Damn. And we had it on good word from our resident expert that this dude was not an "agitator". I wonder, after this incident of spitting, kicking the taillight out of their vehicle and resisting officers in the altercation; if that's when he decided he should be strapped?
What a shame. He seemed like such a nice guy. What fuels people to this level of stupidity?
No one is excusing your judge/jury/executioner definition of murder.
Just showing that this is instance #5674 of the media painting a picture of someone that isn't exactly accurate.
He was depicted as an "observer", you yourself said he wasn't an "agitator". Same as Goode "just dropping her kid off".
Does that look like a peaceful observer? Simple yes or no answer; no need for any "you see"s or in-depth lectures?
Next question... how many times can one expect to get into physical altercation, of one's own provocation, with law enforcement, with a loaded weapon, before something bad happens one way or the other?
He's gone from peaceful ICU nurse to Darwin Award winner. Plain and simple.
I still don't condone his death no matter how many times you and yours scream like a toddler that any examination of the FACTS in this case mean someone is excusing murder.
Overlooking all of your bluster, can you please tell me how all of your "but he's an agitator" has anything to do with his murder? And can you explain to me how killing a man AFTER he was disarmed isn't murder? I know you keep searching for reasons to justify these actions but you are still shooting blanks.
Please qoute where I said this.....

I said at the time of the incident he stepped in to help protect the woman that ICE had pushed to the ground and was still coming after. I said he did not agitate the incident. You see, I'm not trying to look back a week, two weeks or even ten minutes earlier. I'm looking at what happened in the videos. What happened and led up to this killing. But then those who wish to muddy the waters have no intention or desire to do that.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
