1. No one knows if we didn't attempt a trade. I'm sure we explored. A point people need to grasp. Trades need to meet the needs of both teams. Sometimes the price is higher than we want to go.

Packers fans seem pretty upset that Green Bay was unwilling to give either a 2nd (maybe a 3rd) for Will Fuller. He's missed 20 games in 3 years and is a FA in 1/2 a year. SMH. I doubt that is what Houston was actually asking for, but the fans wanted to do it.

Not only that, but the player has to be willing to be here a long time, too. If we traded for one of the rumored Safeties who both have contracts expiring next year and they weren't open to extensions and instead were in the mindset of looking forward to testing free agency, then that's someone you don't trade for.

Any news of guys who were cut after failing to be traded?
There's got to be a few teams looking to carry over cap to 2021, right?

Back to football. I voted for Nick Chubb. Seriously.

The Seahawks released Mychal Kendricks. His hearing for insider trading was postponed until January (2 and a half years later) ...just saying...

JC It has been a long time since we were mediocre. We are satisfied with being mediocre. We willnot trade a single draft pick, because after all we are Harvard, and therefore we are smarter than everyone else.We will draft allpros with our 5th and 6th round picks.
Indecision may,or maynot,be my problem

I thought Mychal Kendricks was going to be great here. If his mess was resolved he might be worth another look. What is the issue with Beasley? Looked at his stats and at first glance they don't seem like horrible numbers. Even recorded 15.5 sacks one year. He seemed to have issues in Tennessee.

The Jets are a big market and the Jags have glorious weather and a super friendly income tax I'd go to Jax myself. A penny saved... Houston and the Giants also have 1 win. And like 7 teams have 2 wins. If Houston continues to bomb, they will look to trade down with a new regime, a franchise QB and an expensive LT already in place. Miami has Houston's first two picks...

It is a decision. Shows commitment to current players and demands performance. Positive to a degree, but ut lays out the expectations for Browns players.
I was asking myself during the window for trading, how many are playing realistically well enough? Because you are your record. My number wasn't very high because of the real thrashing we took twice. The fall off is markedly major.
Some real disappointments on D line, LBs, and secondary. I have been waiting, now through the bye, for some of these "players" to get with it.

My gosh O'Brien was bad. This is the second time that's happened. It netted us Ward and Chubb.
