As was pointed out earlier, Garrett was attracting all sorts of attention, and the already subpar Cinci Oline was down to only backups. He still couldn't make an impact.

I was really disappointed that we didn't get more pressure against Cincy's backups to the backups, but I have to give Burrow credit. He got rid of the ball quick and knew where the pressure was coming from and knew where the hot routes were going to be. He has all the makings of a great one. We'll see if Cincy gets him killed or actually helps him.

Nope. Similar situation though, he had a torn bicep.

Wow, I didn't realize the antler spray was kept in every locker down there.

I don't think this is saving Dallas anything; it is only opening roster spots.

It’s addition by subtraction. Worley has been bad this year. I don’t know about Poe. Also, there can be a locker room element. I know there’s problems in Dallas. I don’t know who is talking but it’s something to watch.

I just looked up his overall PFF score. 55.7 (Poe). Worley is 53.1

There were people in the national media who thought it was good that some of the players trashed the coaching staff anomalously to the press recently. I did not agree w/that take. Also, Dalton gets destroyed by one of the cheapest shots in recent history and not one player comes to his defense. Meanwhile, the defense has sucked ass all year and the OL is in shambles.

It seems like that locker room has major, major problems and they might be justified in getting rid of certain players.

Man, that is so weird. I wonder why it all started now? Was this simmering under the surface when Garrett was there?

that’s what Tom Pellisaro (SP) said in an interview ... that the Cowboys knew that both he and Griffin were the ones spouting off

Would you want a player in your locker room who speaks negatively and anonymously about other members of your organization?

Sometimes, for whatever reason, players can greatly benefit from a change in scenery. Not excusing behaviors, but I bet GMs put more importance on understanding said behavior to see if they could possibly benefit.

Do we have reports on the tear...was it high on the tendon or low by the ankle. Was it a complete Rupture or was it a damaging tear but the tendon didn't not separate to any degree???

Poe was released due to being overweight and lack of production, in 7 games he has 7 tackles and 1 QB hurry, in 4 of the games he has failed to rack up a single tackle.

if he was part of the DL that we faced 3 weeks ago ... yeah, I want NO part of him. Their defense was an abomination

Dallas listed him at 346 lbs but supposedly that is a generous number. Heard that he was north of 360.

Apparently Vernon is being shopped.

I don't focus on him. I watch him close here and there but not all the time. I saw him get man handled on a play in the Steeler game.

He is getting a lot of money and we need more from that position.

My guess is we move him.

Yeah, I’d be good with letting him go ... even if it’s getting something small

so, now we will have a major hole at DE.... you can bet it is something we will hit big in Free Agency and the Draft.

I'm wishing we would have traded for Ngakoue, or however you spell his name.

How has Clowney played this year? I know there were question marks over his effort and work ethic and much discxussion on the board about trying to sign him.

Just guessing but if they move Vernon there will be a correlation to another deal.

Meaning they already have someone in mind to replace him.

Pure speculation on my part. I mentioned it before, JJ Watt might be moving. Salary's are close.

But if Vernon goes someone is coming.

I wish there was word about Greedy. If he is able to return after the bye maybe Mitchell could go to FS?

I don't know. But you can bet Berry is At Work.

I was just mentioning on another thread about the lack of news on Greedy. Can’t the Cleveland media do their job?

Btw, trading Vernon at this point wouldn’t be wise unless we had his replacement on hand, and I don’t believe we do.

Not well. Zero sacks between him and Vic Beasley on the entire season. Both were signed by the Titans to boost that pass rush.

If they move Vernon, it will almost certainly be tied to a longer term strategic move, be it another player or picks. If nothing else, these guys don't make moves just to do them.
Vernon *could* bring us a Free Safety.

Not nice. I wish Purp would go back to not allowing stuff from disreputable sites. I don't think Sendejo is playing well, but that is a cheap shot.

No, I agree with vers. I usually like that kind of humour, but why kick him when he’s down?

He’s still a Brown.
