While people can certainly make a point about Biden's cognitive decline, it's foolish to on the other hand ignore trump's. They are different in how they present themselves but both fit the description. And maybe trump's is more a mental issue than cognitive decline. I'm not qualified enough to make that call.
But surely people can't be foolish enough to think that when a man is running for president at a political rally starts meandering off about how it takes him 10 times to flush his toilet, it takes him 45 minutes to rinse off in the shower..... How he would prefer death by electrocution instead of a shark...... How once a tree falls in the forest it explodes after 18 months..... The list goes on and on and on.....
That's not someone who is wrapped real tight. Is it the same thing? No. Does sit show that both men aren't quite stable? Yes.
