It is also a funny point...a lot of people go into that office looking fairly young and they age almost 3x the normal amount, by appearances. She is right that Trump probably looks similar to how he did before the presidency, at least more so than others. That's not necessarily a good thing, though... If Biden gets another term, the guy will probably look like the crypt keeper by the end of it.
